Once again RBG comes through! Purchased a "like new" title product came with head cover and wrench (not to many companies do this). Also picked up a wedge set for 50% off, really happy we crossed paths. Very happy shopper and I will be back soon!
The return process involved their customer service department writing smug insulting emails when I asked to return a non conforming order. No one should be insulted this way. Terrible customer service. I am NOT going to give them any more business. When they send out the wrong product the least they could do is be professional about the return. Nope, not professional- they were horrible.
I was sold a used golf cart when I had ordered a new one. Obvious breach of warranty and good business practice. Scott offered me the choice of returning it, replacement with another model (they were out of stock on the model I was sent) of $15 cash/$20 store credit.
Given the nature of the used goods delivered and their less than generous $15 offer, I returned the golf cart.
Poor business practice selling used as new. My last purchase from RBG. I would give a Zero rating if it were possible.
Rock bottom golf advertised buy 2 dozen golf balls and get 3 rd dozen free. They first denied the order and then found it but said at check out I did not put in 3 but 2. Why because the 3 was part of their offer I did not see the need. Now they said shipping has gone up so they want me to pay $9.99 for them to ship. Looks to me financial problems if they cannot pay a small shipping cost
Received my Taylor Made iron set in an extremely timely fashion even during this coronavirus crisis. The price could not be beaten anywhere and I looked. Could not be happier except when I get a chance to hit the link to try these fantastic clubs out. I will definitely be back to rock bottom golf for a set of hybrids woods and probably a putter.
Looking for that magic club but so far Putting Away. Delivery was excellent. The website was confusing with the shipping charges. Offered $5 shipping but I could not get it. Let's be a bit clearer please.
Decent quality bag at reasonable price. Liked the full length dividers which will keep clubs more separated and organized. And the 6 pockets including an insulated beverage compartment. And all at a cost of under $100.
Product arrives as described. Prices are great and the quality is always top notch.
Delivery was delayed but this is not RBG's fault. UPS is super busy these days.
The people griping about the little things have unrealistic expectations. I have been buying from RBG for years now and I have never been disappointed.
Very shortly after purchasing my bag cart, not only did the price reduce, but RBG offered a bigger discount for such a purchase. Instead of guaranteeing their pricing for 30 days (as most retailers do), RBG refused to do anything. After complaining, they relented with a small concession that was a fraction of what the price reduction with new discount should have been. Bottom line - timing is everything and RBG doesn't stand behind their own best pricing, a bad policy.
RBG always seems to have the best golf deals and very timely delivery. The selection of items is huge and you can go for reasonably priced high quality or crazy low priced value. They have both and will ship almost immediately. Highly recommend RBG!
I recently ordered a pair of golf shoes for my wife. I chose economy shipping which would have meant a wait of 10 days or more. The shoes arrived in 5 days. You can expect good merchandise and excellent customer service from the Caveman!
I've bought a number of products through Rock Bottom. The flash sales usually do bring out good prices on items that you are watching. But you are well served to watch an item over a long period of time to get the best price. You can easily be disappointed with the price of an impulse buy.
Their email offers of 25% off and such don't usually apply to products that already discounted with the "rock bottom" price, so the advertising gets you to the site but is disappointing when you can't actually get a discount on an item you want
Received products ordered exactly as described in condition stated at a very competitive price as compared with all other pre-owned sites. Will definitely order other products from RBG. Happy 7 handicapper!

Unless you are a lawyer that can read all, the fine print do not purchase rock bottom golf products.
Company offers great deals and discounts in big print but that is very misleading.
In "small" print which you can't see they tell you that you really need to jump thru hoops to get their discounts. It's not worth your time trying to figure out what is a deal and what isn't. Also check your cart for prices. They tell you one price for a product and list it in the cart at a higher price hoping you don't look carefully at your purchases.
Finally this company does not have free shipping. Amazon has free shipping on product purchases of $4.00 while this company charges shipping even if you buy a $100 of products... really

I don't know why this company is still doing business. They have little or no customer service at all. I never received a email on the status of my order and tracking of my purchase. I spent several hours trying to get a hold of anyone from customer service with the number they provide and called several times. Also tried to use the email route as well several times but still nothing. I guess I need to get some carrier pigeons for bad company's like this.

I've purchase a few things from this company in the past. My most recent purchase was in July 2019. I paid a substantial sum for expedite shipping. Not one items arrived on time. One item has yet to ship. Since you can't actually call this company, you have to email them... the response I received was to let them know when I received my order and they wold "look into" refunding the shipping costs, despite not fulfilling my order.
You get what you pay for... avoid this company.

RockBottom always has great products at great prices. The shipping packaging has always been the worse part of buying items, especially those items that should be handled with care. I have received items that were damaged by the way they were packaged. Emails to RB are never answered so I do not order items that will get damaged if just tossed into a box.
Tip for consumers:
Be sure that items that may be damaged if out into a box together are not purchased at the same time to avoid damage to items.

These clubs are nothing short of awesome. Big sweet spot and easy to hit. Gained about an additional 10-15 yards with each club. The biggest gap is between the 6 and the 5 hybrid. I need to spend some time at the range with the hybrid. Thanks Rock-bottom, great service.
Not only like my title stated, I didn't get any update on the status of the order, no tracking, no item arrived of course, but I didn't get any response from customer service. They DO NOT have a number you can call, it is only email, which they will likely never reply. Even though, it was stated you will get a response within 4 business hours, no, no answer! Paid $13 for shipping so that I can get the items on time, yet till this point, the item is still in the air, with no update! I can't believe I gave this website a try.
Hello- I am a little confused. CS absolutely does respond to ALL calls and emails. Please note, as stated on the website CS hours are M-F 9a-6p EST exluding holidays. In addition; our phone rings constantly all day and CSR's are on phones assisting customers all day. We do have a phone number, as listed on the site it is 877 -540-GOLF. We help ALL customer issues or sales calls.

Good looking shoe and very comfortable as well. The price was a really good deal. After reviewing comments about waterproof issues, I sprayed the shoes with a waterproof spray. No rain yet to test them.
I tried to return a club they sold me. Despite the claims on their website for allowing returns, they have made it nearly impossible for me to do that. I have emailed them 6 times, messaged them repeatedly. They don't even answer their phone. I have bought many items from them but never again. It's not worth the risk of doing business with a company with no concern their customers.
Hi Madonna- I’m sorry for any frustrations however your complaint is completely untrue. You emailed us 6 times from different email addresses all within a very short time frame. We absolutely replied to every single one of your emails and we do have all records showing that as well as showing they were delivered to your email accounts (since you used multiple accounts) and our return policy is quite easy, we gave you the RA number and address to return it too. We also did try to call you unsuccessful Friday. Check your email account both the edu & Gmail, you will see our emails back to you & see we absolutely did service you and did so within minutes of each email you sent.
I ordered a set of used golf clubs on their site, great price for a set in 'like new' condition and I was looking forward to the "Home In 2" fast delivery they promised.
Well, none of it happened. They charged my credit card for the clubs, the transaction cleared but my order sat for nearly a week in 'Pending Processing'. I reached out to them via email (no phone number should have been a tip-off that it's not reputable) and they replied the next day saying my order should ship by the end of business that day. It didn't. Nor the next day, nor the next!
I finally sent another email telling them to give me a status on when they planned to ship or give me my money back. A few hours later - BOOM! The order was cancelled, no further contact from anyone via email... just cancelled without any further explanation.
Use at your own risk. I would not consider this to be a trustworthy organization if they can't be bothered to even have a phone number. Lesson learned.

Like my new club which was mostly bought with trade-in money. Dislike company policy on refunds for new clubs that do not have the "90 day guarantee" which only credits you with half the value of the original purchase price. Also did not like attitude of customer service agent that gave me the bad news.
Bought golf shoes, and then returned them. They text me that they were used. My son wore them in the house for an hour to make sure they they fit correctly. The shoes were a little big, so I returned them. Customer service text me that they cannot accept them once they have been used. This is crazy, I wont ever buy from Rock Bottom Golf again. My advice, only buy from online store where you can take back the item back locally like $#*!'s. I don't recommend buying from Rock Bottom golf. I hope you learn from my mistake. Always hit them straight, and enjoy your round.
Hello- We did not text, however yes we did email you alerting you that the shoes were worn. I am sorry you feel the need to post on there with inaccurate details however as explained in the email we absolutely WILL take a return back but not if the product is used. The shoes returned had significant usage on them, they were not just tried on. They were worn and show those signs of wear on them as well as actual dirt on the bottom of the shoes. I did nicely explain this in the email and I also attached several pictures to show how the warehouse received them in.

My irons were supposed to ship in 3-7 business days. They are scheduled to ship a month and half after I ordered them. Tried to get a reason and the only way to contact rock bottom is to email. The customer service agent (Tyler) sent me and email saying the same thing twice. Would not give me a reason why there was such a delay. Ordered a wood and a driver as well, both were supposed to have a stiff shaft. I got a regular staff instead. Just a terrible overall experience, will not shop here again.
