Once again RBG comes through! Purchased a "like new" title product came with head cover and wrench (not to many companies do this). Also picked up a wedge set for 50% off, really happy we crossed paths. Very happy shopper and I will be back soon!

“Terrible return process”

The return process involved their customer service department writing smug insulting emails when I asked to return a non conforming order. No one should be insulted this way. Terrible customer service. I am NOT going to give them any more business. When they send out the wrong product the least they could do is be professional about the return. Nope, not professional- they were horrible.

I bought a set of king cobra oversize irons. The head of the four iron flew off the shaft during a routine swing. It could easily have killed or maimed someone.

They refused to do anything whatsoever to replace the defective club. Rude and horrible customer service. I'll never buy from them again and will spread the word to my many golfing friends.

Tip for consumers:
They would not replace my defective club or do anything to make this right.

Morning! I am showing you spoke to a few different people; myself included & we were very nice in explaining how defects work. I am so sorry but we do honor all of the manufacturer warranties however this purchase is well outside the warranty time period allocated by the vendor. This was explained and we also provided you the vendor info if you wished to contact them directly to see if they will assist and extend the warranty for you but our records show this item is well over a year over the time line Cobra has for defect claims. Due to it being so far over the defect warranty allocated time period; we cannot accept it as we abide by the vendor warranties on products. This is 1+ year in excess of that timeline which is why we are not able to assist directly with a purchase as old as this. Please refer to our FAQ page for details regarding defective returns. Bought a club that was broken in half when received. Tried contacting customer service via email but got no response the first two times. Finally got a response only to find out it was automated. Unsuccessful when trying to reach anyone by phone. After a few more emails (with pictures) I get a response asking how is it damaged. I knew then that these guys are full of crap. Stay away!

I was looking for a hybrid rescue club. Having never owned or even swung one before, I decided to buy a pre - certified used one. It arrived on my door step within a week of placing the order. Simple and easy.

Golf shoes came in as expected along with head covers - But personalized golf ball message was very poorly done. Who ever did work should have at least looked at the way the messaged ended up. Kinda of a I Don't Care Type Of Worker Attitude!

First the good - fast and convenient.

Now the bad - on a 125$ Order, I paid $33 USD in shipping. I was aware of that charge and accepted it. 3 weeks later, I received an invoice from UPS for $42 CND for "duty, entry prep fee ($30.40), bond fee, COD /online fee, etc. Certainly sounds like MORE shipping to me.

Plus - the Monogram initials on the golf balls come off almost instantly - cheap at 1.99 USD so no biggie. Just beware.

Fellow Canadians - order Canadian. This is why Amazon is so successful!

Beware of shipping and duty charges!

This site is not a scam by any means. However, the clubs you will purchase are anywhere from 3 to 6 years old and are hardly in use at any course around since technology in golf is constantly changing.

There was a mix up on the shalf I wanted as it was out of stock but they made it right and I am very pleased with my purchase. Thanks to Jaime with customer service for all the help. I ordered two push carts for golfing and they both came in sooner than anticipated and in good shape. The only bad thing was that there was only one color to choose from when ordering but the site had shown three different colors.

Ordered some New Balance Fresh Foam golf shoes. Generally nice, but one of the shoes had a few of what looked like melted treads.

Took over 2 weeks to ship. Had to follow up several times. Not acceptable.

I'm not sure if this company has just fallen off or is out of money, but their website is the worst. Their cash for clubs is impossible to use, their promos never work, and their customer service never responds to an email. I will take my business elsewhere. Too much competition out there to be as bad as these guys.

Thank you. For sending me a great product, in like new (almost) condition, good grips and they are working just fine. Every part of the transaction was as you described with no problems in product or delivery.
I used those Ping Wing 2 irons on Saturday and they are going out again today. Sixty years of
Golf for me and still can get excited with this silly game. Thank you again.

I purchased a couple of golf equipment items from Rock Bottom, having dealt with them several years ago. The prices were extremely competitive and because it was coming up to Christmas, I expected delivery to Australia to be quite slow. I was pleasantly surprised to have my parcel delivered in just over a week. The clubs were well packed and the driver put the package in out of the rain. Could not be happier with the overall outcome. Highly recommended.

I ordered product from rock bottom and they charged my card I have emailed them 2 times asking for confirmation no response they just keep sending emails for me to buy something else, I hope to see order soon or will cancel

My order was received within in ten days of placing my order. Club arrived in perfect shape. I am starting to get used of this unique SW for various chips around the green. Getting out of sand traps is much easier now.

The price was perfect but the shoes were not listed as an open box item. They were white shoes and the stain that was on them was minor buy noticeable. I will put more stains on I am sure, but I was a little disappointed. All of my previous purchases have gone off without a hitch, not this one though. I will be more careful when ordering next timer just by at a brick and mortar store where I can view the item first. Sorry but you missed the bullseye this time.

First time ordering through this company. Product was exactly what I ordered and arrived in the expected time frame. The price was lower than many other companies possibly due to the inventory. Did not need the customer service after the purchase (as of yet) but have confidence that they would stand behind their products as the other reviewers have indicated.

Ordered a bag, and 2 individual irons, the order was processed on a Friday night. Sunday I go to track the order and they say my order isn't processed because the bank flagged my account. So, I email back to find out what is needed, they respond with "you didn't answer our question" I then called them F-ing idiots and now they blocked me from their page. Rock bottom golf is trash!

Kyle- Nothing you entered into the order matched what your bank had on file for you. This was explained to you several times and even though you insisted on cursing at staff & screaming at us; we remained nice and professional throughout. The issues were NOT on our end, your bank stated absolutely nothing entered in matched their records. Of course we cannot process a order when the bank tells us that both electronically and verbally when we called them for verification. This is a invalid comment you left as this was all explained to you in detail via email. If you are that upset, you should really be contacting your bank to figure out what the issue is on their end instead of leaving a great company negative feedback for simply putting ecommerce security as a priority. Thank you

Shoes were a great price and good fit. I made an error when verifying my gloves. I thought MLG meant "Med Large Gloves). That actually meant Men's Left Glove. I ended up with the wrong size. Rock Bottom said it was my error and I would have to pay for return shipment which was more than the cost of the gloves. I gave the gloves away. Make sure you verify your order.

I ordered on line and the transaction went through credit card was charged then the order was recalled RBG said it was due to the credit card not being able to be verified but they got paid any way. I tried calling 15 plus times no response sent a few emails as per there instructions sent proof that the charge went through and all they did was say yep we credited your account but would not send me any credit info

Hello- This is not true, we have nicely explained this many times & also tried to call you. Your bank flagged the order, upon review we could NOT verify the order therefore it was cancelled & immediately refunded. We provided you the refund proof via email as well which you acknowledged so you did receive the refund proof we provided. We are very sorry your bank would not verify the order; we must maintain the security of our marketplace for ourselves and our customers & if a bank does not verify a sale then it is cancelled & again your need to contact your bank because as we nicely explained many times previously we provided you the proof (you acknowledged that so I am unsure why you are stating that didn't happen) your issue is with your bank, your bank needs to transfer the refund to you we do not have your payment. Again you have that refund proof.

All of the used mint or near mint balls that I have received have been better than expected. I will continue to refer other golfers and make future purchases myself. Delivery arrived a day earlier than scheduled.

Placed an order and paid for Next Day delivery-my email conformation even indicated the Next Day delivery. Sadly the packaged didn't ship as expected.
My advise stick to standard shipping-don't pay extra.
