Having bought some aftermarket lights for my C7 I had led failures. So far 3 emails sent asking to obtain a replacement and no response.

Cheap is not always cheap.

I had ordered a stripe kit for my 2018 Camaro and I had taken the kit to a licensed 3M installer and they said to ship this vinyl kit back as it's not the vinyl that 3M would even suggest for a vehicle.
So I shipped it back in its original sealed condition packaging.
RPI comes back with that the package was not in resaleable condition and that they then declined my request for a refund and kept their cheap vinyl stripe kit.
Then they tried to say that this choice was left to the manufacturer. Wrong as I ordered straight from RPI designs and the package was also sent to RPI designs.
So I'm disputing such with my bank.
So beware of this straight rip off company. Oh and check out their reviews on their own website. Not one single unhappy customer. Lol. Imagine that.

I'm giving my Camaro review for RPI. I bought some wheels, they are really great, I got them darn fast, I only wish they came with black lugs instead of the chrome. RPI doesn't have the black, so I will use the chrome.

Ordered color match splash guards for my C6 on 17 Jun. I understood 4 too weeks because of painting. Asked for an update on 9 and 10 of Aug. Never heard from them. Sad that thay can not answer.

Placed two custom orders in early May. The first order was received 13 weeks later and the other 18 weeks later! Every time I inquired I was informed the order would go out within next few days which never happened. The first item I received was a custom painted plenum cover. The pictures posted on the web site are NOTHING like what I received. The paint coverage quality is terrible and doesn't truly match the actual car color. The paint blistered in a dozen spots after an initial 60 minute drive! Inexcusable! The custom painted billet caps look great but they don't all fit despite the fact I have the model make/year the web site says these will fit. This company does not care at all about customer service or product quality. I'm trying to get a refund but seriously doubt they will agree. Take my advice and DO NOT order anything from this company unless you want to throw away several hundred of your hard earned dollars for products that make your car look cheaper not better. SAD! I am also in the process of filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau since they claim they are "Accredited" by the BBB which is simply a joke.

This company is a total scam. They don't return calls.They sell parts that are junk or not tested properly.Do not waste your money or time on these monkeys.

I ordered a painted alternator cover from Paul; the order arrived 2.5 months later, NO painted alternator cover. Trying to get through with phone or having a phone call returned is nearly impossible---STAY AWAY--THEY SHIP FROM OTHER MANUFACTURERS AND ARE NOT ACCOUNTABLE. Simply asking for an email confirmation on a refund is apparently and possibly FAR beyond their capabilities.

I just bought a C3 Vette 6 weeks ago. I ordered a C3 Upper Shifter Boot from them and it is too big for the fit. Not even close. I asked to send back for refund and nothing but crickets. I did pay through PayPal so I inquired through them and RPI (should be RIP OFF) agreed to refund for returned product. They will not pay for shipping back. Their customer service is non existent. PLEASE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE FOR YOUR PARTS! I sure hope that I get my money back seeing I sent the part back and won't have anything to show for my $42. If I could give them a minus stars, I would.
UPDATE: Got my money refunded minus the $4.31 it cost me to send it back.

Had the worse experience of my life getting with RPI sent a front front splitter for my 2009 corvette back in July they do not get refund your parts
but if you give a bad review they tried to bribe me and offer me 150 dollars. In the end it was all a scam BBB HAS NOT 1 GOOD THING TO SAY ABOUT THIS COMPANY OR SOUTHERN CAR PARTS. LOOK AT THEIR REVIEWS. SO DONT GO THROUG WHAT I HAVE HAD YO GO THROUGH. SO A WORD OF ADVICE GO ELSE WHERE TO BUY PARTS

Don't be fooled by thier website statement that says "Custom painted parts and hydro carbon fiber parts are made to order and take about 4-5 weeks for delivery"... I have place 2 seperate orders with them and the 1st one took 11 weeks and the 2nd one I am still wiating on and I am in week 8 at this point. Very poor custiomer service...they are very hard to get a hold of...they rarely respond to emails...and when you do get a hold of them...all they ever say is we are currently expercing delays...I should have never placed my 2nd order...trust me when I say there will not be a 3rd. I highly do NOT receommend you order anything fro them.

The best thing about this catch can is the fact that it does really catch all the loose oil - I do not have to worry about it any longer. I wish it was black and not chrome or I would give a 5 star.

I don't like giving Companies bad reviews in general, and even more so during this virus outbreak. However... RPI Design definitely deserves this. This process started nearly three-and-a-half months ago, with me ordering two parts for my C4 Corvette. According to the website these parts "were" available and could be shipped. So I paid my money and the long process of waiting started. After two months and many, many phone calls (where I spoke to Paul, who I believe is the owner of this business). I got the same story; "they're back-ordered." So I asked approximately when they might be available and he said he had no idea, but they should be shipped soon. "Soon" turned into several more weeks with more phone calls and I finally decided to just cancel the order. The very day I canceled, the website updated with "order shipped." So I thought, okay... they're on their way finally. Another week of waiting... UPS finally delivered and when I opened the box, only one of the items I ordered had been delivered.

Another phone call to RPI, and I told Paul-listen, let's just cancel the order... as I found the item somewhere else. He basically refused to cancel it, saying he "had to check" to see if it had been shipped. He said he would get back to me in a couple of hours.

Two days later I wrote him an email demanding that they cancel the order and refund my money. I still have not heard back from them.

Avoid this company like the plague! Their customer service is atrocious. They do not answer phone calls. They do not respond to emails. I'm sure I'll have to go to the Better Business Bureau to get my money back.

My new (new to me) Corvette needed a little protective cover from the rain. I got my car cover really fast and it fits great. I'm really happy with it.

Ordered a spoiler 2 months ago and have tried numerous times to contact to get a status update and have never heard back from anyone. Horrible service because there isn't any.

I called first to get some upholstery materials for a corvette. I was told that they only sell premade kits. I called around to other suppliers and due to covid19 I was unable to find materials in stock elswhere. I called back and asked about the kits again. The guy "Paul" said to me "you already called here and I said I couldn't help you" then Promptly hung up as I was starting explain that I wanted to purchase the kits. I couldn't believe it. They now won't answer my calls. Unbelievable unprofessionalism I haven't experienced anywhere else. Stick with Ecklers for good service and reliable parts.

My review is based off the radiator shroud I bought. It looks good and fits good. I would give five stars but it took 5 weeks to get. It was painted to match my car.

I ordered a C5 Corvette Borla exhaust for my 1999 and it arrived a day before the service date I had scheduled at my local dealer. The exhaust sounds great! Thank you fellas!

Received my 2 tone red and black chevy bowties for my Camaro and they look amazing. Although they took a little time and a few follow ups with my order. Overall I'm very pleased with the outcome.

I bought from Joe many times, they have the best parts, good selection and the best prices. I had a Camaro before and got a lot of stuff for that too.

Ordered a simple waterfall $530 its now been 10 weeks and no product. Pathetic customer service. Sent numerous messages no response.

This exhaust plate for my c5 corvette is really nice, it shines very bright and gets good looks from my friends. It was a little hard to install.

I have a 2018 mustang GT and I have to say I have purchased all of my parts from these guys. Do you have a great selection and the prices are really the best I can find on the entire Internet.

Great Quality Product. Painted and made to order items are well worth the wait. Will definitely use them in the future.
