I recently moved and wanted a new carpet. I bought two from Rugsource and they were promptly shipped. I had them in my apartment and on floor within 5 days. Turns out I didn't like either so the return/exchange process was very simple. Great website & prompt customer service. I bought from them in the past as well and I recall it being a good experience too.

Online services were very patient and accommodating for international deliveries like mine. Package was delivered as promised and perfectly packaged. Rug was as to pictures and specification.

Wow. Just wow. I ordered my rugs - yes 2 (after seeing the selection and prices I couldn't pick just one!) late Saturday night and received them Tuesday morning. I couldn't wait to unwrap them! I've been staring for two hours, just beaming. The quality and color - everything - just stunning. We are very pleased with our purchase. After deliberating for about 3 days, my husband and I finally decided on a rug. I had a couple of questions, so I called - the phone was answered on the second ring by a real person and my questions answered. I placed our order mid-day Wednesday and the rug arrived on Friday afternoon. The carpet is clean and in excellent shape. The colors are very true. We were a bit skeptical about purchasing a rug online and hoped it would be OK and it certainly was. Do not fear purchasing a carpet on line from RugSource.

I found a beautiful rug and wasn't sure I could trust this site. But oh my god, what a beautiful surprise. The rug was 35 years old but came looking and smelling brand new. You could tell it's an old rug but it was really well cleaned. It looks so unique and adds so much character to my home.

I will be canceling my other west elm rug I ordered and will get another vintage pieces.

Purchased a rug and we received a letter see below to choose a gift. We chose free foyer rug. What a scam! After several calls, emails on the status of our free gift we were told that they don't offer that anymore. We sent back request for the gift in May! Filed with BBB and they scammed their way out of the complaint telling the BBB that I filed complaint on the wrong company.

I am at a loss as how to communicate an update to my order where I purchased thousands of dollars of rugs. I have called, left messages and emailed but no one responds.

I used to love this shop, got three or four rugs from them in the past few years. The only problem was the ultra-bright lighting they use for photos distorting the color so what you get is often not what you expected. No biggie, with free returns, though.
But I've just had an upsetting experience and I don't even see what they have to gain from treating me badly. I'll tell the story: the cart suggests adding a rug pad when you check out and I accepted that the last couple rugs. I was unpacking them weeks later and saw the rug pad has a rubbery layer for grip. Having a latex allergy I sealed the packages back up and emailed the company to ask if it was natural or synthetic rubber. I got some weird replies telling me it was felt, fiber, recycled yarn yadda yadda, as if I'd asked about the pad when I was clearly asking about the rubbery coating. I just couldn't get a sane answer out of the rep. No matter how much I explained it was just "the pad's felt". I tried calling, same idiot/jerk. Tried a facebook message, ignored. Finally I tried using the BBB and again got the same weirdo saying the same weird non-answer. But then FINALLY they got off their butt and called the supplier to ask and both the RugSource weirdo and the rug pad manufacturer's rep stated on the BBB thread that I could rest assured there was no latex. BUT THAT WAS A LIE! The manufacturer's rep, thank goodness, included a pdf with all the product details. So after two months of seeking this info I was finally able to determine that no, it isn't safe for me to open these packages. What if I had listened to that claim there's no latex? Good grief. I guess some people just do not care if they hurt someone.

Great experience. Ordered on cyber Monday, so rug took a little longer to ship than website said. But still shipped quickly and came in great condition. Beautiful rug at an amazing price, I'll definitely purchase from here again in the future!

Quick responses to my questions. Can't wait to see the rug! After receiving in only two days, we are delighted. Vibrant colors, no signs of wear. Perfect and exactly as advertised! Highly recommend.

Site is user friendly with great filters. Would be nice to find a way to remove an item from my cart but place it back into a wish list or "save for later". Also the rug pad on one order was cut too small. Can that be rectified if I tell you which rug?

Have been pleased so far. Have purchased six rugs but have had to exchange several when the color or patterns didn't work out quite right. That has gone very well with no problems. Like knowing that I can see the rugs in place and then make a final decision.

Great prices and good sales - thank you! Rugs are as described. I do wish the return shipping was covered (if needed to return - which I haven't) so I would feel more comfortable making big purchases but understand why that would be costly. Thanks!

It smells like it's been soaked in petroleum. My laundry room now smells like a gas station. I will regretfully be returning the rug.

After seeing a rug online, I called Rug Source for the exact measurement of the. It turned out it was rug t too large for my space but customer Service took the time to search their inventory for an alternative rug that fits perfectly...ordered a second rug as well. The colors from the website are very accurate, the quality as stated, delivery as promised..very happy with both rugs. Without hesitation I would buy more rugs and have already recommend others to work with this company.

Rug Source has a great selection of new and vintage Persian and Turkish rugs at very reasonable prices. My rug arrived quickly as was just as expected. I like the fact that they offer you a quality pad custom cut to fit your rug at check out. Overall a very pleasant shopping experience.

Website is user-friendly, and the photographs of the rugs are clear, numerous, and helpful. Any flaws in rugs are clearly pointed out. Rugs arrived a few days after placing my order and packaging was minimal, yet durable and protective. Rugs themselves are exactly as pictured and described, though the colors are even richer and more beautiful in person. The rug pads that are offered at additional charge are of good quality and are cut exactly to size. I plan to return one item because it just didn't look right in my particular space, but I have not yet begun the process, so I cannot comment yet on my experience with the ease of the return.

I think I rated 5 stars the first time, but the rug I ordered was not actually available. Disappointed to have to go with a different option after my family and I all debated which one to get, and it's definitely an inconvenience to have 2 pending credits on my card for any length of time - so I can't give it more than 2 stars this time. Averages out to ~3.5 stars though. Hopefully this will be in stock!
