First time buyer and the experience turned out to be excellent. The rug was exactly as described and I could not be more excited. The pad that was purchased along with the rug was a great quality pad and I definitely want to shop here again.

I wish the rug photos were 'lock step' consistent to make it easier to compare as you go thru the various photos using side by side screen/monitor. Also hard to tell if the lighting 100% is consistent from photo to photo to be able to see if the vintage rugs are very faded or if it's just the lighting.

This is the second runner that I have purchased from Rug Source. Rug Source has a vast selection from which to chose, so it's easy to find exactly what you want -- you just have to look until you find it; and if this purchase arrives as quickly as the first one, I'll have my new runner in a few days.

Online Photos of Rug Designs are misleading. Unable to discern that the 8 x 11 had Big Design and the runners had Smaller design, much more elegant. Don't want to return 8 x 11 because of the cost to return.

The rug we received is very nice. However, it is faded on one side, which we could not tell from the picture before we ordered. I realize that is an old rug but in the description they could have written that there is some fading. Otherwise, we are happy with our purchace.

The website's search feature worked well to narrow choices. The photos for each rug were varied so that not only could you see the complete rug, but details of the pattern, the thickness/pile, and the backside. I called the customer service number and all of my questions were ansered.

As a rug collector I have purchased many rugs from EBay and I must say rugsource is my preferred seller. They respond promptly and are very accommodating to my inquiries and requests. After weeks of hemming and hawing, I finally pressed the button to order 3 genuine Persian rugs. I ordered on Sunday. I had my rugs on Wednesday. Quite honestly, they are better than described. I ordered one 'excellent' condition rug and two 'very good' condition rugs. I can't tell the difference. The colors are amazing, the pile is nice and tight, and the rugs look like works of art on the floor. They are a little lumpy in places, but that will straighten out. They are real hand-knotted rugs, not machined, so they won't be perfect. But they are GORGEOUS. These are the kind of rugs that will be around for years to come. I will definitely order again.

website was very glitchy--and i had to repeat searches to find a rug i could see on my phone. Ultimately took me almost 20 misn to get the rug into my cart.

also transaction did not clear with my visa despite calling visa first, so had to buy with my Amex (cost me an extra 2%)

I was looking for a very narrow runner, which has been impossible to find in stores in my area. I was really pleased to see some beautiful and narrow runners on the Rugsource page. Rugsource was very fast in responding to my questions about dimensions and such. The rug was shipped promptly and was exactly as described. I am very happy with the rug and my experience with Rugsource.

Shipping costs to Canada means that I prefer to make carpet purchases from Canadian dealers who provide free shipping. This is the first time I have made a US carpet purchase although I appreciate your larger selection.

Great deals, but why are free pads offered with some carpets and not with others?
