I have ordered online from various venues with varying results. Some incredibly disappointing. Riteaid.com surpasses them all. Everything I have ordered has arrived in pristine condition. Carefully packed by people who obviously take pride in their work. Sale prices are great, as is the 20% off offer that results in real savings, and free shipping over 49$. Items ship fast. I am so happy that I took a chance on ordering online from RiteAid and will continue to be a loyal customer. Thank You!

Picked up my medicine. I needed a syringe. To administer the medicine. Like i've done for the past three years. This time they would not sell them to me but they showed me the box. I've purchased these over the years many times. They lied and said I needed a prescription Pharmacy's name is richard. My parents, my wife and I and our 3 children are moving our prescriptions to CVS

I am so impressed by the fabulous care and consideration of the employees at my Rite-Aid located in Richboro.
Other drug stores/ pharmacies may be bigger but none compare to the quality and Red Carpet treatment I consistently receive from Rite-Aid in Richboro Pa.

On Friday September 2,2022,@ 2:40pm two White Pharmacists refused to give my son an online pre scheduled Covid-19 Booster. We were on time for the appointment. First, they said their was no proof in the computer system of the appointment. I explained, my son was a Special Needs adult. I showed the electronic confirmation on my phone. Then, she denied my son the vaccine because she claimed we were at the wrong address. I showed her the confirmation reflected the correct location. The Pharmacist asked the supervisor older white female Pharmacist if my son could get the Covid-19 vaccine booster. The Supervisor stated we would have to fill out a form. I completed the form on behalf of my son. My son was still denied the Covid-19 vaccine booster. Both Pharmacists were unwelcoming, cold, apathetic, and displayed poor customer service and are in need of Diversity training. I believe they would use any excuse no to serve us because we are Black. They should know that African American Blacks are more likely to die from Covid-19. My son should not have been denied under any circumstances. I will also notify the CDC of how we were treated.

As a woman of color, it's been my experience of being followed in stores beginning in grade school. I have a 30 year plus relationship with Rite Aid because they were plentiful in my neighborhood. Since the pandemic several retail stores are experiencing an uptick in shoplifting, however that doesn't mean that by the virtue of my skin color that I'm predisposed to enter any store with the intention of stealing. As a woman of a mature age to still experience the humiliation of being followed the minute that I enter a business is morally wrong but it's continuous. I recently, on two separate occasions visited the Rite Aid located at 1698 Pulaski Highway in Bear, Delaware where immediately entering the store I was aware of the store manager following me in every aisle by "pretending" to restock the shelves. I should have addressed the situation then but as I rely on public transportation I was afraid of missing my bus home. I have tried numerous times to call the cooperate offices to complain but have yet to receive a call back. This is a warning to any persons of color that despite having a long history of patronizing Rite Aid you are more than likely to be "shadowed " based on the color of your skin. The manager of the Shop Rite on Pulaski Highway, Peg, makes it her business to target people of color especially if you are Black. Be forewarned about where you spend your money if you want to be treated as less than...

That management wouldn’t assume that I’m entering their store to shoplift!

I just wanted to share my experience at the Rite Aid store in SE of Washington, DC. MARIKIYA is always helpful, polite and serves me with a smile EVERYTIME I come to their store and she's working. Being in the Customer Service field I truly appreciate those who serve the community w/ a and that 's what they do as she does and shows!!!! Keep up the great work you lady and I wish you nothing but success in your endeavors!!!! #myfavoriteemployee

Went to get covid testing at Rite Aid on Hamlin Highway in Hsmlin Pa. Employee at drive through was so rude and condescending. Changing our services to CVS.

The pharmacist at Rite Aid on Maple Avenue in Pennsauken is a blatant liar. Been stealing money from me for a few months now saying GoodRx hasn't been working properly. That's a lie! I go several times a month for medications. GoodRx saves me a lot of money. But the pharmacist refuses to enter current coupon codes from GoodRx. I contacted GoodRx to explain what was going on. Gave the agent my current coupon code that I showed the pharmacist not 20 minutes earlier. He called the pharmacist gave her the same code that I did and got a $7 and some change discount from what I paid. When I called the pharmacy back. The pharmacist told me the man from GoodRx told her that I gave her the wrong code. That's a lie. The gentleman from GoodRx gave her the same exact code I tried giving her not a half hour earlier. So she's lying about what the GoodRx people say. She must have lied to them about what I said. This is bull$#*!. She's either too lazy, or just flat out unwilling to enter new coupon codes every time I come for my medicine. Rite Aid has a contract with GoodRx. Rite Aid is not honoring that contract. The pharmacist is making sure of it.

Don't be afraid to call GoodRx to verify your coupon code. Regardless of what the lying pharmacist says.

If I use my medical card I get the wrong meds and if I pay for them then I get the right meds nurse practitioner Janet zeedyk from Antwerp Ohio Regional center tells Rite aid in Paulding Ohio to give me meds that makes me vary sick. My name is Cheryl Pratt *******720

I had two prescriptions authorized by my doctor. I understand ambien is a controlled substance and the pharmacy can't just hand it out. As I previously mentioned, my doctor had increased my dose of ambien as well as another medication. I was told by the pharmacist that she could not fill either prescription, one due to the controlled substance laws and one due to the fact that my insurance wouldn't cover the cost for 4 more days. I was extremely frustrated and had to ask her if I could pay out of pocket for the meds my insurance wasn't going to cover. She then asked me if I wanted her to call my psychiatrist and get the meds authorized. So basically, she was asking me if she should do her job. I replied yes. I reached out to the doctor and he sorted things out on the phone. She also told me that she had a lot of other people waiting. That wasn't my problem. My problem was that someone working in a retail store wouldn't help me and was denying me the meds prescribed. I understand her job isn't easy but I'm not well. I need my meds. On top of that, I was made to feel like I was wasting her time and also trying to pull one over on the system. I understand the regulations but this situation wasn't handled correctly. So yes, call the doctor. Authorize my meds from the specialist who prescribed them to me for my health. And stop being rude to paying customers who need your help. You weren't helpful, lady.

I don't mind shopping here even if it is a little higher than Walmart. You can find what you're looking for and be in and out pretty quick.

Make sure you are paying the lowest price for your prescriptions. Go to riteaid.com for best buy, products came on time and in good condition.

Have had to call 4 times just to find out where my ORDED IS, WHAT HAPPENED TO IT?. FED X does not Deliver to P O Boxes, Which RITE AID KNOWS. They got it ( the Order) Back on the 7th. They have my phone #, E-mail address, YET No contact at ALL. I SUGEST SHOP AT YOUR OWN RISK. SHOPPER BEWARE. THIS MITE BE OUT OF SOMEONES GARAGE. WHO KNOW'S. O BY THE WAY IT IS NOW THE 12TH AND I HAD TO CALL THEM TO FIND OUT THAT SOME DAY I WILL GET A REFUND!

Ms. Burr,

From one woman to another, I am reporting to you that a male Hispanic manager was very rude to me today, Saturday, May 27,2023, in the Rite Aid at 220 East Grand Avenue, El Segundo, CA *******.

The manager was ringing up some items at a cash register when I asked if a code is required to use the restroom. He said he would have to open it for me, and I said you're the only cashier with people waiting. The manager proceeded to walk toward the restroom as I asked why customers can't use the restroom on their own which was previously permitted. The manager coldly replied that some people steal, and I asked what using the bathroom has to do with stealing. THE MANAGER REFUSED TO TALK ANYMORE. I commented on his rudeness, and he coldly told me to tell corporate -which I am doing now. Although a middle-aged Hispanic female employee was very nice to today, the younger Hispanic male manager was a jerk to me!

PLEASE DON'T HIRE RUDE RITE AID EMPLOYEES, ESPECIALLY MANAGERS! IF THEY WON'T CHANGE THEIR BEHAVIOR, THEY SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO KEEP WORKING AT RITE AID. SIMPLE AS THAT.

If you are legally blind, or have a disability that prevents you from driving, do not go to the Rite Aid at 5210 Oaklawn Blvd. Hopewell, VA *******; or potentially any other Rite Aid. I went to this Rite Aid in order to be tested for COVID-19. I had an appointment, but they refused to test me because I was not in a car, but instead was on a bicycle. I am legally blind and therefore cannot drive a car. I live by myself, and the only way I can get around is by biking, walking, or taking a taxi/Lyft/Uber. There is a chance that I have COVID, so, in an attempt to not spread it to anyone else, I decided to be tested. I selected the closest testing site to where I live and made an appointment. When I arrived, however, I was told that they would not test me because I was not in a car. I told them that I was legally blind, and therefore could not drive. Since I did not want to take the chance of getting anyone else sick, I could not take a taxi, Lyft, or Uber. They still refused to test me.

Apparently since I have a disability that prevents me from driving a car, I do not have the same rights as everyone else who can drive. I do not have the right to be tested for COVID. I do not have the right to keep other people safe and not be a speeder of COVID. Ever since going legally blind in my late-20s, I have struggled with accepting my new limitations, but I never thought that I would be denied the right to be healthy or to keep others safe from a virus that has killed millions because of it.

I am greatly disappointed in the service I received today at the Rite Aid (#*******) in Suffolk, VA. This store is convenient as it is on the way home from work. Today I used your online pick up service for the first and LAST time. I followed the instructions in the email I received and experience the worse customer service I have ever had. First, I walked into the (which was an option or curbside). I "was" going to purchase more items once I picked up my order which unfortunately didn't happen. I walked up the counter where the "online pick up" sign was (as instructed in the email). The young lady behind the counter was sitting down talking to someone and never acknowledged me. Then another customer came up to the counter, she went over and checked him out as well as 2 other customers that stepped up after. When I asked if I needed to be in another line for my pick up, she laughed and said that I didn't need to come inside, they would have brought it out to me. She continued helping the other customers. When no one else was in line, she grabbed my order and pointed to the end of the counter without a word. As she was processing the order in the register she finally asked my name. After she completed my order and handed me the bag I asked to speak to the Manager on Duty. She proceeded to yell for someone named "T" and then told her a customer wanted to talked her. When the manager came from the back the girl never even directed her to me. I had to stop the manager from walking to the counter. After telling her the issue, she did say she was sorry but I don't feel anything will be done about this. So with all that said, I will be posting this on every media site I can because I work in retail and I would NEVER treat a customer like I was treated today. The cashier ID# is *******, transaction # *******, register #2, date and time 9/6/2022@ 404pm. Regardless of the convenience of this location I will NOT be using this store again and most likely any other Rite Aid.

INTERNET SAYS RITE AID ARE STRAPPED FOR CASH THEY RECOMMEND that none buys ther stock, that stock analyst say that, and I out emphasis o stay out I rite and THEIR FRIEND WALGREENS WHIM THEY bought 2100 of their failing stores and they will fail this year in the year of the ox that rite aid will go bank ruot and amamzon do nit want them yet they are trying them out and they aint working they are cash strapped so i8t is time public cash their stock, they will nut worth a dam when the stock exchange crashes quicker than y think so there is world wide recession and trump says ni there is no recession but rite aid will go yander bankruotcy where they been in for years and some will put them out of their misery say amen
