Very easy I paid and I got it simple as that. Shipping took time but that's not their fault so as far as I know I had no issues with shopping from roseskinco.

The box that my product came in was smushed and a corner popped out. It looked like someone dropped it from a high height. Maybe there should be another box protecting the product?

Really easy to purchase. Easy to use as well and the results of the 4d shaver are excellent. I don't regret buying it. Also I haven't tried the eyebrow shaved but, I already know it's good.

I had no problems with shipping or wait time and it took about as long as they said it would to get my order. I've used the Lumi twice now with no issues. I can't wait to see my results

I just received my order and I started using it I don't see much of a difference now like anything it takes time so I'm looking forward to having smoothies looking skin within the next 12 weeks or so

I placed an order and due to Covid shipping, my order was delayed 2-3 weeks. I emailed the company and they responded promptly and professionally. Would recommend.

My review on their website never appeared. My package never arrived. I had to file claim with Afterpay.

The day of delivery I was working in my kitchen next to the front door and a window. No one ever came by. As soon as my package was marked as delivered I emailed the company. No response. At this point I filed a claim with Afterpay.

I tried contacting the company on social media after leaving a public comment and they answered.

They claimed they sent me another email which I never got.

They said they would make an exception for me to get a refund but they needed a lost item case number from the shipping company. The shipping company never responded to me.

The item came from China which isn't bad but it's not disclosed obviously on the website. Rose skin co sent me their shipping policy they won't cover damaged items which I'm sure would happen occasionally on the items long journey from China to USA. Not that mine was damaged. Mine never arrived.

I was never able to get a refund through roseskinco but they never responded to Afterpay so Afterpay refunded me.

At some point rose skin co also emailed me saying there was a new order for an ipl charger and they promptly cancelled it. I wonder if the chargers break down often and they assumed that was my issue.

This is a shady company and they have an even shadier delivery company. Do not risk your money.

The shopping process was good and I wasn't sure if it was legit because I brought It from Snapchat so I wasn't sure what to expect and the shipping program you go though I still haven't received stuff and it's been a whole year so those weren't legit so I lost my money from them and didn't get my money back which I was mad about but this one it arrived so I'm glad about that but me stressing weather I just lost so much money or with it being legit

It was easy and the customer service is really good in answering questions. The delivery is within the timeline too and i didn't encounter any problem with the delivery or ordering

The assistant replied immediately and gave me a good answer.

Order was placed, but have never received the product. I had product shipped to my work place, so there wouldn't be a issue with where it was to be received, but never got product.

I requested the tracking number and I got an email back with this is tracking number - and it was no number it didnt give me confidence it ordering from your business.

Although the response was quick, they did not provide a tracking number

Great customer service. Product arrived nicely packaged. Haven't used the IPL hair remover or exfoliating glove yet, though. Will return once our girls try them out!

This is my 4th week using the device, 2x weekly as recommended. I have now reach level 6 on the device. I'm not yet 100% sold on this product but I will continue to use to the 12th week as Advised.

Super fast, quick, and easy. They answered my question in a timely manner so I was able to make my decision on purchasing the product.

I will follow up in the coming weeks, as I've just received my unit and have used it twice now. Looking forward to the results.

Everything is as advertised. It seems like the IPL had some effect even after one use. It did, however, take a month to receive my order.

So far, everything is good. We will see if after 3-4 weeks if there's an improvement when it comes to lesser hair growth.

Maybe ask my experience in 3-4 months. I just got this product 2 weeks ago. I havent seen any results as of now.
