I wanted to try at home IPL. I ordered from rose skin co. My order was delivered to wrong location. I was very disappointed as it was couriers mistake. I emailed customer services from rose skin n co. They were absolutely so helpful and sent me a new one which has arrived.their response was super quick I cannot wait to use it! So excited to use my product and see how it goes. Thank you again
Got this device a month ago. It's been three weeks so I raised the power to four levels and it burned my entire leg. While it stung when I was using the device, I thought that was to be expected, but when the skin started burning a couple of minutes later, I switched down the power levels for the rest of my leg but the damage was already done. My leg is full of burn marks right now.
Be careful. If you expect to receive your product in a timely fashion, you won't. They advertise express international shipping which makes you think you'll get it quick *WROOOOONG*. Never on the checkout page does it state there might be delays. You have to go to a page that talks about their shipping policies and the fine print of what that means exactly, which states your order might be delayed an additional 2 weeks on top of their non-standard rate of 8 -10 business days (USPS is 3 - 5).
Very disappointed with the customer service, their carelessness for customer satisfaction and corrective measures, and their indifference to a bad review that exposes their deceitful and misleading practices. At no moment did they apologize to me or try to make amends, they just sent me to their stupid shipping page with all the fine print that nobody reads or knows about. They tell you the product might be delayed only after you've completed your purchase in an email.
Consider this before purchasing this product.

Loved it! The packages arrived sealed and are so cute. The customer service was great and answered all my questions and followed up really fast when I emailed them.

Easy, quick, convenient customer service. Was worried about shipping being delayed, sent an email, and I received a quick, kind and concerned response.
I feel that it's working in some areas but, then like the directions said it could take up to 3months to fully do its job I've used it for about a month
I haven't seen any changes yet since it's been only a week since I started using this product, but I'm looking forward to seeing any good results soon!

YouTube influencer Zabrena had only good things to say about the RoseSkin device, so I thought I'd try it out.
Was great, just didn't realize the prices were in American. Would be nice if that was made obvious and/or there was a function to convert it to the purchaser's country currency.

SCAM SCAM SCAM. If I could give them 0 stars I would. Not only they did not ship my Order, but they disappeared and stopped replying to my email as soon as I let them know I was still waiting for it. They told me I would receive an update in 1-2 business days... Now, more than 15 business days later, they still havent replied to all the e-mails I sent them. They are shameless and clerly a SCAM and fraud company. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM, THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY.

Great customer service & love my device! I'm only on week 2 of using this device & I can see that less hair has grown back in the places I've used the IPL device.
It had great reviews.
My only complaint is that it took almost a month to receive the order without any communication on the delays. I ordered my product on 3/13 and did not receive the package until 4/13.
The shipment was delay, but ok at the end. I have 3 days with my handset so i can´t give a great experience yet, but if everything goes well i´ll give you 5 stars and all my grattitude.

Order was Easy and arrived fairly quick. The box was severely damaged, I am assuming happened in transit and not before shipping, though the product seems but to be damaged.

I was a shaver and I didn't do it too often bcuz I didn't like the razor bumps and dark marks that were left behind. So after while I went to waxing self -waxing. Couldn't handle doing over and over. On my last waxing I was scared to rip it off... so waxing is out it just gave me anxiety... but when I seen the ad for this I fell in love immediately. I was like I need that. Its just like quick zaps nd u control it. ND have been loving it
