We were 5 peoples went to Rajasthan Tour. Thank you to Ritual Holidays Pvt. Ltd. For your wonderful arrangements for us. Our driver, hotels everything was excellent, Good work.

Enjoyed a lot and I like punctuality of drivers. The tour was well managed
But we should take all commitment in written. The verbally told commitment were not included

Firstly Thanks for arranging such a nice trip to Mr. Sourabh. We have taken a small trip of 4days at Gujarat which covers Ahmedabad, Kutch, Dwarka & Somnath with family. It was an amazing trip... by ritual holidays. The transport service given was very good and Driver has a complete knowledge about places visited. Mr. Sourabh had helped all the time regarding this trip & he had been very cooperative till we conclude our trip...

Ritual holidays arranged two tours in karnataka and uttarakhand for our family with high quality tour guides for a reasonable price. These tour guides met us at our hotel and exceeded our expectations despite weather challenges. Ankush negi our guide for an 8 hour walking tour of karnataka was amazing as he was extremely knowledgable and enthusiastic about the history of the city and " made it come to life" with his pictures and descriptions. The tour to uttrakhand with fun and informative.the personnel from the main office communicated the logistics with us and everything worked like clockwork with her attention to details and follow up. If you are going for a tour, I highly recommend this group(ritual holidays) if you are interested in a professional, private tour.

My interaction with the RH staff was excellent and Prinyanka from RH helped me to build a decent itinerary to Rajasthan ( Jaisalmar, Jodhpur, Udiapur and finally Jaipur). We were 10 of us first time out with my parents. We landed in Jaipur and the coordinator met us at the airport and first word he says is "make the remaining payment". They had promised us a video coach that was not fulfilled. Everything went well as planned. Last day of our trip after making all the payments driver says he can't come due to some personal reasons he will send other vehicle. We were ok with the arrangement and agreed to this. This twist is now I recieved a call from coordinator saying the payment is not made and kept bothering me cooking up some stories. He even chased us to airport asking some confusion you have to pay 7k as driver says he has not recieved the payment. All I would like to say is they are spoiling the name of RH by exploiting the customers. Please be aware.

We recently took a Gangtok Darjeeling package with them and had a overall good experience with them.

Good things:

1. They keep good hotel options to choose from and provide great hotels for the package
2. The package is slightly lesser in cost compared to similar packages by other agents
3. Responsive to customer queries and they pickup phones generally with no wait time before and also during the trip.
WhatsApp option is also feasible to continuously get support before and during the trip

4. Payment mode is also feasible and you can generally pay the total package amount in 3 parts (first a token amount and then 75% 10 days before trip and then the rest during the trip also)

Things that should be improved:

1. Their coordination with driver organization should be improved a bit. A customer will never like to get 4 calls from different person for one sightseeing or one travel...

2. For trips to places/locations where due to natural events or any other govt permissions denial, the itinerary can be hampered, they should keep a backup option B or some other good sightseeing/activity wise options of similar monetary and experience wise value

Last week we returned from the Himachal Tour. Our 05 nights/06 Days tour was awesome we visit there Shimla, Manali, Dalhousie, Dharamshala we really enjoy there. Our driver who was very intelligent and knowledgeable. Ritual Holidays coordinators handel our tour so smoothely. This was a very economical package just fitting my pocket.

Looked after well and everything was perfect. Never made felt alone. All the person concerned were very helpful and caring which has made us feel at home.

We had recently (26th October, 2019 to 31st October, 2019) went to Bangkok and Pattaya with our family (4 Families, 13 persons) with Ritual holidays, Kolkata. They have done a decent job. We are very much satisfied with the way Mr. Sourodip Roy and Mr. Amit managed the entire agenda and trip for us. All the places were awesome. Agent was so helpful, when we requested him for a 7 days holiday plan. He sent us the details with very clear information. Nd made our trip so memorable... Nd the rooms were too good... driver is super coll. A unforgettable trip ever... But a room in somnath was not that good

I had a trip to Ooty coonoor kodaikanal. It was awesome though I found the hotel could be better. The support from the tem was commendable. Especially they have helped me to book travel tickets too. I wana thank to Sachidanand their sales person who supported us in each moment we required. The cab service was also outstanding. The cab person who was with us in the entire sight seeing as driver was well informed with the local things. Which helps us guided to our tour.

Suggestion: Hotel choosen was not so impressive. If it could be better then the experience level could be more interesting. Thi is not complain by the way.

Last nit the least: Thanks to the entire team who were a part of our beautiful tour.

It was great experience and joy in Kashmir bangus Valley had make us our holiday really memorable overall good experience and very thanks to Ritual Holidays they are really very supportive when ever I call to Ritual Holidays they always take action with positive response will plan my next trip through Ritual Holidays only. Recently We come back from Delhi, Agra, Jaipur(Golden Triangle) package with Ritual Holidays for 5 nights 6 days and it was a good experience dealing with Ritual executive we got exactly that was shared in travel itinerary and found no difficulties in our stay at Delhi, Agra, & Jaipur. I recommend Ritual Holidays for booking packages and will surely deal for my future trips

It's worst service in India
Fraudulent Company cheating customers - Ritual Holidays is a complete fraudulent company who try to cheat you in every possible aspect. They will talk sweet and smooth until payment is made. After payment is done, they will show their real faces to the customers. Worst service. Waste of money and time on booking their service to Shimla and manli I spoiled my anniversary booking to ritual holiday while speaking they said 3star hotel but give local hotel if anyone need I will share pics of hotel Very worst attitude from Vasundhara and naresh who got to learn how to behave keep relationships with customers spoiling the reputation of Delhi.

I booked holiday package from Ritual Holidays. Staff is very supportive and humble. Specially Priyam Singh who coordinated with me from the starting of journey and till the journey completion. She is very helping in nature.

Very happy with the service. Everything was done on time. Affordable but very nice tour packages. I would recommend Ritual Holidays to anyone who would like to travel and enjoy.

We had booked it for a tour to Jim Corbett and Lansdowne. Our booking agent Mr. Pradeep Gurjar was very cordial and booked hotels which I choose. He was very helpful.

Cons:
The problem was with the driver and the car. The driver was rude and a liar. He came 2.15 hours late to pick us after 3 dozen calls in a non commercial innova whose left front window didn't open. Imagine in hill station where the driver won't open the A/c and the window won't open. Even after making payment I had got more than a half dozen emails about incomplete payment.

Pros:
The tour allows you to change the hotels prior to booking and also is very flexible in the itenary, which are an added advantage.

Advice: Please have some control on the 3rd party from whom you are procuring the car and driver.

I found a ritual holiday via Website. I have travelled Gujrat (Somnath / Dwarika) it was family trip.
Overall arrangement was very good. Manav / Dhananjay thanks for your support round the trip during our travel.
