Do know it's difficult to view your rugs. The images want to first go into the cart. It's a slower process than I expect, but your inventory is fantastic. It was not easy making a decision because you offered so many really nice rugs.

It would not take the code while the Black Friday sale is going on. Don't offer it and then not give it. It's another bait and switch!

Purchasing a rug from Rug Source is a very enjoyable experience, as their web site is informative and extremely easy to navigate and provides more than ample photo's of their product. They have a tremendous selection of beautiful rugs from many different countries, and their prices are truly "wholesale" and far more reasonable than those of any other on-line rug dealer. The value they provide in their rug offering is surpassed only by the personalized service they provide to their customers. My wife and I will certainly purchase our next Oriental rug from Rug Source.

Very good wide selection of Persian carpets made 40-60 years ago. I frequently get lost for hours in your online catalog. Prices are very reasonable. I wish I had known about your business and merchandise years ago, I'll probably be back...soon! Thanks !!!

I'd give you five stars for the excellently designed website but it's SO SLOW! So very slow to load the next page or photo. You can buy better, faster hosting so everyone can see your fine rugs without giving up part way through.

Thank you for the detailed measurements as I am pairing two unique runners for each side of my dining room table. Also thank you for the age information. I visited Tehran in 1970, and the rugs were made around that time, which makes them additionally special.

I am SO pleased with my purchase from Rug Source. I was a bit nervous about purchasing a Persian rug online, but everything went fantastic. My order was received within about 4 days of being shipped. The quality of the rug is actually higher than I was expecting, considering what a low price they charged. It's clearly hand-knotted, just as described. And the colors are remarkable true to the pictures shown. The only part of the experience that I didn't like was that the price of the rug changed slightly once I put it into my shopping cart. But other than that, the experience was terrific. I will absolutely purchase from Rug Source again.

Great selections and price! Some suggested improvements for the website: * Sorting by price is broken once you get beyond the first page of results (it defaults back to Newest -> Oldest). * Rug pads are very difficult to find. The pads that are automatically added to the order can't be clicked-through (you arrive at a page saying "The rug you are looking for has been sold").

Great prices on hand made Persian rugs. The first one I ordered was amazing, gorgeous, huge, clean, in excellent condition exactly as they said, so I'm getting another. Why buy a cheap rug from Home Depot or Target for essentially the same price that will likely end up in the landfill in 5 years! Get something real made by an actual artist. A great resource. You would pay 10x more in a retail shop at least around where I live.

We received our rug and it's perfect - exactly as shown and described! We were very happy that we were able to get professional advice and guidance from Mina on the phone. Actually reaching a person was so refreshing! Our conversation helped us in choosing the rug that would be best for our needs and budget. The emails re: the order details, shipping, etc. were consistently timely and professional. Shipping was fast - we had our rug two days after placing our order.

Very happy with purchase and delivery. Unfortunately someone got all your information about my purchase and left me a long detailed message asking for Duty charges at the border. Didn't fool me but I feel sorry for those that get taken by these scammers. Thx again

Rug Source is an honest dealer in Oriental rugs, new and old. I have bought both types from the company totaling 7 pieces so far and am pleased with all of them at very fair prices. Packing is excellent, shipping very fast, and Fed EX delivery safe and speedy.

Great customer support from Moe. Don't like that discount dropped from 15% when purchased $5k+ in rugs to 35% - price was significantly lower 3 days after purchase. Should have been given price adjustment. Still purchased an additional rug.

It takes too long to load your website pages. Look into using a Content delivery network to speed up the loading of your pages. For my business, I use CloudFlare which is free. Call me if you need help with it. *******053. Nima

My husband is so picky about anything new we purchase for our home, and I was a bit apprehensive about buying an antique Persian rug (online for our newly designed living room. Not only was the buying experience excellent-photos were spot-on, but the rug is exactly what we expected from the description. Located your excellent inventory on Ebay and then ditched them to purchase from you directly. Your generous coupons forced my hand. Lastly poor Ebay is hammered by NYS sales tax which they must collect while you in the confines of the Trump South, skate tax free. What's a consumer to do?

After visiting several brick and mortar stores in the Boston area, I started to research Persian rugs online. Mina has the best quality and her semi antique rugs were so we taken care of. No rips, discoloration, the fringe on both rugs we bought was perfect. The rugs were delivered within a few days of ordering. They were so well wrapped, in multiple layers. Mira is also very available to answer questions and to discuss recommendations after she understands what her customer is looking for. I highly recommend Rug Source. Very professional, the rugs are gorgeous and the service is superb.

Excellent service. Quick response and delivery. Rug is great looking with unusual combo of colors which is why I chose it. Unfortunately it is a bit flat and doesn't have quite enough texture for my setting. That is something you can't judge without trying the rug. Will shop Rugsource again.

This is based on the ordering process. Let's see how delivery unfolds, and what the rugs actually look like. Hopefully the pictures on the website are accurate. Also, delivery should not be a hassle. The delivery man should just drop the rugs at my front door. I don't want someone calling me asking me to take off work, so they can drop off my rug. ...just drop it off.

When the owner realized there had been a mixup in the return process of a rug, he immediately contacted me to resolve the issue. This is what good customer service is all about and I commend his quick response and resolution.
