I wanted to try at home IPL. I ordered from rose skin co. My order was delivered to wrong location. I was very disappointed as it was couriers mistake. I emailed customer services from rose skin n co. They were absolutely so helpful and sent me a new one which has arrived.their response was super quick I cannot wait to use it! So excited to use my product and see how it goes. Thank you again
Got this device a month ago. It's been three weeks so I raised the power to four levels and it burned my entire leg. While it stung when I was using the device, I thought that was to be expected, but when the skin started burning a couple of minutes later, I switched down the power levels for the rest of my leg but the damage was already done. My leg is full of burn marks right now.
The shipping issues were a real problem as well as the lack of information and ability to track the package. Apparently mine sat in NY for three weeks... I have no idea what was going on and did not get any new information from customer support. Apart from that it was a pleasant experience.
They didn't help me. :( I sent a scathing email back to them and then another one to apologize for my scathing email because no one should ever loose their cool and yell at people who are not responsible for the poor quality of service the company provides. I never heard back, which is fine. Thankfully after 4 weeks my order did finally show up in time for Christmas. I still have no idea where it was the whole time and neither does the USPS who tried to help me find the package. Regardless, in the end I got it and that's all that matters....though I think I lost a few years of my life due to the stress of it all. :)

I ordered a product a month ago to the day. It has still not delivered and now company is ghosting all e-mail enquiries. I am now searching for this myself (per the one reply I did receive they advised me to check on their shipment) and, quite honestly, I do not think it will ever show up. So that is more work trying to get a refund for a stupid face cleanser. Had I known the origin of this company I would have never purchased any product from them. They go to great lengths to disguise. And I do not have the actual product so I cannot send a pic or a proof of purchase. I assure you- this review is legitimate.

I'm on week 3 and been using it 2-3 times a week and still no results…. So we'll see remaining hopeful but lots of reviews with people saying they saw results within the first few weeks I definitely haven't seen any change. And I'm hair with dark hair? So supposedly the ideal customer?

Round 2 was completed this past Saturday, 14 May. Normally without the product I wouldn't need to shave for a week but since starting I've noticed hair growth on day 2 after laser treatment. I'm not sure if that is normal.
It took a couple weeks for Roseskinco to prepare my order for shipment, which their website does warn you about. Still, I got a little nervous and emailed their customer support. The response back was timely, personal, and re-assuring. My product arrived sooner than their estimated delivery date. I have enjoyed using it and could tell a difference from the very first use! I'm grateful for a company that makes hair removal so painless, easy, and affordable.
I haven't tried the product yet. But the buying and shipping process was great. I ordered the wrong color and sent an email asking to switch. They promptly responded and were able to change it for me. After that I was sent emails on the shipping progress since it was taking longer than expected. They were very helpful and kept me updated. 100% would buy again from this company.
Buyer Beware! I bought a gift for my wife from this website and it has been the worst online experience of my life. I am on a limited income so $129.99 was a nice Christmas gift. The only problem is that nobody knows where it is. Purchased on Dec. 1st it is now Dec. 23rd. At least 15 emails sent and only 2 response's. Do not do business with this company if you want good customer relations. Very disappointed! Going to ask for a refund or do a credit card dispute next. NOT A "MERRY CHRISTMAS "
Using the hair removal for 3 weeks now, and am quiet happy with the results already! Had few ingrown hairs on my bikini area, and they all got dried off from the first use. Overall I like the product, will continue using till 12th week.
This product sounded too good to true, but I gave it a shot on the advice of a friend and wow. It's been two and a half weeks and I've seen a significant decrease in hair growth. Amazing! It's super easy to use. My only criticism is that if you're doing a large body area like both legs it gets really hot and I needed to give it a few minutes in the middle to cool off. Small price to pay for at home lasering!
I'm still getting use to how exactly to change the setting… the instructions aren't the best. Maybe they should post some how to videos. The light is more the very bright. You HAVE to wear sunglasses for your eyes. It's only been a week since my first "treatment" so I'm not exactly sure what I'll think of this product in another couple weeks.

It was delivered about two weeks after I ordered and I started using it right away.
Compared to my experience of laser treatment at the clinic, I could feel that it was much less powerful than the clinic as it was for home users. But hopefully, I can see good results in a few weeks!

I started to use my RoseSkin machine about 6 weeks ago.
Even if it's very slow, I've noticed that my hairs started to grow thinner and fewer.
I purchased this product to help with ingrowing hairs, and I notice a slight improvement too.
It's a slow process so far, but it doesn't hurt (from level 5, you do feel like a pinch when the light flashes).
The only thing that is a bit annoying is that the machine does a lot of noise and heats pretty fast.
I received this item in a timely fashion. I have had this device for two week & used it according to instructions. I have six weeks to go before I can definitively say if it works, however, I do feel like I am seeing results! I still have hair growth, but in most areas it is growing softer & lighter. I have used it on my lower leg, underarms & bikini line. I'm feeling very good about my purchase!
As for the site I ordered through, Sitejabber, I'm disappointed. I had looked at this device prior to seeing it advertised on sitejabber, I decided to order through this site because they offered bonus points towards my online game. Seemed like a win win!? However, I have still never received the in game credit that was adverted :( I was nervous it was all a scam? But when I did receive the order, I realize that maybe sitejabber is the scam, not the products they advertise.
Delivery took awhile but I'm not in a hurry. A bit of shock to know the product came from china, probably mark up quite a fair bit. But i can understand, since a lot of marketing dollars went into promoting.

Overall the shipping has obnoxiously long. When I tried to contact customer service I would get the same response over and over. All that was communicated is that there were delays. Meanwhile the item I ordered sat in a carrier's warehouse for over a week (approximately 25 miles from my home)! Just disgraceful.
The delivery was fast and the application was also easy to understand. Unfortunately, I can not use many places with the device, because my hair is too light there. But the application in general does not hurt at all (I have only used it on level 1 and 2). I keep the product anyway, because I have the feeling that it shows some effect in the areas used (armpits and legs).
I've only used my machines twice, so it's too soon to tell, but I'm satisfied with how easy it is to use and I agree it is far less painful that the laser I have had before. My only criticism is that the handset is quite chunky in the hand. I feel it could be more slim-line or have a more gripping material

I had high hopes for this product. I've done 3 sessions now and I don't see it working. More than likely I will be returning. I don't see hair growth changing and my product gets hot pretty quickly even on minimal settings. Not what I expected.

I've only used this for a few weeks but it is already working so well! I have PCOS and struggle with unwanted hair growth- but so far this has been the most effective (and cost efficient) treatment! I would highly recommend!
Overall, the experience was positive. Customer service responded promptly when I reach out regarding the delay in ordering. I would suggest that the shipping process be made more transparent on the website so customers know that the products are being shipped from outside of the country and there is usually a two week delay even without COVID and increases in orders. Shein does this as they ship from China, I believe, and their shipping process is outlined on their website. This way customers know what to expect and know it will take close to a month after ordering to get the product.
