The parts look great. They sent the wrong wind screen at first. And communicated well to get the problem fixed. The delivery was ok it took 17 days but they randomly show up with out any notice. No tracking system in place. That needs improvement. They are hard to get in contact with on the phone. So i tricked the system and called the sales line option instead of the shipping option. Thats how i was able to get answers. I have had mu parts 2 weeks and my order status still shows processing. I will use them again

RPI Designs is not a reputable company. They post low prices to get your attention them try to extort additional money to fulfill your order.
Customer service is non existent.
Do yoursf a favor and steer clear.

It has been teo months and have not received my product, doubt i ever will. There is no customer sevice on the phone. And no email response.

The absolute worst products and and even worse customer service. Ordered C8 engine panels with the understanding it would be 4-6 weeks. 10 weeks later I get them. Fiberglass was so crappy the back side was hanging off, Mounting holes were not cleaned up or even remotely large enough for fastener. I had sent 4 emails asking for progress and no response till I threatened disputing charge on the parts I had not yet received. Just terrible people.

Tip for consumers:
Knowing their products were junk would have helped. Have now ordered from reputable company.

I have purchased a lot of accessories from RPI Designs. I have always had great service from ordering (Paul) to the customer service (Tammy). The product and if paint was needed on the accessories it was top quality. The packaging was perfect as well. Great job RPI. I will continue to order from your company. Most accessories on the pictures are from RPI. 5 Stars!

Ordered c3 parking brake hardware on 12/6/20. Made several calls to check order, did not talk to live person. Left messages after long wait. No response. Tried the web site, could not find my order. Still waiting.

It's been 13 days since my order and after two phone calls that left me on hold only to go to answering machine then two emails I have yet to get any information on my order? Mo tracking no it's in or out of stock just nothing. I will never use them or recommend then again.

Never ships when promised! Poor customer service! No communication! Nobody answers the phone! And here is the punchline, they overcharge for sales tax. Do the math and you'll see how they are ripping you off. I placed my order on a Sunday, they claim they shipped the product, I tried to get them to correct the sales tax to the proper amount, and all they did was cancel my order on Wednesday and refund my money, which means they lied and never shipped the product, wasted three days of my time. Stay away!

I have spent a week attempting to reach someone about an order for my daughters 16th birthday. I understand delays occur but I need my money refunded so I can now order a last minute gift elsewhere because there's no way the floor mats will arrive in time. Way later than estimated ship date and I cannot reach anyone by message, phone or email. How is it legal to sell something then provide no opportunity for communication when they don't hold up their end of the deal?

Made an order 2 months ago and still haven't received my order, Getting through to someone to find an update on order has been a nightmare. Finally got someone on the line today and was told another two week spoiler was in paint shop I could have painted 100 spoilers by now do your self a favor and stay away. Gonna give them by end of next week and if it doesn't arrive I'll be contacting my credit company for a refund.

I ordered a simple part and they either do not reply to my email or they just keep telling me a later date that my order will ship. I was originally told 6 weeks to time of delivery, it is now at 10 weeks and still nothing. Even if the part does show up I am sure it is going to be a POS considering the other reviews on here. Do yourself a favor and spend a little extra and buy your stuff from a reputable business. Now I having to go through the process of getting my money back from this shady company.

I ordered a grill cover for my C7 Corvette. It fit great in covers that ugly chrome up perfectly. I attached a photo below as you can see it gets rid of that long chrome strip. I had it painted and carbon flash metallic.

These were a huge disappointment. First, one of the parts arrived with what I consider a manufacturing defect. One of the drilled or die-cut holes was slightly oblong and the surface was raised at the edges. Customer service response was "it's on the bottom of the part, nobody will see it". Second, the YouTube video that showed how to install them didn't addressing all the parts in the kit. Third, a dry fit of the parts showed that the cover on the driver side didn't fit well at all. The passenger side fit fine. Customer service response to that was "Don't worry about the gap, the chrome tape will cover it. I requested a return authorization, received it, and returned the kit. Have not received any refund.

I ordered three items from them on May 20,2021. I received an email the next day saying the items are in their paint shop. It has been 11 weeks and I got two of the items. I have been calling, emailing them for status on the third item but no one return my calls or reply to my emails. I finally got a hold of Jennifer on August 3 and told her the problems I have been experiencing with them not getting back to me. DO NOT do business with this company, you will regret it. Their prices are not any cheaper than other companies. I've dealt with Corvette Mods and they're great.

Check out their ratings before you commit doing business with them. This forum is great so other owners can check out these vendors before doing business with them.

I bought a Anderson Carbon Fiber trunk lid. The trunk lid was delivered later than expected (no problem). Package arrived with some damage to the cardboard and shipper made a note. Took the lid out of the box which by the way loosely packaged. The right rear corner had been dropped and spider cracked the carbon fiber. Sent emails the day of an no response. Sent more emails and made calls with no answers. Finally they respond with claim denied. They claim I got what I ordered so be happy. Going to go for refund again through credit card company. I have cannot remmber when I had such bad service from a supplier. My Mustang upgrades with be coming from someone else.

Bought a mild to wild for a c7 corvette one remote worked 5 times the other never worked figured dead batteries but no going on months and no resolution or response find another company. I would leave no star but it would not let me

I ordered a few parts from RPI from a third party vendor. About a week later, I ordered parts from another site from the same supplier. RPI arrived three weeks after the other site. They don't notify you as to status of your order, inform you when it has shipped and customer service was lukewarm. Not a bad vendor, but there is, in my opinion, room for improvement. I rated them 3 stars because that's average, and so was my experience. The web site won't save items in build/wish list and you cant enlarge the pics. I also cant see what I bought, just an order number.

The color coverage on the first 2020 Mustang GT engine cover I received was terrible. Installed it anyway. Paint blistered after driving the car twice. Sent it back for a repaint. Again, paint coverage quality was poor. Installed it and drove for about 100 miles. Opened the hood and yet AGAIN the paint had blistered. After driving it a few hundred more miles now, the blistering is everywhere on the cover. It's so bad I'm embarrassed to show it off. How hard is it to get this right? Extremely disappointed... AGAIN! Do your homework before you purchase. I wrote 1 star review on RPI site but don't see it posted. Wrote again recently and will continue to check to see if it gets posted.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience with RPI designs. I have read a few issues on this website but mine was just wonderful. Joe really helped me answer every question I asked him. I had about 15 minutes worth of questions for Joe and he was gracious with his time.

Tip for consumers:
If you have the opportunity ask for Joe when you call and he gave me solid answers to every question I had.

I had ordered a cover for my 2011 Corvette approx 3 weeks ago. Received an email from RPI on Jan 6th that the item had shipped. It has now been 2 weeks and I have not received the item. The tracking UPS tracking number they provided does not locate any shipment. My calls to check have provided only a busy signal. I have emailed and have received no useful info. I will update this review if satisfaction is provided.

Been waiting for my order for two months now, I have contacted customer service a total of 10 times, and have only received two very short and mundane responses back from them. Do not buy from this business ever.

Ordered lights that were on back order in August so mid September comes and after finally getting through on the phone I was informed my order was on the way. Once they finally arrived they were the wrong ones so I contacted them again and sent them back. Here it is almost middle October and they're still not here, I've missed three shows waiting on these lights and now I'm about ready to demand a refund and shop elsewhere. High hopes just to be let down!

Purchased billet camaro kick panels. Arrived with a flaw in the paint. Numerous messages no replies. Reported to their state bbb. What ever they sell, you can purchase elsewhere, and more than not, not have the issues.

I wish I had read these reviews before placing my order back in April 2021. After almost 4 months, I still have not received my painted billet caps. There is no response and no ETA despite several e-mail follow ups. I finally received the painted engine plenum cover and it was obvious right out of the box that the paint was applied poorly and may have just been sprayed with one quick coat. It did not match the depth of the normal paint and did not look anything like the quality of pictures on the RPI web site. But, the color was close enough and it is under the hood so I went ahead an installed it. My quality concerns were confirmed after the first drive when the engine heat caused the paint to separate from the cover!
Extremely dissatisfied and not sure if I will ever get the engine caps or cover corrected. If nothing in the next week or so, I'll dispute with c-card company and report to BBB. Pretty sad their service is this poor.
