Once again RBG comes through! Purchased a "like new" title product came with head cover and wrench (not to many companies do this). Also picked up a wedge set for 50% off, really happy we crossed paths. Very happy shopper and I will be back soon!
The return process involved their customer service department writing smug insulting emails when I asked to return a non conforming order. No one should be insulted this way. Terrible customer service. I am NOT going to give them any more business. When they send out the wrong product the least they could do is be professional about the return. Nope, not professional- they were horrible.
Bought a pair a Etonic golf shoes less than year ago. Top of shoe splitting open and feet getting wet. Though they have a one year warranty they won't pay for shipping to return the shoe (are they really going to analyze the shoes, as stated?). That's fine, but they should send a shipping label. That cost is about 50% of the cost of the shoe. Very disappointing to say the least. Shoes going to trash, as well as all advertising emails from Rock Bottom golf.

I ordered a complete set of clubs and a putter separate. When the order came, the putter head was broken off. I notified Rock Bottom Golf and received a replacement putter no questions asked. That made my day. Thank you.
Firstly, I have absolutely no complaints. Being a Canadian and having the product shipped up here, I was a little worried at first. However, the products arrived ahead of time and will probably use "Rock Bottom Golf" in the future. The prices (even with the exchange in the dollar) were cheaper than ordering the same product here in Canada. For example, I bought, through RBG a pair of "Loudmouth shorts" which was half the price for the same pair sold through Loudmouth Canada.
We are moving out West, so hopefully RBG can still provide the service - thanks again

I haven't used this company yet but I will be making purchases from them based om the reviews here. I made this review to counter all the horrible customers trying to return 300 dollar used clubs a year after theyre purchased and writing a bad review when they're turned down. I can tell this is a great company and its unfortunate such lousy customers exist. But I will write another review after making a few purchases. I'm looking forward to this.

Ordered a Cleveland wedge from Rock Bottom, when it arrived it was so rusted and worn that I couldn't believe they were selling it. To make matters worse they charged me for shipping when i returned the mis-represented item. I will stay away from them in the future.
I traded some of my older clubs for store credit and was surprised how quickly my trade in order was processed. I used the store credit to purchase some wished items I wanted. Once I placed order, I received items with no issues. Thanks RBG for making this such an easy transaction!
Shoes arrived with broken cleats. Rock Bottom did include 6 new cleats to replace the broken cleats. The broken pieces were just sitting in the box. Because more or going to break, they should have included enough cleats to replace both shoes, or replaced them before shipping. Some minor issue with UPS shipping, but not the fault of the seller.
During the covid19 pandemic I ordered a whole set of clubs and added the arrival in 2days... not knowing if my order would make it on time with everything shutting down... well it did! Thank you Rock Bottom for the fast service and awesome low prices!
Ordered new Etonic golf shoes. No phone number given. Only way to generate RMA is via email and after two days no response. To return I have to pay $10. Not my fault incorrect product was shipped. Scam vendor I will never use again.
I had a very difficult time finding clubs for my two year old who loves to golf with his plastic set. Thanks to Rock Bottom golf he now has a real set that he loves. I also was pleased with the great deals on the training equipment. I am a golf coach and was very pleased to find the training aids needed to help the kids develop their game.
I've been a loyal Rock Bottom customer for many years and have made several purchases. In the past, I've always been quite satisfied with your products, your price and your service. This order, however, left me somewhat disappointed. My purchase included 2 new Tour Edge HL3 hybrids and 2 pre-owned Tour Edge HL3 hybrids. When this order arrived, the 2 new clubs were perfect and I expected the pre-owned ones would show some minor wear. What I didn't expect, was that one of the pre-owned clubs would have a different shaft and a different (mid-size) grip. Even though my order included four individual clubs, rather than a matched set, I assumed all would at least have matching shafts and grips. I am 77 years old, but in great shape and still have a pretty good all around game, so I want all of my clubs to have the same feel. Had I known all four clubs would not have matching shafts and grips, I would certainly have purchased all new clubs.
I have dealt with Rock Bottom Golf for nine years. I buy for a tournament I run, myself and gifts for my golfing buddies. Items purchased are always as described and in perfect condition. They have the best prices and great selection. I recommend Rock Bottom Golf to everyone I know.

For the most part the shopping experience was great except for the shoes were too small so I just wanted to exchange for next bigger size! But don't do exchanges so by the time the return went through and I received the store credit the shoes were no longer on sale
The items in the box were new as advertised and exactly what I ordered. The items were perfect upon delivery and without a scratch. Delivery was not as exact of a process. After a delivery date was issued, it was changed by the delivery company resulting in rescheduling family to be at the address to SIGN for the package per RBG terms of agreement. When the box arrived, the delivery person said no signature was required. I confirmed and no signature was given.
I could have not inconvenienced others and had the box at the front door. Ah, am I missing something. The amount was over the $500 requirement.
So pleased with the items, but am concerned with the delivery service meeting RBG's business practices.
All in all, I will continue to order golf clubs from here.
I ordered a paid of golf shoes and they charged me instantly... no problem. However, i also paid for 5-7 day shipping and today marks the 14th day and still no package. The tracking info has said the same thing for the last 10 days that a label was created but UPS has not received the package from seller. Customer service is terrible. I have left 2 emails and both have been unanswered over the last 4 days. They do not provide a phone number to call either. Do yourselves a favor and avoid this terrible joke of a company. There are plenty of reputable discount golf suppliers out there so you don't have to be $#*!ed around by this place. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Customer service is top notch. Products are always amazing! Delivery is on point. I broke my club, I reached out to customer service just to get an idea of the shaft to replace it. The gentleman who helped reached out to Callaway, set me up to get a brand new club, exact one I had. All I had to do was print a label and bring it to get shipped. Got my new club back 3 days later. Top notch, A+ service. RBG will always be my first stop for golf.
The putter was in like-new condition. It included an original headcover, which I do not recall being mentioned in the listing. The price was the lowest I found after an extensive search. Shipping was not the best, with UPS doing the long haul across the country at a leisurely pace before handing off to the Post Office for local delivery.
I was able to purchase my dream irons of the latest gen (2021 P790's) in great condition for $500 less than brand new. The process was super easy with fast shipping. I really appreciated the follow up email to confirm my receipt of product.
I received golf shoes in a damaged box that had been taped by the sender. The shoes had been worn and I'm guessing returned by another customer. There were no tags on the shoes, the laces were not factory tied. These are a gift for my brother's birthday. I was going to give them to him but am ashamed to give him worn shoes. I asked the company to send another pair in time for his birthday but they refused. They said that Amazon had been the ones to send the shoes, however, they came in a bag with Rock Bottom Golf and a return label with Rock Bottom Golf and their address. Said I could just order another pair. I'm really disappointed that this company would send out worn shoes and then not make the order correct!

I bought a top of the line Nikon rangefinder from them after receiving an email touting the $100 off promotion on yesterday.
Today, they changed the promotion to 20% off. That means they are selling the same Nikon rangefinder I bought yesterday for $40 less today.
I contacted their Customer Service Dept and asked for credit against the difference since I had not yet received the rangefinder. Their reply was "too bad for you fella".
I could have returned the item and repurchased it on the current promotion, but that would be acting as sleazy as they are with their price drop and not covering purchases from less than 24 hours ago.
Or I can never buy from them again. Bye, bye RockBottom Golf. You obviously don't need my business.

Hello- it is important to note that our prices do fluctuate depending on what we paid for the stock listed at the time. If we purchase for a higher price, we do have to list at a higher price however; when we purchase at a lower price, we list at a lower price. The prices changing doesn’t have to do with sales we run; we run sales and promotions weekly. With that said we do have a price match guarantee and we guarantee our price will beat any competitors. This site is great. The selection is limited by whatever clubs and equipment they can buy on discount, but the clubs are all genuine. The service is also very good. I have used they 6 times and always gotten great results!
Ordered a set of clubs, but they sent the wrong ones. Site still listed the clubs, but the service rep told me they didn't have any in stock. Offered a further discount for me to keep the wrong ones. Either they're completely disorganized or trying to scam people.

The only reason we would offer you to keep it at a greater discount is because we were sold out of the item and often customers will want to keep what they received for a partial refund or store credit. We offer that because it is something a lot of customers appreciate (getting it at a even greater discount). We did also offer to provide a prepaid return label to return it though for a full refund. We promise you we are a honest company who has been in successful business for nearly 2 decades, we try our hardest not to make mistakes but when errors do happen we do try to resolve them quickly.
