My rug just arrived and I absolutely LOVE it! It looks exactly as it appeared on the web site. Condition perfectly described. Really beautiful! Previously I ordered a rug that turned out to be too large for the space and Mina was great to work with returning items. Highly recommend rugsource!

I've been looking at this rug for a while and the percentage off was confusing because the price most reflected as a 40% discount already. I almost did not order the rug. I need to make arrangements to have the rug dropped off without a signature since I will not be home. The last rug that I ordered from you guys became a problem with delivery

Mina, because this is a very large rug and therefore very heavy please make extra wrappings because FedEx delivers with one man and sometimes they are very rough with the rug and puncture the wrapping - possibly damaging the rug.Please confirm that you got this message. I always enjoy working with you. I love your rugs. my house is full of them and I make gifts to all my friends and family with your beautiful rugs.

The rug is nice and in very good condition, but I was a little disappointed with the weaving technique that I could not check properly online by looking at an image. It is best to see the rug at the physical store whenever possible. Other than that the service was highly professional and fast.

I found the rug sizes easier to search than other non-rug focused sites, and the other filtering was appropriate/good too. The pictures were pretty thorough so that I felt confident enough to order. Looking forward to my rug arriving. Would recommend this site.

They are very honest about the condition of the carpets on their site. The carpet I purchased was clean and fresh. The carpet was delivered 3 days sooner than expected. 3 out of 4 rugs that I ordered were delivered. But, unaccountably, rugsource *lost* the 4th rug I really wanted. They did offer me an alternate rug, which I accepted, but I would have much rather had my original choice. Nevertheless, rugsource is an unusually good choice for used oriental rugs, and I would probably do business with them again.

Rug Source provides great selections of quality merchandise, on an easily navigated website, all at VERY reasonable prices. Delivery was swift. The rug is a legitimate Nain Persian design, solidly constructed and very beautiful, pure wool knots on a cotton foundation - the real McCoy - and at a truly bargain price! Highly recommended.
