I have ordered online from various venues with varying results. Some incredibly disappointing. Riteaid.com surpasses them all. Everything I have ordered has arrived in pristine condition. Carefully packed by people who obviously take pride in their work. Sale prices are great, as is the 20% off offer that results in real savings, and free shipping over 49$. Items ship fast. Picked up my medicine. I needed a syringe. To administer the medicine. Like i've done for the past three years. This time they would not sell them to me but they showed me the box. I've purchased these over the years many times. They lied and said I needed a prescription Pharmacy's name is richard. My parents, my wife and I and our 3 children are moving our prescriptions to CVS
Whenever you need a refill...they say NOT ON STOCK. Days after ordering my insulin, I went to pick it up. They said it was never filled because they were having trouble getting it. I N E V E R hot a call from these morons..
Only two workers and instead of each working a line me and the other guy that only wanted ice cream were told we would be waiting a while because there were only two of them. First time out the house since a trauma and all I wanted was ice cream but cant be in a closed space for long
My family has been to different rite aids and we all have different last names and addresses. They round our money up without our knowledge and when we question the total they tell us that someone must have signed us up for a program. None of us did. Headquarters was going to give my mom a 10 dollar credit the next time she used her card and promised to remove the program that rounds your money up -neither happened. Rite aids at different locations have told us that we signed up for this and none of us have

Their stores are stocked with nice merchandise with a decent discount section but when I switched my prescriptions over it took them a long time before they started to accommodate my needs. The first few months was a lot of sit and wait or show up and my meds weren't in stock and I'd have to come back in a few days. Finally they added some notes to my file and things are running better but I still have to wait days after requesting a refill for them to stock my meds.
Second worst pharmacy ever. They send texts meds are ready yet they never are upon arrival. The website doesnt allow updates of profile information nor records of payments/visits. It seems to only concentrate on retail, in which case they should make pharmacy secondary. The customer srevice phone number is almost fully automated and kicks you off before determining if the issue is resolved. Switching soon

Rite aid on route 9 in wappingers falls ny has gone way downhill. With my blood pressure medication which was renewed by my MD; rite aid said, "It is on back order" two weeks ago. I went back today and rite aid said, "It needs to be renewed." "I faxed your doctor." They don't know what they are doing. They claim short staff and that is the reason for the long lines. They closed down the drive up window. They make you wait instead of hiring people to work. We left Rite aid and went to walgreens where they have no problem filling scripts. AVOID RITE AID AT ALL COSTS!
Rite-Aid began going WAY down hill just prior to COVID. The purpose of a pharmacy is to fill needed prescriptions when needed by those in need. Why have the store open when the pharmacy is not? People no longer have needs for prescriptions after 6 PM on a Saturday until 10 AM on a Sunday? We had an emergency, and had to wait all this time in order to pick up a script that was called in. How about 24 hour pharmacies within certain distances. Our Rite-Aid couldn't even name one of their 24 hour pharmacies anywhere in the area. Pharmacy quality here has gone way down hill. I'm going elsewhere. Rite Aid obviously could care less about their customers.
My son went to the urgent care and has a fever and ear infection, they gave him medicine and sent it to these guys. This lady said I can't pay cash because they may drop his insurance. IDGAF at this point he is in pain. I would do anything for my kids and he is hurting really bad, that's thier answer…. IDK they just made me so mad…
I ordered a specific item middle of February. Due to the Covid 19 pandemic there was a shortage on different items and I decided to order from Rite-Aid. Funds were taken out. I NEVER received even a confirmation email with the item or order number. A week later I was able to find the item at a store. I tried calling Rite-aid numerous times unable to get anyone on the line. Then I emailed them and asked them to cancel the item and that I've tried numerous times to contact them. Nothing... At some point the funds were put back, but a month later I received an email that my order was FINALLY being processed. I called a day later and got a hold of someone and they explained that the order had already shipped. Nothing I can do, but return it. I understand the circumstances, but the lack of communication as a company is terrible. I bring a consumer will never order anything from this company again.
This company has to be one of the worst companies. We have a lease with this company and without notification they stopped paying the lease and no one in the company returns your calls. I highly recommend not doing business with this company they're the most unprofessional company I have ever seen.
Entered the pharmacy. Was the only one in line, waiting to go to the counter. It was 1:29. The customer in front of us left and the cashier informed us that they have lunch from 1:30 - 2:00. "Can we come back at 2:00?" I feel since we were in line for at least 2 minutes, we should have been waited on.
Visited Rite aid pharmacy on W Robb. Last week I went to pick up a prescription. It took them a half hour to ring me up even though it was ready. Yesterday I went to pick up the wife's prescription that was sent in yesterday from the doctor's office. They said it wasn't ready and come back in a hour. Today I waited in line to get the prescription for 20 minutes. Got to the Window and they told me they are closing for lunch. Come back later. They only have 2-3 people working in the pharmacy at any given time. Meijers had 6 people working in the pharmacy last week when I went. I'm done with Rite Aids games.
My doctor sent over a prescription of just ten pills to hold me over until my mail order. They told me they were filling the prescription & I could pick it up the next morning. Actually the pharmacy had to order the pills. After the weekend I received a text telling me that the pills would be arriving the next day on a truck. Meanwhile I am very low on pills. The whole experience is horrible & I still don't know if I will receive the pills before my mail order arrives

The way employees are treated here is unconscionable! The HVAC system at the Rite Aid (******* SW Allen, Beaverton, OR *******) has malfunctioned for months. It's always very hot in the store. The company's only response has been to set up some extremely loud mobile AC units in the store. It was 86F in there tonight WITH the units running (and making a huge racket, of course). It was 69-70 F outdoors at that time.
A staff member mentioned months ago that insulin and other medications that require refrigeration weren't being stored properly. The pharmacy's refrigerator can't stay cold enough because the room temp is so high.
They clearly care nothing about the health or comfort of their pharmacy staff, but you'd think they would at least care about their expensive medications potentially being ruined due to insufficient refrigeration.

Lady at front desk Saturday, May 2nd, around 6:30pm in Rite Aid Beaver, PA was fantastic. She found progesterone cream which I was looking for. It was GNC Women's Progesterone Cream. I used it and immediately felt blood clots building in the leg where I applied it and all up the side of my body where I put it. Also, could not sleep that night. Just wanted to let anyone know about it.
The pharmacy is the worst. Very understaffed and employees with a bad attitude.They never answer the phone and don't have the prescriptions filled in a timely manner. Every time you ask for help on the selling floor the employees do not have the time to help. I have bought from Rite-Aid for a very long time and now very disappointed with the company. Hire more employees to take care of the customers needs.
Since the store got a new manager. Its clean in the parking lot and in the store. Bathrooms are cleaner.employees are in a way better mood.and the manager there now is a great lady.always saying hi and asking if you need any help.not like the old manager who made fun of certain customers... This manager seems to be there for the employees not like the old manager angel who wouldn't stick up for any of her employees when she worked there. Where ever angel at keep her there... Unbelievable! Just got home from breast cancer surgery. Sent my boyfriend to Rite Aid for my pain killer prescription as that is my normal pharmacy. Pharmacy was open. The pharmacist said he was behind and couldn't fill my prescription until tomorrow? He also said he had filled to many narcotics for the day. Really? Tomorrow?. Will never go to Rite Aid again! Should be negative stars!

RiteAid lures customers in to their stores with their weekly online advertised sales prices. However, the sale prices in the store are often higher. Stores will not honor online sale prices. The only way to get refunds for the price difference (which can be huge) is to contact customer service, which is nearly impossible to do. Don't even bother with their online chat. Lesson here is, "Don't Be Fooled By Sale Prices Advertised Online.
My Rite Aid experiences at the West State St., Alliance, Ohio store have all been good to outstanding! Amy in the pharmacy department should get a medal for the effort she puts into her job! I might pay a little more, but it is WELL worth it for the service and friendliness iIexperience every time I'm there!

I took my cans into store today and they took 15 or more minutes to count one bag of cans. It was like they were hoping I would leave and they could keep the money. They are very rude and unfriendly when I go there. It's the Hillsboro Esplanade Rite Aid. The manager is very unfriendly and slow doing cans.
I bought a roblox gift card and this $#*! dont work, i have been trying for hours still no $#*!ing input, before you $#*!ers stay to activate it help me out cuz this $#*! aint $#*!ing work its bull$#*!.
I find the website a twee bit annoying. The need to make orders bigger to receive products is obx. I often encounter website difficulties and their shopping prices are too expensive. So often find myself starting my shopping there but in frustration hopping on Amazon and ordering everything from Amazon as the shipping is free and there are no playing what's my pass word. I pretty much mostly only shop with sites that offer guest check out as I can never remember my password, or have been too lazy to input it to a password manager. So anyplace I encounter that, I just leave and go to a merchant that does not bother me to play what's my password, or one that has better prices and selection.
I ordered a rapid Covid antigen test, a few toiletry items and some snacks. Blown away by how carefully the items were packed and the freshness of the snack items. Kudos to the packing and shipping departments. Other on-line retailers could take a lesson! Thanks guys.
