Once again RBG comes through! Purchased a "like new" title product came with head cover and wrench (not to many companies do this). Also picked up a wedge set for 50% off, really happy we crossed paths. Very happy shopper and I will be back soon!
The return process involved their customer service department writing smug insulting emails when I asked to return a non conforming order. No one should be insulted this way. Terrible customer service. I am NOT going to give them any more business. When they send out the wrong product the least they could do is be professional about the return. Nope, not professional- they were horrible.
It is everything i expected. Easy to hit and great distance, just as my new titlist t2 driver. I finally switched to a senior shaft, it has made a whole lot of difference in my swing speed and distance. Both my new three wood and driver have senior shafts. Do not purchase from Rock Bottom as their so called 90 day guarantee is a scam. I have a driver that I purchased less than 45 days ago and they now say that the club is not valid for that guarantee because of new inventory. DONT offer a 90 day guarantee if it is NOT for 90 days

If you're looking to save money on used equipment, look no further! I recently bought a set of irons marked as used in excellent condition, and some of them were still in wrappers!
I wish I could give this company 0 stars. First and most importantly Worst Customer Service with no phone number to actually talk to someone so everything is done through email. If they would actually provide a phone number to talk to someone (I have asked a number of times for a phone number) I wouldn't have given such a poor rating. I ordered two golf clubs and decided I didn't want them because after the exchange and fees (shipping and duty) which they don't tell you about the price basically doubled. I have been trying to work with them for two weeks to send the clubs back. UPS told me it will cost $39 to return the clubs but Rock Bottom has to pay and they have to invoice me. Rock Bottom informed me it would be $109! If I don't pay that they will have the clubs "destroyed" so I would be out $900. DON'T SHOP HERE!
Hello- We do have the email records, and we definitely did give you our number. It is also listed on the website HELP tab. It is 877-540-4653. You placed and confirmed the order, yes international orders will have to pay international duties and taxes as explained on the website. We have honestly no control over your country's duty and tax charges. We shipped the order fast and UPS is trying to deliver to you but you are now refusing to pay your country D&T charges. If you want it returned to us, that is the rate UPS directly gave to us as the international return charges and D&T that we would get charged. Mike has been nothing but extremely nice in explaining this to you, I am unsure we deserve this negative comment. We shipped your order and now you refuse to pay your country D&T, that is not our fault. We are happy to have it returned but those international rates will need to be covered as we kindly explained to you. Again call us if you would like too, we have given you our number many times now and it is listed right on the website.

Rock Botttom Golf has been my primary source for golf supplies for over 15 years. My recent order was for a pair of golf shoes and two dozen Calloway balls. My shipment had the shoes, a dozen Calloway balls (as ordered) and dozen Bridgestone "practice" balls.
My message about the error was unanswered. This is a minor mistake and I will not be overly critical, but I would like the ammo box of Calloway logo over run balls.
I order twice from Rockbottom Golf and somehow they and UPS managed to screw it up 3 times. The first order was damaged in shipping by UPS and never delivered. Rockbottom never reached out to me I need to let them know that UPS damaged the item. The next order was also damaged and stopped by UPS. Again, Rockbottom didn't reach out to me I had to tell them. The replacement order came in, of course it was wrong, it was missing the putter I ordered. The caveman on the website, I think he's the guy in charge of customer service and shipping.
I recently attempted to purchase some sports earbuds from Rock Bottom Golf (for the 2nd time) however I never received the item.
I reached out to the company in hopes they could help however they stated that nothing can be done for 2 weeks.
After 2 weeks. I requested assistance again in hopes that the company would help me obtain the earbuds that I paid for.
No help was provided. I then requested for a full refund however I was given 1/3 the amount I paid for. They advised thst die to their refund policy thst I would not be receiving the full refund.
I will not be doing business with this company again and do not recommend any other person to purchase anything from this company as well.
A company should not penalize a person bc the shipping company did not provide the order.
This company is severely lacking in transparency and verbal communication.
Everything is done over Email, they also take about 4 to 5 hours to answer.
Wednesday 2/3/21 I placed an order for a senior flex Tour Edge HL3 # Wood and 5 wood. I needed them for my round saturday so I went ahead and paid 39.99 plus tax for overnight shipping soo II could have the clubs for my round Saturday. Box shows up Friday, no 3 wood included. I say OK mistakes can happen, Let me call them and square it away. Surprise surprise THEY DON'T ANSWER THEIR PHONES. You have to send a message and wait and hope. This is no way to do business.

I ordered a set of irons, a driver, and a fairway driver with a 25% discount. 10 Days later, I see the prices on the Irons, the Driver, and the Fairway Driver ALL went down a total of $110 and they were offering another discount worth 20%. I asked for a price match and they said they'd give me only $11 because Price Matches are up to 7 days. The total difference in price was $55. I said it would make sense then to return all the clubs since their return policy is 30 days and just make another order, to which they said they were going to charge shipping back. Instead of just giving me the $55 I got screwed out of, they wanted me to go through the trouble of shipping the clubs back, reordering the clubs and waiting for delivery. What a totally UNPROFESSIONAL company. Terrible Customer Service. Would NOT recommend.

I purchased Wilson Staff driver and fairway wood from Rockbottom. The quality of the driver is extremely poor for a $300 club. The Wilson Staff brand used to mean high quality, but when I complained to Rockbottom Golf that the club is virtually un-hit-able and likely defective, their customer service representative replied that it likely wasn't defective and that I was just dis-satisfied. So the club is either defective or Rockbottom sells junk clubs at premium pricing, or the Wilson Staff name is a degraded brand of very low quality. The fairway wood isn't great, but it is hit-able, unlike the driver.
Hi Peter- I read over the email strand, the CSR you were working with did not say he could not help. He stated in his opinion it did not sound like a item defect however he said he absolutely will submit this to Wilson to see if they will accept under a defect. We are an authorized Wilson seller and we do need to work through the vendor for defective complaints. The response our CSR sent to you stated the below, we are willing to help you sir, we just need you to work with us so we can try to assist with your complaint.
"... If you do however believe that the clubs are defective, we would need to work with Wilson directly on their warranty process. If defective, they would be able to replace them under warranty."
Clubs came within time frame. Great shape for price. Had the same set years ago. They hit great and look great. Great value. Great company to order from. Will definitely shop with them again.
I just found out that magazine subscriptions are coming through rock bottom golf, via a purchase through them. Be careful, they didn't have my permission to do such a thing.

They claim to be cheaper than other and that's true, but 4 month after shipping surprise I got an invoice of the delivery... normal price in shop 429 USD, Rockbottom price 399 USD + 103 USD invoice = 502 USD!

Got two hybrids 23 and 19 degrees and I am happy with them. But only one had cover which is for 21 degree. So two covers are missing. It reduces my good attitude.
