It's a decent company but make sure u read everything about the item! Price was like a new one and didn't even come with headcover or wrench so really better off buying local

Horrible experience. They made promises and then when failed to deliver on them, had a bunch of excuses why they wouldn't come thru, each one B. S. Different CS reps gave me different stories. But, don't take my word on it. Read thru all the other 1 Star reviews on this site and you will see many others with similar problems... all of which are responded to with defensive messages from RBG. Maybe instead of denying their CS is crap they ought to listen to all these upset customers and do something about it. No company worth buying from has so many negative reviews... as they say "where there is smoke there is fire". Stay away from RBG.

After they told me to get lost, I decided to do something about it and have shared my story and the nasty RBG CS emails they sent, with every golfer I can and let them draw their own conclusions about the poor service this company provides. I take great comfort in the fact that by screwing me over they have lost many thousands of dollars in potential orders from these golfers. Personally, I would gladly pay extra to buy from their competition. Hope they go out of business soon and stop ripping off consumers.

Every year, I purchase two to four dozens of golf balls from Rockbottom.com because it offers free personalization. I always get YEAR, MY INITIALS, and MY GOLF CLUB NAME printed on the balls. I always keep one to two balls unused for remembrance. I ordered again this year in November. Unfortunately, two dozens of Pro V1 arrived without personalization. I am not sure if I missed something when I ordered or Rockbottom.com didn't fill the order correctly. Now, I am not sure if I want to make another order or go through the trouble to return the original order.

Very happy with the entire process as always with Rock Bottom Golf. Received my wedges and have already starting prepping to put them into my regular rotation. Outstanding quality.

These clubs are perfect for old farts like me. They are easy to hit and are very forgiving. I recommend hybrids for anyone that has problems hitting conventional irons.

Love the site. Always Rock Bottom Prices for all brands, especially golf balls and training products. I've referred the site to several of my golfing friends and family members!

Great service. The club looked just like the photo. Great condition and hits great. Shipping was a lot faster then advertised. No complaints. I will definitely purchase things again.

BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK!

I have used this site many times. It has older model equipment for decent prices. BUT, the first time I had an issue and needed to return my order, is still pending. I followed there instructions on how to return and item, which is kind of a racket itself. You need to spend the same amount of money on new items, to even be able to return what you don't want, and pay shipping and tax all over again. Even so, I figured I needed the proper equipment anyways, so I'll pay an extra $20 to "exchange" it. I bought what I really needed, and have since written 3 emails for a return authorization number to send with my return order as they suggest. I have yet to hear back, it's been 3 weeks, and they say returns are only valid for 30 days of initial order date. Unless I hear back soon, then returns weren't even an option for me.

So, if you want to take the risk, they have some decent items, although I find many items cheaper elsewhere. You are basically stuck with your purchase no matter what, no customer service at all.

I picked up my order from the Post Office. The box was very damaged and missing 1 of 2 clubs and the golf balls I ordered. I sent an email to Customer service and they are fixing the issue!

This is one of the worst companies to buy golf product from. Their return policy is a joke and their customer service is completely unprofessional. There's plenty of places to buy golf equipment that have better policies and far better customer service. Don't waster your time talking to *, she's too busy trying to save a dollar rather than listening to the actual issue and dealing with customer concerns.

Here is how a conversation goes with the RBG customer service rep

1. They immediately get defensive and attack you for challenging their policies. (Name calling and threats is not out of the question)
2. They will consistently send you the policy you are disputing... again and again. I guess they think if its posted on the internet it has to be true and how dare you challenge them (See below)
3. They will get more defensive but offer no solution, they are more interested in winning the argument than keeping the customer (You can just review the responses in this thread and see how passive aggressive their customer service is)

They say they have a 99% (plus or minus) approval rating but that is only true on their own website where they filter out the reviews. They don't have that high of a review on this site, google doesn't seem to be a fan when you search for reviews.

As in the past, RBG provided excellent service and product quality. Awesome to deal with, carefree and easy! This was the 3rd set of clubs ordered from them and I am totally satisfied.

This Honma hybrid is a thing of beauty I am asked for a look whenever I take it out of the bag it has a great feel to it and as get used to it gets better and better could not be happier with my purchase and will be looking seriously ar Honma for future buys..
