Rosegal is a TOTAL FRAUD. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! I ordered $185 worth of items. They arrived mashed into balls, stuffed into one envelope busting at the seams. The quality of the material is horrible and the measurements they list are totally incorrect. I "Submitted a Ticket" on Monday, Nov 30th and received their automated "we will respond in 24 hrs". It is now Saturday, 5 days later, still no response, despite my daily messages. I tried calling and got a recording saying "THE MAGIC JACK CUSTOMER CANNOT RESPOND RIGHT NOW AND THEIR MESSAGE BOX IS FULL." They are a fraud and facebook should stop running their damn ads! So angry with these darn emails. They send an email to let me know I have a refund but when I try to open the site it tells me to LOGIN.
DO NOT ORDER AND IF YOU ARE EXPECTING A REFUND, THEY TAKE FOREVER. I MADE MY ORDER IN 2014... I did not receive my items but they were quick to take my money! After I made a review complaint they decide that it's time I will be refunded but not the whole amount because I did not have pictures to prove I made the order. I had written a huge negative comment regarding the poor quality of their clothing and such and Rosegal and they actually deleted my post on 4 separate occasions. There are so many negative comments regarding this scam so called of a company, that I wonder why did they delete mine... hmmmmm interesting! Anyways before you order anything from this company ensure that you go on line and check out all of the horrible reviws. It really makes me wonder what kind of operation they are running. Think about it, buy a cheaply made dress that you order for $15. It will probably arrive in the wrong size, totally different color and be prepared to only wear it once because once you wash it, it literally falls apart. But wash at your own risk, because some of those items don't even come with laundry care instructions. I ordered 2 Christmas presents on December 14th. I paid extra for expedited shipping to get it before Christmas. When I didn't receive it when it said I was supposed to I looked it up to see where it was, it hadn't shipped yet and it said it wouldn't be in until the 27th. Now it is the 29th and guess what? This review is both about my last item purchased and the extremely poor customer service that is now non-existent!
My last item is completely unwearable! It is very poorly made. The front is huge when zipped up but the back from shoulder to shoulder is tight and will rip as as soon as I move my arms. The fabric is nothing but a very thin shirt with an extremely oversized hood. It is not a light jacket as I thought it would be. I have been trying to submit a RMA since I received the item in the beginning of December. I submitted an RMA on 12/14/22 and I got an email from Rosegal replying that my question had been answered but when I click to see the response the website and the app just shows as "Question not found". I can no longer reach customer service for anything. I have tried several times to submit a ticket for this item and the same message comes up..."Question not found" or "RMA already submitted". This company no longer has a way to communicate with them. I have tried Messenger as well and no one will help. Presales questions only with Messenger. They only advised I submit a RMA which I have done and can't do again on this specific item! Absolutely no one is willing to help with my problem from this company. I have been able to communicate with customer service in the past over items but now there is NO WAY to reach anyone! This company has lost my business! MY ADVICE...STAY AWAY!

I ordered 4 items of clothing from this company. It took far too long to receive and when the package came, the clothing was HORRIBLE and sized for CHILDREN, not adults. I am so bummed I didn't find this site before I ordered from RoseGal! I ordered 5 pairs of pants from a Facebook ad, which I have never done before, but they looked so cute and cheap! I saw the tall, lean American models wearing them and thought they were perfect as a birthday gift for my sister-in-law. Well, a whole MONTH after her birthday they arrived, in different packages, wadded up teeny tiny with China shipping labels. I was so upset with myself for not having known they were cheap Chinese crap.
First of all, the Large sizes are maybe big enough to fit a 90 lb. Asian woman. Secondly, the material is terrible. I tried to contact the company to get a return label, and after wasting hours and hours of submitting "tickets," which kept expiring before I could read the responses, I finally got a woman to write me that I'd have to PAY OUT OF POCKET to return them to China for my refund. $45 to ship them, yep. And all 5 pants were $64. Wow.
So instead I am opting for a 30% refund, a whole $19 back after $64 down the tube, countless hours wasted and 5 pairs of cheap, hideous, teeny pants. Screw RoseGal, I hope they go out of business soon!

THESE CLOTHES ARE ABSOLUTELY THE FREAKING WORST, matched only by how terrible #ROSEGAL clothing customer service. They're material is like a shower curtain, horrible cheapest Polyester, ripped seams on arrival, ill fitting, nothing sewn to the correct size you ordered (despite their website info sizing info), and THEY WILL REFUSE TO GIVE YOU A REFUND WHEN YOU STATE THAT THEIR ADS / website are MISLEADING & the quality of the clothing is worse than the clothes from the dollar store. Not worth the money, cost of shipping, or hassle dealing with these shysters & hucksters. Do not waste your time or money ordering from this website. I had order a dress for my wedding from this site and it came stained. I paid for the shipping insurance. I contacted the company many times and sent them pictures of the stained dress I got from them. In order to get a refund they told me I had to pay personally to ship a stained dress they sent me back to get my full refund or I can keep the stained dress and get $3.11 for my rose gal wallet. I don't think I should have to pay for a dress I already paid to be shipped to me to be shipped back when it came stained. I don't want the $3.11 in my rose gal wallet seeing how I wont be ordering from them again, my wedding now had to be pushed back because they take forever to get back to you. I simply want my money back and an not paying to ship back an item I paid shipping insurance for that came to me stained.
