I am over a month in to my 90 day satisfaction guarantee before I even received my product. Very difficult place to be when the product takes up to 6 weeks to show results.

When I inquired about the shipping delay noted on the website I received a response within a day or two. It was well mannered and informative. The delay ended up only being a week or so.

Currently on week 3 and intensity 3. I started week 1 with level 1 and slowly moving up. I'm hopeful but it's honestly too soon to tell. It definitely feels hot at level 3 but it's not painful.

The website and interface was easy to use. The tracking information was made readily available and have zero issues from starting the order to delivery.

So initially i thought it was a scam. It did take a while to receive the product. My issue was that there was a batch of orders that were not tracking but once i got ahold of Nathan i believe he is the director of operations everything was fixed and they did make it right. I have been using the product the way it states and have seen a change but remember this takes several sessions to see full results and depending on your complexion it may not be the right tool, you have to read on their site. I was very very nervous thinking it was a scam after seeing their ads all over social media but im glad i was able to use their product. It covers more area, it has a manual and automatic option better for legs. I have been using it on level 5 with no issues at all, and the device has been working flawlessly. Please remember this is a rather new company and like any new business there will be some kinks they have to work out but the device itself is worth it. I purchased one before this one that was cheaper but it covered less area and the vent fan was a small area which meant it got really hot fast. The lumi is bigger and has more ventilation and while it gets warm its nothing like the other one i have definitely works better.

This email was sent the day before I received the product so I cannot speak to the experience of the function of the product itself, but the purchase was straightforward.

I love the look of the device and how easy it is to maneuver. I do with the cord was a little longer for those weird out of place plug ins. Just started my second week of using the device.

I know I will love it. And I do love it. It makes me so clean down there. And it is so much better than shaving. Now it feels so much better down there.

I've used it 5 times now and I'm impressed. My thick leg hair is not so thick and I don't feel like Chewbacca anymore! Worth the money. Worth the wait.
