I ordered a product from them a month in advance. The order didn't process until after the day I was supposed to wear the costume. If you want something from this website you might as well order it several months prior, but even then, I don't know if it would arrive in time. Take in mind I paid for express delivery as well... Really bad processing and handling of orders

I ordered my son's costume with plenty of time to arrive when he needed it. I even paid the extra 35 dollars for expedited shipping. The item arrived 8 days after. The shipping left Kentucky to go to California and back to Florida! So much time for no reason. I will not be ordering anything else from this site.

Bought 3 wigs early 2014. Coco (representative) GUARANTEED that if I paid for express shipping I would get it i on time. Of course I didn't! After I returned my package and constantly was emailing for months, they would sporadically reply and demand the tracking number even though I gave it to them each time. Even still I found their eBay (le-mail wigs) (wig-supplier is their previous website) Coco would email me only once every couple weeks reassuring I would get it soon, she was only passing time! Now it's too late for PayPal or my bank to do anything! Really disappointing!
I've bought from their ebay site since then and the only good thing is that most of the time they use their own stock photos and sometimes you can find bids on their products starting at. 99 cents.

I bought so many times, prices are good on all items, not only is the business clean and adorable, but the staff clearly enjoys what that do and respects their customers, I had full highlights, I will purchase and return from now on. I saw the above people give so terrible, I don't know whether she is intended.

Once your money goes through it's like you don't exist. And once my info on the site said the order was complete, I decided to watch the tracking number, only to find out the it doesn't exist or isnt working. Any further effort to contact the company was in vain. They don't respond via email, phone(which is a weird ". Com" message forward number) nor facebook. I understand shipping may take awhile, but that is no excuse to ignore the messages from customers when they come to find the tracking number isn't working. Especially on their site it says order COMPLETE

I paid over 21 dollars for express shipping. The next option was 14 dollars for 10-18 day delivery time. On Day 17 I was told the costume I ordered for my child was not going to ship for 3 more days and would not be delivered till after Halloween. I asked for a discount but they would not. They would only refund. Terrible.

I ordered a costume and added the wear date but my product arrived a week later. I contacted them a during the shipping processes and they wouldn't help me and told me that it was out of their control. They also stopped replying to my emails and didn't provide any type of compensation for not having my product arrive when needed.

This place is awesome! Huge, huge, huge assortment of wigs selection. The wigs are of high quality, I feel like I can almost tease and flat iron my wig if i wanted too. I can get some gorgeous ones pretty cheaply!

The cosplay is absolutely beautiful and good quality but one thing i was upset about were the pins on the accessories. Some of the pins broke during shipping which is normal and i dont blame the company but when i tried it on like 70% pins broke which is an easy fix with hot glue
The front bow of my kokomi cosplay didnt stay up properly which is also an easy fix.
The shell on the back is a really thin foam.
But overall i LOVE. This cosplay with all my heart its beautiful and worth it if ur abt to order the kokomi cosplay have some glue ready <33

I wanted to order a costume from this site today. I was at checkout to finish my order, but couldnt complete it. It said there was an issue, and i should try again later. But my money was gone from my card, and i dont have a confirmation email, nor on paypal. I dont know what to do, im very upset.

I really like my new Madoka Magica uniform. Skirt is really soft and good quality; better quality than some other cosplay skirts I own from other shops. The top is comfortable and has nice lace on it. It's accurate and I'm really happy with the purchase. Delivery shipped and arrived quickly and safely.

Excellent shipping, timely delivery and great quality product. The wig I got was $15 dollars (minus shipping) and easily matched the quality of another $60 dollar wig i own. Beautiful color and looks exactly like Hanji Zoe's hair from Attack on Titan.

I ordered a Twilight Sparkle costume and they sent me the wrong item (was a school girl costume from fruits basket anime)

After contacting customer service they sent me a replacement costume and didn't even ask me to return the item they sent.

Would definitely shop here again!

I ordered my Boosette Cosplay and it was perfect! The material used to make the cosplay is very strong. No mistakes and it looked as pictured on the website. I do recommend this shop for any cosplays ( however they are in china, make sure to order like a month or 2 in advance!)

I saw a lot of good reviews from the store and one of my friends bought from it and said they were good so I decided to give them a try. I payed for my costume and almost straight away the $117 was taken from my account. A few days later I get an email saying it wasn't n stock and I'd have to wait till it was in stock again, they didn't give me options before taking the money from my account.

It took them 2 weeks before they finally came back to me after countless emails saying it would be a few more days an they would ship it. In the end shipping was slow and it took around a month to get here and when it did the cosplay didn't fit despite me measuring and checking the measuring charts. The print on the skirt was partly folded over and ripped or missing in some places. Parts of the costume had pieces hot glued on, the ribbons were fraying and the elastic was perished.

I'd rather risk looking on ebay for costumes tbh

I really don't recommend this Cosplay Shop at all. I've ordered my Cosplay in October 2020 and since there was a problem with DHL they've sent my package back to them. I agreed with them to wait a little bit longer, to send it back to me. I was aware that due to the Pandemic it could take a little bit longer but i'm waiting several months, they didn't update me or anything, like they've forgot about my order. They offered me to re-sent it if i pay for shipping costs again. I've declined and asked them to refund my money or i'll claim a dispute on Paypal. Bad Experience, totally don't recommend! If you are searching for good Cosplay Shops i can recommend you Uwowo Cosplay or DokiDoki Cosplay.

If I could I would have given 0 stars. I ordered a brown wig with twintails and paid 24$+shipping for it. What I recieved was a totally different wig, purple and with a ponytail. Plus, the lucky bag cosplay I ordered came incomplete. There was no bow nor stockings, it was just a waste of their warehouse they try to sell you. Never buying again.

UPDATE: It seems they reshipped the wig. I'm waiting for it to come, then I'll edit the review, for now I'll add a star for their Customer Service.
About Violet's cosplay, it seems it never came with the other items in description, so I asked them to update it to make it coherent. Regarding the size, I don't wanna spend again time about it, I'll just sew it to make it smaller.

Horrible customer service. I ordered a costume 2 sizes bigger because their site states that the sizes are more catered towards Asians & it still didn't fit. I ordered a 150cm shirt & the one they sent was much smaller. They then told me I had to pay $130 to return the item. When I told I wasn't going to pay double what the item was worth just to send it back they told me to keep it & offered a measley 22% discount to purchase a new. I will not be ordering from them again. They are not reputable.

DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! Rolecosplay said they were going to ship my package and never did. And now they are ignoring me! I have tried every single flipping way to contact them. When before they were replying just fine, but now that they have failed to send my package they are ignoring me. And now I have to go through PayPal to get a refund. This company is unprofessional and you'll be lucky if you get your stuff!

I ordered a medium UMP9 cosplay for me and a XL UMP45 cosplay for my friend, both from this link

When they arrived, I realized they were exactly the same size, despite one having medium tags and the other having XL tags. Even worse, they both actually fit into the size small measurements. My friend would have fit into the XL sizes they advertised on their site, but was much too tall for the size small outfit they gave us with an XL tag. The quality of the products was great, but their size chart is totally inaccurate. As you can see from their size chart, the length should have been around 62 cm, but what I recurved was under 58 cm, putting it as the size small measurement. If you can fit into a size small great, but if you are tall absolutely do not trust their size charts!

I ordered it to go watch a movie in cosplay with my friend i payed for faster shipping but it came a month later
The wig is crooked the middle is WAY off center so i cant wear it without it looking wrong

My daughter paid for a costume, plus express fee $68 with guaranteed arrival. Product arrived after Halloween. They will not allow me to return costume.
