Grace understood immediately my issue with billing (being double billed) and corrected the error. She issued the appropriate refund and emphasized (twice) that it might not appear on my credit card statement for 7-10 days. She was quite thoughtful and professional, and I would give her an A+ for how she handled my call.

I have used rocket lawyer for the last few years. Every document i have made has been correct, accepted by legal entities and the site is very user friendly as far as making documents.
I have not been on the site for a few months and had trouble logging in(should mention here that i have zero tech natural ability-i'm an old boomer, slow typer and a luddite to boot

McKenna was the person that assisted me-her kindness, patience, understanding and her willingness to muddle through my non-tech vocabulary was amazing.

We had a slight billing issue, but the agent I spoke to (Patricia) was able to get it straightened out and got my account set up the way I needed. She was friendly and knowledgeable, a genuine pleasure to talk to.

Rocket is a great service that allows you to create all sorts of documents for printing/saving. It's a great self-service tool and saves me a ton of money on things that I don't really need an attorney for.

I had an issue with being charged for membership even though it was covered via my Hemlane membership. I had been working with them for over a month to fix it and had no success while Grace helped resolve it in a matter of seconds. She was very knowledgeable and was aware of this partnership. I had forgotten to cancel my subscription and Patricia was extremely nice and very inviting to talk with. She gave me a refund with no hassle and waited for me to confirm via email that I did receive the notification. We should have more people like Patricia to work in customer service. She is genuine and you can hear it in her voice that she's there to take care of people. She exceeded my expectations!

I have used Rocket Lawyer on and off for years. I've never found the need to try another search method. On inquiries about specific topics, there are attorney relationships with Rocket Lawyer which result in quick responses and lots of good information. I also use this site for document production. My experience with calling for the infrequent membership change has been very positive.

In my case I no longer needed Rocket Lawyer and wanted to go down to the free version. I was so thankful I was able to do this without being hounded about it. It was quick and easy and I will definitely reactivate my account if it becomes something I need more in the future.

I totally forgot I signed up for a free trial and apparently have been paying for this for 3 months 🤦🏼‍😅 I realized it when I got charged today and called to request a refund. JoJo helped me out and was able to get 2 months refunded back to me! Yay! So since I never actually used it I don't know if it's good or not, but the customer service was awesome! Thanks JoJo!

This is a great service. I am a new user and had a problem navigating the templates. I called the number given on the screen and got a person who walked me right through the problem in less than 4 minutes.

I used RocketLawyer to create a document which was a great experience. I thought I had cancelled or downgraded the service and found that my account was charged. I called and within minutes Grace was able to stop future payments and refund the most recent charge.
