Once again RBG comes through! Purchased a "like new" title product came with head cover and wrench (not to many companies do this). Also picked up a wedge set for 50% off, really happy we crossed paths. Very happy shopper and I will be back soon!
The return process involved their customer service department writing smug insulting emails when I asked to return a non conforming order. No one should be insulted this way. Terrible customer service. I am NOT going to give them any more business. When they send out the wrong product the least they could do is be professional about the return. Nope, not professional- they were horrible.

Rock Bottom has always provided great service, support and great products for an incredible price. They are my go to for all my golfing needs.
Even sent a extra pair of replacement spikes. Fit was perfect also. Shoes ran true to size. Recommended to a friend who bought 2 pair.
Can you imagine... You get your mail and your box is FULL with new junk magazines... mens heath (and you are a single woman), Wine enthusiast, And you don't give a rip about wine! And the list goes on... and your mail... over and over you get emails from Rock Bottom and a bunch of NEW never ending spamming companies that are selling your info to anyone and everyone and are now trying to sell you something or get you to read their trash "on line magazines". How would you like that?... well buy some really expensive products on line from Rock Bottom... and you too may be on the lists (YES LIST(S)) from HELL! I tracked back thru multiple unwanted looser companies who are ALL targeting and spamming me to find out that it all came from ROCK BOTTOM GOLF! Do you want to have your life "spammed"... then for sure... buy from this company! Hours of my time, my life and my peace, my email, my mail box, are destroyed / full from their shameful actions! NONE OF THIS WAS DONE WITH MY KNOWLEDGE OR PERMISSION... ALL SPAM AND ALL SHOULD BE ILLEGAL (and probably is!) Anyone know a good lawyer?

I WISH I HAD NEVER USED THIS SITE/ THIS COMPANY, ROCK BOTTOM GOLF. THEY PUT ME ON MULTIPLE LISTS OF SPAM / ADVERTISEMENT SIGHTS THAT SOLD MY INFO AND NOW I AM INUNDATED WITH USELESS MAGAZINES, MAIL, EMAILS, AND OTHER JUNK MAIL! ALL DONE WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE!..... I WOULD NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE SPAMMED LIKE ME.
