Once again RBG comes through! Purchased a "like new" title product came with head cover and wrench (not to many companies do this). Also picked up a wedge set for 50% off, really happy we crossed paths. Very happy shopper and I will be back soon!

“Terrible return process”

The return process involved their customer service department writing smug insulting emails when I asked to return a non conforming order. No one should be insulted this way. Terrible customer service. I am NOT going to give them any more business. When they send out the wrong product the least they could do is be professional about the return. Nope, not professional- they were horrible.

Great service. Will use again. Great variety of golf equipment available at very good prices. Clubs are up to date and good to see so many ladies clubs. Not always the case on other sites. Well done.

These guys are impossible to contact. Spend a few dollars more and know that you are transacting with a real company, not someone selling clubs from their parent's basement without a phone.

We also have a sales line, 877 540 GOLF, business hours are M-F 9a-6p EST as listed on the website; if all representatives are a busy help other customers; we have a voicemail system so customers can leave a voicemail and we DO return all calls.

Easy to read website. Delivery was quick and fast. Service very friendly and helpful. Would be nice to get a free rock bottom shirt or hat but all in all good experience.

Clubs were in overall good shape. 4 iron was still in plastic. I would order from rock bottom again just may have to me more picky to the condition next I buy.

Shoes were as expected, fit great, delivered promptly. $5 shipping was what made the deal. Should offer that shipping deal more often or make it permanent.

Bought a new Tour Edge Driver less than 1 month ago from RockBottomGokf.com. Was told repeatedly verbally and by email that the club was covered by a 90 day playability guarantee. When i asked to return the club after less than 30 days, i was told that this model did not qualify and was worthless to the Company. The language cited was buried and NEVER disclosed at the time of sale. While the pricing and delivery are good, their insulting, disingenuous and probably illegal product representation, combined with inhumane customer service means that me and anyone i know will NEVER buy from them again.

YOU SHOULD NOT AS WELL.

Just got the new Taylormade SIM 3 wood and though I've only hit it less then a dozen times competitively, I never hit a bad shot. I was using a Cobra F9 and this Taylormade is hands down a great 3 wood. Looming now in getting the 5 wood, 5 hybrid, and maybe the Driver. I'm sold on the new Taylormade SIM.

Exactly what I ordered but took longer than I expected. They almost missed my event. Overall very happy but I would suggest ordering well before you need the product so you won't miss a deadline.

I purchased a supposed new set of Cleveland MT Irons. The irons arrived and the 9 iron had green mold all over the head. The mold ate the finish. I contacted Rock Bottom Golf customer service via email---NO- RESPONSE! I have eBay Customer service taking action against them to get a refund. Buyer Beware---Once you buy and there is a problem---YOU CANNOT GET IT RESOLVED!

Great selection, good pricing, but very slow shipping. The website is a bit overwhelming with graphics and not the most professional looking design. But overall I rate a 4-Star experience.

SWEET, bought Etonic rain suit which I had to wear the other day and it repelled the rain and kept me dry. Also bought light weight Gallaway Balboa golf shoes and 4 pair of Etonic golf gloves. With shipping AND the CDN exchange, all this cost less than just a rain jacket from Golftown here in Canada. Ordered on May 2 and delivered by UPS May 6th... Amazing!
So if your Canadian and you want great service, great prices, great selection, Rock Bottom Golf is the place for online shopping.

Made an order two weeks ago and received a confirmation email saying it was processed. I ordered 23 items for a fundraising golf tourney. Items never showed up. Called to find out and hear that my order had been cancelled because I did not reply to an email that had been sent that was trying to verify my order in their fraud department. Was told that I ordered too many things. No apology, no discount, just a cancelled order and no compassion on their end. Long story short, like an idiot, I ordered again as I was told to, and got a call this morning saying the order was on hold as I ordered too many items and it was an extremely rude woman, who once again, implied she really didn't care if I got my order she was just doing her job. So, long story short, no items, so no prizes for drawings and gifts at my golf tourney! Had they called and not sent an email that went to my spam it could have been rectified. Then it happens again after spending an hour on the phone the previous day. Absolutely worthless and classless because I ordered and I quote "too many items". Don't know how good the quality is as I never got to see it in hand, Prices were right which is why i used them in the first place. NEVER, EVER, AGAIN! Want to make sure that everyone understands, the money had been debited from my account. So I assume that I will be reimbursed. I wish I had seen all these negative reviews.

We have a extremely high satisfaction rate of 99.7%, so the negative reviews you see are definitely not reflective. Mistakes do happen yes, however we at Rock Bottom Golf know the value of our customers and work quickly to try to resolve any errors or mistakes while maintaining a high level of customer service.

In regards to your order, I am happy to pull up the communications if you provide me with your order number. The person who you would have spoken to is Melanie. I would love to see those communications because Melanie is the type of person who really doesn't have a rude bone in her body. I am positive if she thought she was being rude she would apologize tremensouly, I do not think it was intentional. I however, apologize on behalf of her because it is apparent you are upset.

Please understand there are people in the world who place orders on stolen cards. It's sad and unfortunate, all we are doing is PROTECTING our customers, period. It is not to make it harder on you to place a order, but to ensure that the order is legit and verified with the bank. It has nothing to do with the amount of items ordered, it has to do is a flag was placed on the order. Your order was flagged and Melanie contacted you explaining that we can process the order but we need to verify it 1st with your bank. She waited 2 business days and there was no response back to her. Therefore yes it would have been cancelled as we did not get a response back and could not verify the sale. A way to bypass our credit card verification process is to place the order paying with paypal. PayPal has their own internal checks therefore if you pay with PayPal the order will flow right through to the shipping stage.
