Despite repeated request rite aid cannot correctly process a prescription
This attitude is the worst I have ever seen and don't care to fix their lack of intelligence

Gentlemen in Lancaster, CA. Riteaid was very slow and rude. I won't be purchasing from this rite aid ever again.

I began this review earlier—pushed the "done" button before completing. I had switched ALL my prescriptions from a Wal-mart from Springfield, Oregon to the Rite Aud in Florence. It took almost a month to simply transfer my five prescriptions. Unbelievable. I made an appt. For my COVID booster vaccine October 9th, 2023 which I accidentally missed. So I rescheduled for Nov. 9th, 2023 at 7:00 pm (same today/time a month later. I walked in to Rite Aid at the correct time, finally! To my absolute surprise, the pharmacy tech couldn't find my name on the schedule. I showed her a photo of my appointment tday/time. She denied my appointment as there was "another lady who HAD the confirmation email for HER vaccine. I took a photo of my appointment so I wouldn't miss it! I had to walk out with no vaccine. I had waited two months! So, good bye, Rite Aid! You deserve the lack of business and a shut down! I'm switching back to Walmart! Also, I've needed my Albuterol inhaler for a week and a half. I contacted Rite Aid to refill. They indicated there were no refills; they would contact my provider. A week and a half later, no message; no inhaler. I had to go buy a Primatene Mist inhaler to breathe! Thanks for all your (lack of) assistance. Breathing is a necessary thing—it truly is a thing! Sorry. Rite aid. If there was a negative number I could give a rating, I would do by so! Good bye!

One-half gallon of milk in my local Rite-Aid today (Sat. 3/22) was $3.09. This is a shame!

Gristedes, CVS, etc. sell it for $2.

I am a senior citizen who is overweight. I had to shop for my family and had an absorbent amount of items. In fact I spent over $ 500.00 today, August 10th, 2022. Maria the manager is always super kind PROFESSIONAL AND EXCEEDINGLY HELPFUL. She saw I was struggling to get items to the front area to check out. After waiting on her customers she said I will help you. HELP IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT MARIA THE MANAGER literally picked up my toilet paper, multiple paper towels packs kleenex boxes, detergents, many other items and took them to the front area, rang up everything with her team associate Mia and then Maria baged up and escorted me with my MANY MANY BAGS to my car outside. She placed Everything in my Trunk and backseats as I purchased so many items. I could of never completed my shopping tasks for my family without the EXPERTISE, KINDNESSES AND PROFESSIONALISM OF MARIA THE MAGNIFICENT AS I NOW CALL HER AND MIA THE MASTERPIECE HELPER. I dont know how I would of been able to do it without their strength and going THE EXTRA MILE FOR THEIR CISTOMER that's why I will return to this store Knowing Management like Maria and her team MIA really CARE. GOD BLESS RITE AIDE FOR HIRING EXTRAORDINARY PEOPLE. LIKE THESE WOMEN. THANK YOU MARIA THE MAGNIFICENT FOR YOUR EXCEPTIONAL CARE AND WORK ETHIC. MIA TOO WE APPRECIATE YOU‍

I called the Rite-aid in the Commons, Calabasas and was asked if I could hold a minute… it has now been 40 minutes… still waiting!

DO NOT PAY ONLINE FOR ANY RITE AID TRANSACTIONS! DO SO AT YOUR OWN RISK! Had a horrendous experience at STORE 2771 in Rochdale Village Mall in NY.

Rite Aid in Newtonfalls, very slow Unprofessional service, They know they have you and act like they don't care.

Such a brilliant store. Really good choices and good deals. Recommend without hesitation.

Has to be one of my favorite stores to get things!
