Before some days, We returned from Delhi, Agra, Jaipur, package with Ritual Holidays for 4 nights 5 days and it was a good experience dealing with Ritual executive we got exactly that was mentioned in travel itinerary and found no difficulties in our stay at Delhi, Agra, & Jaipur. I recommend Ritual Holidays for booking packages and will surely book for my future excursion.

We have booked a weeks trip to Kashmir with Ritual holidays. Our experience with them is one of the worst experiences we have ever had. As, told by many of our friends, these people are very sweet to you until the initial payment is done. They keep following up until you pay the amount, later you need to call them and inquire them about the booking and hotel details. They do not even bother to update you. The worse thing is that these people do not even let you know the details of the hotels you would be staying. And when you land up in your destination, you be shocked to see the kind of rooms these people provide. They keep asking money for each and very extra service you ask them and on top of that they give back reckless answers. The location of the hotels are far away from the city centre and from many of the tourist places. We were the only people staying in the hotel which these guys have provided us. Kindly, demand these people to let you the hotel and room details before the payment is done. Don't get fooled by the way these people talk. We had to change the rooms because of the sick service.

I went to Rajasthan last month with my family for 7 Days, tour was awesome, service quality was too good. Thanks Ritual Holidays for your best service at best price. Helpful staff.

We've recently returned from a fantastic 10 days stay in Singapore Bali and Malaysia. The trip was very well organised by Ritual holidays. Mr Himanshu Bhatia who takes care of the International packages did an excellent job in setting up one of the best itinerary for us. The day we were leaving from Bali to Malaysia there was a volcano eruption near the Bali airport which delayed our flight for a few days. Mr Himanshu Bhatia and his manager Anshul Agrawal made sure that everything was arranged in bali and Malaysia
And the flight dates were changed to a later date... the itinerary for malaysia including the transfers were changed without any problem. On the whole these 10 days were the best days of my life...! All thanks to Ritual Holidays and special thanks to Mr Himanshu Bhatia and his manager Anshul Agrawal for the BEST customer service, and a fantastic holiday. I would recommend all my family and friends to book their holidays from Ritual...

I want to share one small experience - I forgot my mobile in tour cab at Singapore, I called assistance number and informed the same. I really appreciate that the driver personally came at hotel to handover my mobile. Last week We visited by Ritual Holidays to Kerala, first we started from Kochi. Kochi has nice seashore & we went boating & enjoyed very much. After that we went to Munnar, it was very beautiful weather was amazing. Later visited Thekkady, it was nice wildlife stay. Our best experience in Alleppey we stayed in houseboat. Amazing lake a and whole day stay in lake what a experience. Best tour from Ritual Holidays.

It was a good experience, had gone to udaipur, jaipur, jodpur, jaisalmer. Had a royal trip, thank u ritual holidays@ Meenakshi saxena thank you for providing this package.
Hotels provided were good, but need to be taken care abt the distance of the hotel from the tourist places.
Jaiselmer resort experience was very beautiful with camel ride.
Trip went very well because of the cab provided and the driver was very good with us

This Ritual holidays take care all of our pressures. Nice arrangement. Low cost package. But pls make sure that hotel are best..

Request not to go with this travel...they will ask money in advance and will change ur hotels...travel.location and will change completely ur itinerary. I have given advance of ******* inr to Anshul and Rajput sir. Still awaiting to get back.it's my hard earning money.
I am getting warning message that they will put legal cases if I write reviews also.
Be careful with these teams...they have cheated in the following
1. Changes hotel from 4 star to 3 star
2. Changes the duration of travel
3. Remove breakfast from hotel
4. TCS charges are included earlier in over all cost.later on they asked again more.
5.Earlier they said all the entry fees are included.later on they denied.
6. There are 2 teams.one sale team and another operational team...sale team will say everything is included. After payment your file will go to operational team...and from day one they will start playing with you and start removing hotels...travel.entry...extra charges for vehicle...
7. If you don't believe you can go...but at end you will be completely responsible for killing your own trip.
8. And at last once u have paid...you became a scapegoat in their hand, they will not respond on Whatsapp and will give legal stances for returning money back.

Friends my request always try a Brand like Ritual /thomas kook /cox &king. Dont run after sweet voices of travel agent traping you. Rest After the trip

We went as a family for 6 nights and 7 days in September 2017 having booked with Ritual Holidays. Trip was overall great and no problems anywhere. Though at later stage I was lil worried cuz f our Malaysian visas which we got only a day prior to our departure. I really appreciate the response of Mr. Deepak who gave us very good response post sales. I guess he had even worked extra hours since it was holiday time. The only thing at the trips is you need to be punctual. Hotels provided were superior and worth the price. Always avoid budget airlines. We went by Singapore Airlines and has excellent features and service. If you spare extra days then you have a lot to see. Kids of age 5 and 2 also enjoyed a lot. Expect drizzle anytime at both countries. Would love to go again. Extra effort and doing your homework will Ben worth it. Always check out for events like Grand Prix at Singapore. Few places are not accessible in that period. Lot of options for food where we stayed and faced no problems. Hotel staffs were courteous enough to cater to additional requests. Ritual holidays arranged one week trip for us in Singapore, Malaysia.The whole experience was unforgettable, it was a week of new sights, new sounds and new feelings. From our greeting at the airport, we were made to feel so welcome by all the friendly staff of Ritual holidays, who simply made our stay a memorable and enjoyable holiday. Our visits to the Kuala Lumpur and Genting were enhanced by our knowledgaeble guide, who educated us in the best possible way about history. Everywhere we went, we were driven by the same driver, who seemed to have very few rules of the road, remained beautifully calm and not once made us feel anything but totally safe and secure. He was always ready to help us in every possible way.The staff at Hotel, where we stayed, were without exception friendly, polite and anxious to please. The restaurant was an absolute delight. I will recommend this hotel highly. All this wonderful attention to detail is, I believe, a hallmark of Ritual holidays service. My experice with Riutal holidays was very bad, they were good initially, whent they received first payment us, they have shown us true colors, they cliam to provide 3-star hotels but actually they book 2-star of residency commidation in cheaper rates from make my trip, in that also if they get good amount from other customers they will cancel your accomidation and provide alternate one which is poor in service and long distance which deivates from the itenary plan.
Sachidanad, Madan Mohan & Vijay these people are doing thier duty which was told, that is fool customer with cheap tackticks. Do not carry away with thier words. They best thing to do is not use thier service. Honest reivew. Not a paid one. It is our personal experience with them..

I had been on family tour from 26th Jan 2019 to 5th Feb 2019.
It was a very nice experience with ur company.
The travelling arrangements were excellent.
Especially the Driver called Raju Bhai was very cooperative and was in time all the way of our tour.
The only difficulty we faced was the holidays on Mondays
Most of destinations in Guj are having holidays on that day.
And another difficult we faced was hotel problem in Jamnagar.
Here were two hotels with same name we had difficulty in searching our hotel.

We were in malaysia from 7th to 13th last month. Land package provided by Mr sonjoy n Mr Sourav from Ritual holidays. I mist these people have no value for their words. We were given itenery last night prior to leaving India. We were not provided transfer to our dinner restaurant. We were not given one dinner coupon in kuala lumpur and break fast coupon in genting. We got to know this after reaching Malaysia. We contacted them many times but issue was not solved. Finally they committed of refund for the same. Since one month we are contacting the officials bt havent got any money back. These people are not worth their words. Never go for this company. I have the the recordings phone calls. The way they treat you once you are on tour.
