Purchased a rug and we received a letter see below to choose a gift. We chose free foyer rug. What a scam! After several calls, emails on the status of our free gift we were told that they don't offer that anymore. We sent back request for the gift in May! Filed with BBB and they scammed their way out of the complaint telling the BBB that I filed complaint on the wrong company. Well Mina which company do you work for?
