The parts look great. They sent the wrong wind screen at first. And communicated well to get the problem fixed. The delivery was ok it took 17 days but they randomly show up with out any notice. No tracking system in place. That needs improvement. They are hard to get in contact with on the phone. So i tricked the system and called the sales line option instead of the shipping option. Thats how i was able to get answers. I have had mu parts 2 weeks and my order status still shows processing. I will use them again

I ordered the blacked out acrylic side markers for my Z06. The fit is terrible, I could of used a sharpie and coloured them in and they would of looked better. What a terrible I'll fitting product. I contacted RPI and Paul asked for pics which I sent to him. Never heard back from Paul or RPI. I followed up with 3 more emails and crickets. What crap customer service. Don't waste your money or time with this company and if this product is any indication of quality work stay clear.

Faulty product delivered but not readily apparent. Admittedly a few weeks past their return date, I simply tried to get an official response on whether they could do something about it. After four messages to their supposed Contact they didn't have the decency to even respond. What kind of Customer Service operation doesn't even bother to respond even if it is to say we can not do anything.
My C7 is a great car, but I had one little area that I felt was just not up to par - the throttle response when I smash the pedal down. I typically am use to my Dodge Challenger and it's response it extremely fast, but the Corvette is a little delayed. I searched all over the internet and found this Solar product and decided to give it a try - I am so glad I did. This is a wonderful invention and works great with improving my throttle response. RPI got this to me in under a week, very happy overall.

When you get tired of the delayed throttle response on our corvette, pick up one of these from RPI, it really is a game changer. Very nice!

I was waiting on some C7 stainless steel door sills. I called in to check on the status and the guy said he needed to check on the order and will email me once he heard back. About an hour later got the email saying it will be shipped the next day. I just received them and they look amazing. Very professional, will be getting some more things before Christmas!

Orded a Torch Red console cushion, Ruby Red was shipped (Burgundy). Called, left a message, emailed, got a response saying my order # was not in their system. I scanned the copy of their packing list, with the order on it and have never heard from them since. Tried again today and will update if anything positive happens. Buyer Beware. Also charged me for Bose Gold speaker decals that never shipped. No answer on those, yet they show they have them on eBay (didn't order from eBay) I did order these from another reputable Corvette Parts dealer and received them in 3 days.

Ordered smoked taillight lenses in December and item came broken. Reached out to customer and left a voicemail. Tammy responded via email and wanted photos. I sent the photos and asked for a refund. She wanted to replace. I decline because it obviously was lacking in workmanship. She got bent out of shape and said she'd file a claim on my behalf with USPS. This would take over 6 weeks (especially with USPS). I advised her that she should open the dispute with them on their behalf since they did the shipping not me. I opened a dispute with PayPal and finally got my refund today over a month later. Steer clear of this company because if you do have a problem getting a refund will not be an easy task.
This customer service is honestly the worst. The lack of communication. I've been trying to get a hold of them for a week and they still have yet to respond to me. I try to cancel and order or ask where my product is and I get nothing from them. Go else where with your business as they don't add clarity to their business model.
DO NOT do business with this company. They charged my card for MORE than the actual receipt price and only shipped 1 item of the 4 that I ordered. It's now been over 5 months and they have not shipped the other items. They never answer the phone nor do they return messages, emails, or DM's. They should NOT be in business.

I was thinking about calling about my spoiler but by looking at this reviews i know i will be wasting my time. I will not be making the same mistake ever again. Do not buy from this people unless you are willing to wait a month or 2 or 3.
I purchased a high wing spoiler for my 2021 C8 Corvette. I was advised of a 5 week lag time as the product needed to be painted. After 5 weeks I contacted for the status and was told it was in the paint shop and was hung up on. I have attempted to contact them by phone (voice mail) and no response, email, no response. I tried calling again today and was hung up on as I was putting in my voice mail. Finally got fed up and contacted my bank. They are going to dispute my purchase for me and attempt to refund me my money. Beware of this company.

I ordered some painted pieces to cover my lower fuel rail coils Laguna Blue to match my C7.
I was told that I would have to wait around 6 weeks for my order to ship out. I waited the month and a half until my order arrived and I couldn't be happier with the results!

Ordered some C8 Fold up Chairs Dec 11th as a Christmas gift. Contacted them first a few days later to check on status. Left message, no return call. Few days later tried again, no return call. Now we're two weeks after Christmas and I tried again. YOU GUESSED IT, no answer. I think this place may be a scam, they sure charged my Credit Card quickly.
Lloyd mats are what I found to be the best quality in recent years, so I got a set for my C8 from RPI. I like the mats, they are very nice, the only thing I can say, they were made to order and took about one week to arrive, I don't think that is too bad, but I was hoping to have them in just a few days. Looking back I see they are made to order from Lloyd Mats. Overall, I'm happy.

Im writing this because of the great customer service and products I received from RPI Designs.
Took me forever to get my car from GM but the parts I ordered came in a timely manner.
Ordered front splitter and side rockers. GM wanted way to much and RPI had them for a competitive price.
They told me up front of the lead time and they arrived before that date.
I have a lot more to by and RPI will be my first choice.
My contact person was Paul. He had great knowledge of the items and was very informative and upfront with me. Along with the customer service people when I called.

Purchased an item and wasn't complete when it arrived. I had moved so didn't use for a week. During move I misplaced receipt so I emailed. They asked for proof of purchase. I explained and stated my situation so would buy the parts I needed that they didn't send. Couldn't even get back to me with the issue. It took several emails just to get one reply. So I gave up and will probably report this awful company to the BBB as it seems I am not alone with poor customer care

I am happy to say that I did receive my order. I was skeptical as I was not able to reach anyone and my email inquiry was not answered as well as the link that I was provided with for my order did not work. I ordered from them on May 14,2023 and today (May 23,2023) I actually did reach a very nice woman who told me my order was scheduled to arrive today. Low and behold, it just arrived! In order to be fair, I need to let people know that this business is legit, but I would caution that they are probably frustrating to work with because they are extremely difficult to get in touch with. My order was accurate and the price was good. I can't say what a return situation would be, but for my specific order I am giving them a 3 star up from 1 star because of the price of the product.

Bought tires from madison motorparts and then got a email saying they needed another $140 since their website was wrong and I couldn't remember the name of the lady I talked to when I called to verify the price. Now 3 days later I have tires from prioritytire for just a few dollars more no where close to 140. Terrible business, Terrible customer service. Waste of time
The site said items ship within 24 hours on a business day, but it took week to ship it and a week to even answer any of my emails about it's shipping status. Like others have said, they are just a 3rd party vendor for the most part, who doesnt really care about customer service the same way as ordering directly from a parts company. That said, they are a legit company, but just be prepared to wait longer than average after ordering.
I ordered a waterfall for my corvette and I have sent multiple e-mails and left multiple voice mails with absolutely no response. After waiting 8 weeks I was finally able to get In touch with someone on the 28th of May and was told I would receive it the middle of June. After Not receiving the product I was finally able to talk with someone the end of June and was told it was in QC awaiting shipment. It has now been 3 weeks and still have not received it. Now I cannot get any response from Customer service or anyone to return my voice mails. Extremely poor customer service.
I placed an order 4 weeks ago. I have called customer service multiple times and left messages each time without one response. 2 weeks ago I reached someone in sales and was told my order shipped and would have in a few days. Still have not received my order. Asked to speak with a customer service rep and was told they could not connect me. Asked for a supervisor and was told there was only the owner. Asked to speak to the owner and was told no. Worse customer service I have seen in years. I would give the US Post Office a higher rating and their the worse.
I purchased a set of there Corvette Z816-1 splash guards. In there instructions they state that each set is fitted on a 2010 Corvette Grand Sport before they are shipped out. As you can see in the pictures they do not fit at all. The blue arrow show you where there is an 1/8" gap between the splash guard and the body. The white arrow show that the guard does not fit the contour of the body. I do not want to force the end up because I am only drilling through the plastic wheel well to hold the guard on. I wanted to send them back and have them try to fit them like they say they do, and have them sent back to me. They just said send them back at you expense. They just sell parts, they don't back them!
I ordered a mini mask that was on sale for half price... they waited a week and then informed me that it was out of stock without any time frame for when it would be back in stock and they are still having it for sale with an in stock notice on the websight... I have not seen my refund..
I purchased an item from this company and it arrived damaged. The company wanted me to pay for the return of a damaged item and recieve a 20 percent restock fee. The customer service was very unprofessional and i will refuse to use the company again
I ordered a C6 Spoiler, waited almost 2 months and website continued to have posted "being customer painter". Called and called, never an answer. Email and email, no response. Finally get a response that it was being shipped the next day. Finally, it arrives and it's a little piece of plastic, obviously NOT customer painted and NOT what I ordered. Was told I could return for refund. It's been 2 months, NO refund and NO response to phone calls. NEVER, EVER AGAIN!
Initially I was happy with this website. I ordered some accessories for my vehicle and one of the things (a speaker cover) kept falling off. I called and they sent me a replacement. I am now having problems with another accessory and called for help NUMEROUS times and no one answers the phone anymore, despite me calling during their listed business hours. I have even left several messages and no one ever returned my calls. VERY DISAPPOINTED as I previously spent a considerable amount of money with them and deserve better service.
