Comfortable, and they Come with a very nice protective case, I got them For $80 alls, It is important to know that sunglasses Have an immeasurable protective function against UV rays. They protect our eyes from serious eye Diseases and are the best protection against Harmful sun rays.
Item didn't turn up even though they stated delivered. Have kept me hanging on for a refund for 6 weeks now. Need to be reported as scammers!
I order around 28 box of mask, four box per order. Only the first ordered of mask is the right and the rest were wrong kind of mask. Call three times to ask for a refund and they told me to take pictures of the products that were wrong so I did. Somehow they just Don't understand that they send me the wrong mask.

I ordered a dress for my sons graduation. They told me would take ten days to receive it. After reading all of the horrible reviews about this company, which unfortunately I didn't read them before I ordered it. Anyway, I called them after about 7 days to check on the order and they told me that they cancelled the order WITHOUT notifying me because it was out of stock. Wtf they are so unprofessional. This was my worst online experience ever never again. I wish that I could give them a -0 rating.
Every other link you clicked didn't work, clicked "place order" and it didn't do anything. I hope they didn't charge my card but wouldn't be surprised at all if it charged my card multiple times. Terrible experience attempting to navigate this website! Stay away if possible
So rude! Placed an order last night and they are closed, I did not get an option for expedited shipping and I'm being yelled at and told that there is nothing they can do but when the package gets to my niece after Christmas on December 31st I can return it. Mind you I don't live in that state. Or I can call the post office there to hold the package. Ma'am you have options! This is what is being yelled on the phone to me. Would never recommend or order not that I think they care anyway.
Ive never received anything that wasnt authentic and the quality has always been good. I received a purse with the wrong hardware color once and when I called, they were amazing and genuinely cared about their error. They gave a good and shocking resolution that I was beyond happy with. Ruelalas customer service representatives are the best people Ive ever dealt with. Im very happy with their service, and I really believe they strive to go beyond usual expectations of a customer service representative.
I browse more than buy, but all of my purchases have been fabulous! Some amazing deals on higher end items. Shipping is always quick. So far clothing has all fit well and been of good quality. I especially love the deals on BCBG, Free People, and Betsey Johnson items.
I placed an order for an LV bag, a pair of shoes, and Fendi sunglasses. My bank sent me a message to ensure that it was not fraud on my card and I approved the charge. I saw the charge drafted from my account. I go to look at my RueLaLa account 8 days after purchase to see when my items would ship because I had not received any shipping information, only to find out that my order was canceled. After going through three different live chat reps, I find out that it was either flagged as fraud, they were unable to verify my information, or because I was using multiple cards on my purchase. If my bank approved the charge, the items are coming to my home using my debit card associated with my home address, what about this flags as fraud or an inability to verify information?
Customer service was terrible, extremely slow, and provided no input to how this happened. And to top it off, all the items are no longer available.

It's been over a week now and my issue has nor been resolved. They keep giving me the run around. They sent me the wrong item, and when I tried to get my money back, they stopped responding to my messages. Very unprofessional. Will nor buy from again.
My friend purchased a gift certificate for my b'day that I was supposed to receive by email. It never came and so far I've reached out to RueLala 4 times and have not heard back from them. I'm hoping for a response and the gift certificate so I can h opefully upgrade this review.
This company refuses to give you your money back after you return an item. Your are especially in trouble if you pay with paypal. When you open a claim with paypal, ruelala refuses to refund your paypal account. They then go behind paypals back by emailing you requesting your credit card information, claiming they need your credit card number to issue a refund because they are "having trouble issuing you your refund through paypal" After reading LOT'S of complaints against Ruelala on the internet having to do with returns and people not getting their credit card refunded who would want to give them your personal information. Plus the whole reason why we use paypal is to avoid giving out our personal information. Beware Beware Beware
I recently ordered five different items - from luggage (that I saw on a morning television show), Valentino shoes, a ladies sweater and a $29.99 bracelet. Each and every item arrived in a timely manner and was tracked via Fed Ex. Each item was exactly as described and pictured on website. Each item was ordered separately and arrived packaged separately on different dates, as expected. I will definitely be ordering from this site again.
I am a regular customer on Ruelala. For the last couple of weeks I have not been able to receive any customer service at all. I have tried to call, email and do a Chat, absolute no response at all. Please don't accept orders if you can't provide customer service. I have been trying to cancel an order because I read a product review on the item, and now I guess I will be stuck with it because Ruelala will not respond to any attempt to communicate. If you are placing an order with Ruelala, beware, no customer service if you have a problem.
I purchased a $49 dollar necklace and paid $10 to ship; although, the necklace itself weighed less than an ounce and could have been shipped in an envelope for less than a dollar. After waiting weeks to receive the product, it arrived and was nothing like the picture. I decided to return and learned that I could not return it myself but had to pay for their $10 shipping label or alternatively have my refund credited to my account. As this was my first and last order at Rue La La, I "ate" the $10 so ended up losing $20 and ended up with nothing.
I have been trying to get a credit back to my credit card for an item I returned over a month ago, they tried giving me Rue credit, but I wanted it back to my card. I've called 5 times on this each time they said it was taken card of. Today was the last straw.
The website is okay. However for some purchases the time before the item even ships out is 2 weeks. Then when the item is shipped they charge you the flat rate of $9.95 which is the basic service and take at least 3 days to get to you.
If you have to return something, you might as well expect to not get your money back. It has been 21 days so far emailing them about the refund I am suppose to get. When I have emailed I am always told I will get the money in 5 business days. After that time period I ask again and I was told 7-9 business days. So every time you ask where the refund is they extend the time you get the money another business week. I will never shop here again as this is ridiculous and horrible customer service.
I will never order from them again. 1. Towels had flaws. Credited $10 2. Received someones order, not mine. 3. Ordered gift leather jewelry box, and it smelled to high heaven, almost a cleaning fluid smell that no airing or kitty litter or Febreeze would ameliorate. No returns on it. 4. Very expensive shoes that I ordered first came too huge; second pair, too small. Thought I was Goldilocks. No return. 5. Gloves way too short in the fingers. No return. 6. Gave duvet set as a gift; recipient too polite to complain. I am out close to $300, so I will no longer do business with them again.
This happens all the time. Stuff ordered as a gift, however, when I return them, it goes back to the original CC from the gifter, which does not make sense at all.
I used to like your guys but now I have to close my acct as there is no new products, stuff sells more or the same as Amazon but ships slowly, customer reps are not well trained and they do not know how to help solver issues for their customers, etc. I am done Rue La La!
I have also ordered MANY things from this site. My stuff has always arrived professionally wrapped and in perfect condition. They have great price reductions (although i think gilt.com has better discounts. All in all this is my second choice site. Wish they had more baby stuff!
I wish I read those reviews before shopping with them. The longest shipping process ever, even during COVID period. I shopped from China, it took 7 days and it was not express. I shopped from New York and it took 5 days UPS! I have placed my order on 6/5 and today, 6/24 still no show. The items where shipped from the US. The customer care person said to me, there is nothing he can do! Oh boy. Really not smart as a business practice. People will keep away from them just like keeping away from a plaigue. Don't shop there
I once watched the new Drew Barrymore Show and she had TruelaLa on there advertising them on her show. I ordered the foot massager on October 13,2020. It was not what I expected at all and just finished the return on November 13,2020 after many phone calls with hour long wait times and chats. My time is more valuable than constant calls to them. I will never shop there again and wish Drew Barrymore wouldn't use her influence to boost their sales. One more thing. They charged 9.99 return shipping because I didn't keep a credit at their site. Be careful if you order from that site.
Horrible! I was supposed to have my order on or before 12/11. There site even says granted delivery. Well... they told me they can not tell me if or when the item will be shipped. Whhaaatt? I'll be cancelling my order through paypal after reading this is normal for them. Unvelivble.

I've only ordered one item from here and they sent me the wrong style, but issued me a credit and let me keep the item. Customer service is timely and friendly. They have a certain aesthetic that doesn't appeal to me very often and I don't like that you can't reserve items for a time limit (unlike some other sample sales sites). You have to buy it fast or it's usually gone and unlike other sites that give you a time limit to cancel, they say they ship fast (and they do!) so you don't really have the time window to cancel something.
RueLaLa, I am very disappointed in your idea of customer service. I believe it is illegal for a company to falsely advertise their "100% authentic" goods on their website, and send their customers clearly fake items. Further, when said consumer writes to customer service and receives a reply saying the item cannot be returned with very questionable excuses, it makes you lose that customer and all her friends (and her friends' friends). I will not stand to be treated this way. You have disrespected the designer, the brand, and me. You should reimburse your customers when they have clear evidence against your "authenticity". I will be spreading the word about your website until I am heard.
