We had booked our Friend trip from Ritual Holidays and Bhuvneshwar our spokesperson was very clear in explaining all the itinerary. He was very prompt in answering all the doubts right from bookings for Thailand. He had provided all the vouchers, ferry tickets and booking details after making full payment. Over all Experience was good. For Thailand i recommend Ritual Holidays & Bhuvneshwar.

It was a ridiculous experience. Except for Jim corbett hotel May, rest of the hotels were hopeless. The service was poor. Meals were not good. Further at Hotel sound sleep in Hardware, the room service was poor & rooms were unhygienic. Moreover the trip planner needs to workout properly & improve the travel planning.

My parents, wife, child & myself moved from Delhi to nainital on same day after travelling from Assam, we had to stay at Kathgodam at our own late night as the journey took 6 hrs to Kathgodam by road. Only one good thing about the trip was that the cab driver, name -pinto was very cooperative
None of the agent ever contacted us & tried to get any feedback.

We, a group of six senior citizens, wanted to have a sightseeing trip of Odisha and selected Ritual Holidays after talking to a few other Travel agents also. I was particularly happy with Mr. Abhishek Rao who planned the trip for us. He was extremely helpful at all stages of the trip. The hotels booked by him were very comfortable and we didn't face any problems while checking in or out. My only complaint is that the Innova car provided to us was not having a carriage for baggage and it was inconvenient, especially for long trips. But the driver was extremely co-operative and took us wherever we wanted without any complaints. Overall, a good trip.

We went to Singapore and Malaysia. It was such a good experience thanks to the Ritual holidays. From hotels to pickups and drop offs were really appreciable. I would give 5/5 for puntuality of the pickups they were on time everyday, without a miss. Ritual team provided us visas and booking without any hassles. The services were really good so were the staff and service providers, here in India as well as in both the countries. Especially in Malaysia, hotel Arena Star's hotel staff was really helpful.

Tip. For all vegetarian people, choose a hotel near Little India in Singapore, it'll help you get to the veg restaurant easily. As it is a bit difficult to find pure veg restaurants there.

Also not to forget, special thanks to Mr Bhuvneshwar Jaiswal and team, who organized our trip. We are very happy with your services and certainly would recommend our family and friends about you.

Trip was an excellent one. Spent a good time with family. They took to all the places as planned. All the accomodation provided were superb, also i would like to mention special thanks to Mr Rajendra singh who was our driver for the trip And finally without Payal Singh it would be difficult for us to plan and execute our trip... Will never forget our Rajasthan trip.

Very good travelled with Ritual Holidays in september 2019 and booked Best of lansdown Package. The trip was planned with meticulous planning and they tried to incorporate all the customisations. Room with glass windows and jacuzzi in Munnar that too at a rate less than our budget for the honeymoon. The driver who traveled with us knew English and Hindi and we had a good time. I recently did Gujarat tour in short duration of 3night and 4 days under the coordination of Mr. Vivaan by Ritual Holidays. Our tour management by Mr. Vivaan was so well coordinated we were very lucky to watch every spot that was promised to us. The driver Mr. Jaydeep was very friendly and the hotel and lodging even the food was very nice. I will highly recommend it to my friends and all who want to visit all the important places no matter how much time you have, they can manage and help you with whatever your need is. First of all, Ritual Holidays team is very helpful and professional in their service. I would like to appreciate Bhuvaneshwar from Ritual holidays who was the SPOC for my entire trip. He extended his support even during the trip. The Hotels and Driver provided by the local partner company in Sri Lanka was up to the mark and service was very nice. I would definitely like to recommend and reuse Ritual holidays for all my family trips.

It was the best experience with Ritual Holidays, thanks to Mr. Navin Bhagwani, who customised this trip as per our requirements, he was always open to new ideas for the trip. Ritual holidays is one of worst tour where I have seen and after initial payment they wil not give proper response, regarding the information of driver. After that they didn't make a query regarding the tour. They arranged a hotel far away from the town area and we had to call other vehicle to reach at the hotel. We had to force the driver to make visit places also. Felt very negative on this company. After the journey we made negative feedback through email. But they didnt make response to my mail. And after that i called the organiser Rohith over phone. But we didnt received a positive response. Feeling very bad about the company. I recommended one of my friend with me. Mr. Arun. We will never prefer your company in our future. And will never recommend to others also from Kerala.

Ritual Holidays have not fulfilled its commitments as agreed in the holiday package. I went on holiday package of Dwarka, Somnath and Gir forest with safari tour from 17th Feb to 22nd Feb at total cost of Rs *******. The package was booked more than 2 months in advance and all payments were done as per schedule. They could not arrange safari tour on 21st as promised in package tour thereby not completing their commitment. What is more they did not respond to my frequent calls. They are not professional travel agency. I would not recommend them for any tour.

Last week to Shimla Kullu Manali with my family. My travel and accommodation requirements were taken care by Ritual Holidays. I am delighted with the prompt service and perfect arrangements by the entire team of Ritual Holidays Really impressive! I wish them all the best and thanks for the efforts put in by their young team to make my tour a memorable one. Initially, everybody around me insisted to go for big names but I was interested in planning my trip according to my requirements. And so I thought why not try Ritual Holidays. I sent them an email to which they responded with a very economical package just fitting my pocket.

This tour was truly amazing. The tour leader dinesh went all the way and made sure everyone had a great experience and the bus driver was brilliant too. Absolutely great for the price :) would love to go on tour with them again and 100% recommend them to anyone. We all are glad to go to jammu and kashmir.

I chose Ritual Travels for my Bankok and Pattaya tour and that, I think, was my best choice. They planned our tour very well. Hotels were comfortable and good. All the pick-ups were in time, Red Apple tour operators, their buddies, in Thailand were very co-operative. Next time if I travel abroad or inside the country, I would like to opt for Ritual Travels again.

Had a wonderful trip to Singapore and Malaysia. We enjoyed a lot. Moreover the hotels, transport and breakfast had been good. Best services provided by ritual holidays. Specially good guidance provided by ruksar khan mam..

Ritual holidays is one of worst tour service. They are fraud and cheater. Behaviour is very unprofessional. Dont waste your money in ritual holidays. The name should be. "Pathetic Holidays" not ritual holidays. They dont how to treat the customers.

We booked our trip to Nainital with deluxe hotels in June Month 2019 services were up to the mark as we had planned with the salesperson Mr. Rahul. It was coordinated well by the operation team too.
Overall it was a good experience.

This trip was absolutely amazing. Ritual Holidays guide went out of his way to assist, and he loved spending time with us and giving us the best experience possible. He knew the places we visited inside out. Shimla and kullu manali in a week, all very different for each other, the tour didn't feel rushed at all, and there was plenty of time to relax. Kullu manali is especially stunning. Highly recommended.

I've taken numerous trips with ritual holidays. I love the choice of designations. The guides have been wonderful and knowledgable of the areas. The hotels have been of good-great quality and the choices of extra excursions are multiple. I plan on taking many more trips with ritual holidays. But this time i visited andaman, karnataka and kerala with my full family.

I had very bad experience with their arrangements. Promise 3* star hotel but was given budget hotel. They also have hidden charges. Not all the places covered as per the itinerary... some places we have to pay extra for transport which was not advised.
The worst was literally we were blackmailed to pay extra which was not advised at all before our arrival from malaysia... Sometimes the driver will disappear until we talk to Rohit and agreed to pay some money and then only the driver will come to fetch us. Our 13 Days tour was the worst nightmare...
And Rohit really was pain the $#*!. The worst person I have ever communicate with. They really sucks! Will never ever recommended!

The package which ritual holidays offered is economical for a middle class family which is great.
There are few complaints which i am having which the hotel which they alloted otherwise everything else went well. Driver was very professional and polite.
