Once again RBG comes through! Purchased a "like new" title product came with head cover and wrench (not to many companies do this). Also picked up a wedge set for 50% off, really happy we crossed paths. Very happy shopper and I will be back soon!
The return process involved their customer service department writing smug insulting emails when I asked to return a non conforming order. No one should be insulted this way. Terrible customer service. I am NOT going to give them any more business. When they send out the wrong product the least they could do is be professional about the return. Nope, not professional- they were horrible.
Ordered a Mizuno 3 wood I got an amazing price and super quick shipping. Even said no headcover to buy for it and surprisingly it came with the headcover and was still in the plastic. Couldn't have had a better experience definitely will be ordering more. Thanks
Received golf bag actually faster than I expected. Very good quality bag. Has all the room I need for to carry accessories in addition to the clubs. Full length dividers are the best I've had in a bag.

The problem was not your pricing mistake. You did not correct it right away. The problem is in the era of e-commerce, other offers that might have been available could go away in the 2 days you took to realize your mistake. You are also clearly not valuing the time customers spent regardless of how silly your mistake is.
They are surely rock bottom. They had a mistake on their website pricing, so, they recalled the already shipped product from UPS. Meanwhile, the offer I used to make the purchase went away. They kept arguing with me instead of resolving the issue. Waste of time!
Bought a 3-wood for $161.77, the price dropped to $155 after 4 days. Refused to offer a refund. Listen to this twisted logic: our price guarantee is between what you paid and the listing price, because you used a discount code, what you paid was less than $155, so we won't give you a refund. Okay, I would've used the same discount on $155! The price dropped, didn't it? Price guarantee my $#*!. A sadistic twisted prick.

I placed my order for the new Callaway B21 irons on September 14, today September 24 I called to find out what the hell is going on! I was told that it must be being filled at Callaway, but would have to check on it because they didn't know! Are you kidding me! Why is it coming from Callaway when I ordered from you? So after 10 days it could still be another week, not very good customer service. This was my first order with rock bottom, and there will not be another one. P.S. I had to Google the company to find a telephone # because there is no that I could find at their website
I can find something that is not only at a great price but that actually fits as well. I found it interesting that the shirt I bought buttons left over right just like a men's shirt. Is the discount because of the screw up? I can live with that.
I ordered a putter and unfortunately after about 3 weeks using the club the head snapped off at the point where the head inserts into the shaft
I sent pictures to customer service and explained what happened and they replaced the putter with a new one within a week
I ordered the Etonic rain suit and the jacket fits a little snug. The only size options to choose from were small/medium/large and there were no indications of what those sizes covered. Would have been nice to have the option for an XL on the jacket with L for the pants (which fit perfectly).
I ordered the swami from Izzo and presto! I was back in business. It was easy, fast and with 20% off I got a great deal. I'll be back! When you say "free shipping" mean it! I did have to pay shipping.

Nice grips and a decent price. Better if shipping cost wouldn't be so high. It is ridiculous to have to have a minimum of 75 characters to write a review. Next time I will not waste my time in responding to your questionnaire.
They have good pricing, you can get good deals on items being discontinued or last years model. My biggest complaint is shipping…, all of my purchase have taken 2-3 days to ship it either UPS or USPS. I get my items about 10 days after I order it.
They have to get the items faster to the delivery service.

The Ray Cook golf bag purchased was just as advertised. A quality product sold by a quality price company. The price of the bag was excellent as is their customer service. The bag arrived at my front door much earlier than I expected. I will do business again with Rock Bottom Golf.
I have never delt with a company with worse customer service. 4 hours to respond to a email if at all. They offer no phone number to call i understand why now. Just save your the hassle even if you have to pay a little extra it will be worth it.

Our positive rating is over 99%, I assure you we’re working hard to help ALL customers. Please do kindly note the majority of companies reply within 24-48 hours to CS related inquiries. Ours is 4 business hours which is EXTREMELY quick compared to competitors so I am not sure why you’re upset over that.
We kindly do ask customers to remember we are in the middle of a national pandemic; while we are working as hard as possible to resolve ALL customer inquiries you do need to take that into consideration as labor has been decreased with a large amount of internal precautions that have effected normal processes.

This is a great driver! I picked up yards off the tee and my control and accuracy also improved! Buying the open box option provided a discount over new and I was 100% glad I had this option available.
I ordered 11 different golf polos, updating my closet. The prices were hard to pass up. All the shirt were great and exactly what I wanted. My only problem was one of the shirts, the package was open, as the shirt was on a hanger, but it was dirty. It looks as if it was dropped on a dirty floor. I checked and the dirt send to wash out easily, so I kept it.
When placing my order, I was under the impression that being in the link for clubs for lefties I was ordering a left-handed club. After receiving it and seeing it was a right-handed club, the follow-up was that it's made specifically in the notes that it would be designated a right-handed. After receiving the link from your customer service advisor, I do now see the left-handed Mark for ordering a club. I thought it was a little confusing, but everything's okay.
I thought I was buying a used driver in "as new"condition, and what I got was a new driver still in the plastic wrapping with matching headcover. Oh yeah, who's the winner now? If you have a golf itch, call Scratch, he'll fix it.
Only received half of order, went out of stock on one of the items. It is just too bad they went out of stock on the item I really wanted the other was just an add on to the purchase.
They reached out a couple of times to change colors, but every time I agreed they would run out of the other color.

Received my delivery as scheduled. However I thought I was suppose to receive 4 dozen golf balls as it was advertised buy 3 get one free. Only received 3. No I dont know if I entered everything properly or not but they were advertised buy 3 get one free.
I got the clubs quickly and when they said I would. The only reason for the 4/5 stars. Was small rip in the golf bag weather cover. I didn't think it was worth sending the clubs back but it was annoying they are brand new.
The page I was on suggested the use of a discount coupon for the "sale." When I got to check out the coupon was is "not applicable." I was on a specific page listing only one product. The coupon was listed there. This is deceptive at best if not outright consumer fraud.
Ordered a pair of spikeless golf shoes for my summer golf travels. First time ordering shoes ever on line. I've very wide feet and broken both feet so I always try on shoes before buying. Took a gamble because of the great return policy, couldn't beat the price, quick delivery and they fit. YEA!
