Once again RBG comes through! Purchased a "like new" title product came with head cover and wrench (not to many companies do this). Also picked up a wedge set for 50% off, really happy we crossed paths. Very happy shopper and I will be back soon!
The return process involved their customer service department writing smug insulting emails when I asked to return a non conforming order. No one should be insulted this way. Terrible customer service. I am NOT going to give them any more business. When they send out the wrong product the least they could do is be professional about the return. Nope, not professional- they were horrible.

Received my new club just in time for the weekend. Rock Bottom Golf never disappoints with speedy delivery and great deals on golf gear and accessories. They ROCK!
Every club was off at least 3 degrees and some even 5. I shot the worst round of my life with them because I was foolish and trusted the product to be delivered ready to use.
It was a good deal. But the box was kind of open when I got it. The part that is taped in the picture could easily be pushed in so the contents could be removed with out much effort.
The Grafolly red graphite driver shaft were a steal and just couldn't pass them up. A fantastic golf shaft and just waiting to re-shaft a Bridgestone driver. Having a Rife 2 bar and a Rife blade putter needed to pick up the Rife Switchback and the price made it a no-brainer. Love the ability to custom weight (same as the 2 bar) and the look and feel is just incredible. As always, Rock Bottom Golf Absolutely rules with their rock bottom deals and if you're paying attention, some of their rock bottom deals go way below rock bottom. I always check Rock Bottom Golf before I make a golf purchase to make sure that I'm getting the best deal. Usually the best deal is at Rock Bottom. As always guys and gals, your shipping, service and deals are phenomenal. Thanks Again.

It was time to replace our clubs, ordered complete sets for my wife and I. Good selection and products. Clubs were well packaged and arrived on time. Have already played a round.:-)
Love my driver even though it didn't fix my slice completely. When it arrived there wasn't an adjustment tool included. I emailed the company and a week later it was delivered in the mail. Top Notch!

Bought the bag for my grandson who just started golfing and he loves it. It has enough pockets and a 14 divider top so the open box price put it a step above other bags in it's price range.
All used balls were in very good condition. Product arrived quickly. Good price for like-new balls. Would recommend to friends and bu ymmv again myself...

They get 3 stars solely because of their absolutely terrible customer service. They have amazing prices on all things golf related. I ordered a shirt a size too big and asked if I could return it and exchange it for the correct size (which was in stock). The lovely Jamie told me they don't do exchanges, ok that's fine, I can return it. Can I get a rain check on the price to get the right size? Nope sorry too bad. Hmm ok. Can I at least get free shipping ($15.00 for a $30.00 shirt that I bought for $25)? Nope too bad pay the whole thing, but oh I will waive your $10 return label fee. In the string of emails I was mad after seeing it would cost $15 to ship the new shirt to me and asked if I could get free shipping instead of paying 15 $#*!ing dollars which then caused Jamie (apparently the director of customer service) to lose her $#*!. I'm not sure she has ever heard a cuss word, it wasn't directed at her whatsoever but she definitely took it that way. Immediately after she was extremely rude and absolutely awful! I thought I was talking to a 12 yr old. It was even more shocking how bad the customer service was when she told me she was the director of customer service. A very very very bad experience on what I thought would be a quick and easy exchange.
Tip for consumers:
Buy things in whatever size you might be/wear and return it later.

I received my order several days earlier than the initial estimate. It arrived in pristine shape and was exactly as advertised. The price was great as well.
Received my Wilson duo golf balls in a timely manner. Great price for 2 boxes. I use the duo soft balls to get more distance since I am a senior player.
It only took three business days to receive my order that was originally scheduled for up to 10 days. The product was at a wonderful price and a great golf ball.

The shoes I bought were on sale and I was glad to see that they came in my size. I paid for standard shipping and they arrived a week early. You can't beat that!
