Wow what a scam!

I submitted a $600 order! The amount was deducted from my credit card, They told me that they needed a photo of my card and a photo of my drivers liscene! That PayPal was holding the cash in hand until I could prove the card was not stolen or fraud well thank GOD for PayPal! They then contacted me numerous times asking for those two photos, I'm not dumb I would never send my personal info, then they contacted me asking to do a western union direct deposit! Get the hell out of here! So mind you I waited 1month after I placed my order, clothes were paid for! Yet they were saying they weren't, Amex refunded the fraud this company has been reported, but we need to stick together and get them off the internet, someone may not be as lucky as I next time.

I like to give no stars. I order a dress and it stinks. It's like they left it out in the rain for days before shipping it. I just going to throw it away instead of dealing with the smell. Second it has stain al over it. Last the craftsmanship is awfuL. Strings hand ever wear. Terrible product. I will definitely never by from them again.

I purchased a dress and it been 6 months since I've paid for it. And still have not received. The order # i received does not exist. I tryed calling but no one EVER answers. They are the worst ever! Don't waste your money on this site. Its a SCAM!

This horrible company has a great website, but it is a total scam. I have ordered from a lot of Internet based companies, but I have never seen anything like this before. This is the biggest scam since the development of the Internet. Poor quality clothes, bad customer service, the most horrendous return policy. It takes for ever to receive your order. You will be very dissapointed once you receive your order and once you see the garbage that they supposedly call clothes. If you decide to return the order (which I am sure you will) they put you through hell as a way to dissuade you from returning the crap they sent you. If you are lucky after 3 months of back and forth, you will finally return the items, but they will only refund you about 10% of you total order and it will take up to 3 months to see your refund. So go ahead, order from this company only if you want to be tortured and lose your money. It is simply horrible.

I ordered a bathing suit from rose gal. I contacted the support centre when I got the confirmation e-mail from the company that includes a picture of the shipping label. The confirmation address and the address I put in at the time of purchase match and is my correct address. However the picture of the shipping label has the wrong city. I have e-mailed back and forth with two separate customer service reps and have been told there's nothing they can do as it's been shipped. I have also been told that this is my fault as I provided the address (why yes I did, the correct one. I did NOT fly to China and provided the wrong one on the label as they so implied.) I have also been accused of already receiving the item and asking for a refund because the customer service rep claims I wouldn't have a picture of the label if I didn't receive it. Obviously she forgot about the first message where I stated it was a picture from them. I also screen shotted the e-mail showing the photo to prove this. However it got my nowhere. Don't order from them, it's a rip off and they steal your money.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

I ordered 4 swim suits from this place in MARCH and have only received 2! I ordered XL and the 2 that came are extremely small! I can't even find a phone number to call these people to complain it's all by email. Stupid.

Received my order yesterday and was happy with the shipping time about 2 weeks. Opened the package and my jaw dropped! This looks like it was made by a 1st grader who thinks they might want to go into fashion design. I have been telling others abouth the site, I told them not to order anything until I received my order so we could verify the quality! Shame on you, I will give you this you have a hell of a photographer because he/she makes things look beautiful. I think we all should post are junk on Facebook so buyers can see they real representation of what you guys are really sending out of your basement. Lining hanging over in front of dress which is a little girl size 14 not an adult size medium and the jumpsuit well what can I say? You get what you pay for. I only hope I used PayPal to buy this because if so I will be filing a complaint with them. I might not get my money back, but hopefully I can stop the next sucker from being scamed by this company. If you click on the profiles of all of the four- and five-star reviews, these "people" all review the same three/four sites - EverBuying, Rosegal, GlobalGrow, Nastydress - which are deemed scams by the rest of the commenters.

These are falsely regenerated bot reviews, the same way websites can buy "likes" and "follows."

Cheap clothing that took forever to arrive on my doorstep… Only to find out that there were damaged goods inside the package. When I contacted customer service the only thing they wanted me to do was take photos and send it to them is if I owe them anything I don't think so beware do not do business with this company

When I received my order a month late4 the quality was crap! I ordered large and it is more like a small. I marked it refused, put it back in the mail and called the credit card company to stop the charge, nobody answers customer service line! Do t waste your time/ money.
