Terrible customer service. And just sends anyone to come out to pick up their buildings. They do not care what delivery people do on your property. IF they speed and kill a pet. RTO claims they are not liable. AND window in mine was messed up. They sent someone out to fix. Yet it wasnt fixed correctly. Don't waste your peace of mind or money. Lowes gives better service then this company.
This company doesn't care about elderly citizens at all I understand a business is a business but you will treat other customers with such bad manners how would a person treat your parents the same way when they are trying to explain their situation your company has bad costumer services skills
