Ritual Holidays is a complete fraudulent company who try to cheat you in every possible aspect. They will talk sweet and smooth until payment is made. After payment is done, they will show their real faces to the customers. Worst service. Waste of money and time on booking their service to Thailand. Very worst attitude from Anshul and Rajput who got to learn how to behave to the customers.

The tour was wonderful. Our tour guide was very professional and knowledgeable. Ritual holidays gave us first class service. Being picked up to our destination (Kerala). All the helpful staff of Ritual holidays made the tour effortlessly enjoyable.

Our family booked a holiday tour on rituals holidays to Gujarat on 23rd December 2019. Since the itenary was finalised in advance, everything went well. They have planned itenary such that max places could be visited in short time. The car was good and the driver was excellent. He was also like our guide.

From preparation to execution, the tour was seamless. I had the pleasure of travelling with monu singh who was the ultimate guide. He treated everyone fairly and ensured that the occasional slip by one traveller did not compromise enjoyment for the others. He was knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Overall it was a good trip. From Ritualholidays you can actually customized your trip in such way that you can enjoy each n every moment with affordable price.
I have customized my trip for 6 nights 7 days
And they provide some complementary things for you if you are going for Honeymoon. Flower decoration for one night in the room. Welcome drink. One dinner. But unfortunately I did not get the flower decoration which is the low point and other one is water sports you get only 2 water sports in package. And it will cost you in Bali if you want to do additional water sports.
Accomodation is also good. First hotel is so so not so good but the second one is awesome
Tour guide is also very helpful and polite on last they he help us in shopping and in transportation
Overall it was a great fun we enjoyed alot

Nice service all you have provided. Except one thing the hotels which you have provided is in very entire area and there were no Indian restaurants nearby it but hotels were awesome. And instead of it all things and services were very good.

Your team does not know the way to talk to customers. They just disconnect the call without even listening to customers. They need training. There are many other companies who are waiting for customers to come.

The experience coming across Ritual Holidays was very good. Hotels was too good. Our driver who was very helpful to us, who was so polite, well mannered and drove the car so well with this trip I am so satisfied with this tour.
