I have traveled with ritual holidays.The trip was most memorable. I have never traveled so softly, It was excellent! And the tour director, was nice and knowledgeable as he grew up in the area. Great trip, ritual holidays this was my unfogetable trip to dubai.

It was great experience with the ritual holidays who make our tour perfect and awsome. Indeed the honeymoon trip to Coorg and Ooty was excellent in all aspects. Starting from the pick up from Bangalore airport all the arrangements were prompt and upto expectations, the driver was absolutely co-operative to mention specifically hotel where i m stay was truly delightful with excellent food and other facilities. So was the stay in Ooty with pleasant weather.

It was nice tour organized by Ritual Holidays. But hotel managment for family was poor at somnath. As asked for the same to representative of Ritual he talked with us in worst tone. Later hotel managemnet resolve the issue on their level. But In this area Ritual want to improve how to resolve customer issue in journey. Overall it was nice trip.

For ritual Holidays one of my favorite staff is
Priyam singh. One of best staff members and very good understanding girl. She is doing all good package of me. All hotel good. Separate car driver also good. All place decide by priyam Singh all place is nice no problem with ritual Holidays and
Staff. Mr naresh Singh also good Mr. Mohan also good.

Just been to Shimla Kullu Manali with my family. My travel and accommodation requirements were taken care by Ritual Holidays. I am delighted with the prompt service and perfect arrangements by the entire team of Ritual. Really impressive! I wish them all the best and thanks for the efforts put in by their young team to make my trip a memorable one. Initially, everybody around me insisted to go for big names but I was interested in planning my trip according to my requirements. And so I thought why not try Ritual Holidays. I sent them an email to which they responded with a very economical package according my budget. I wish some more trips with Ritual Holidays in the near future. Customer service was AMAZING! Online help (shout out to guide and company personnel) was working with me for over half hr and helped me book my own private tour to shimla. I had a layover and they helped me customize a tour that was affordable and worked within my hours! Great service of ritual holidays.

You have arranged a wonderful trip to us to Ahmedabad, Statue of unity and Vadodara. The driver was very courteous. The accommodation and food were nice. We enjoyed the trip a lot. Thanks for the reasonable package and overall arrangements.

The driver alloctated for the city visit was very cooperative and polite.
The camp was also very well organised.
The hotel room facilities could have been a lil more favourable in terms of necessities(water).
In all a good experience.
The coordinator(Vivaan) has been really helpful throughout the trip!

We had booked a tour of Nainital before the lock-down but could not travel due to covid and lockdown.
We informed them, then they said that there is no problem, after lockdown, we will return your advance amount. But the advance is not refunded yet, if we call now, they reply that you will get the credit note, not the money. How to trust these people.If you do any travel with this company, be very careful, don't trust them.

We had a 8 days Uttarakhand Trip, No co-ordination at all, pax left completely un-attended by the tour co-ordinator. Even the booked hotels staff is not updated with the bookings. Drivers not updated with the tour plan asking money for any site seeing. The tour was inclusive of all expenses still the drivers asking the pax to pay for the tolls, even for their meals for which we have already paid.
