Total SCAM
Total SCAM. Not to trust them.
1) Selling NOT in stock products
2) Force you to cover postage costs for the incorrect item they sent promising they will then refund the order amount. Which never happens
3) Company based in LA and production in China where you need to return the incorrect item
4) On their website: "Items may be returned or exchanged within 60 days from they were delivered, free-of-charge and no questions asked." - PURE LIE. Even with the proof they never posted what I ordered they still didn't want to refund the full order amount, with the excuse: "That their company also puts a lot of time, transportation and labour costs."
5) On their website: "The shipping fee currently is non-refundable. However,Rosefeels will reimburse customer US$10 as the return fee in the form of store credit points:
A). Customers received the wrong item." PURE LIE! They didn't want to hear about refunding anything re the postage costs and never paid that.
6) Extremely poor quality of the product. Parts were falling of as soon as you take it in your hand
7) on their website:"Our Quality Assurance Team inspects every item before shipment to ensure that you receive a high-quality piece". LIE, LIE, LIE,! SCAM. DON'T FALL for it!
They never check what they sent you. This is to full you to buy. Once you purchase something, you won't get your money.
I raised a dispute with my bank and told them that. Then they decided to refund only 80% of my order without postage costs for their mistake.
I emailed them daily for the last 2 months asking for my money.
SCAM BIG TIME! BE CAREFUL and DON'T TRUST THEM!
