The rug arrived a day earlier than expected despite the bad weather throughout the country. The gabbeh is thick and soft, and the colors are what I expected: rich, lustrous, and complex. My cat immediately fell in love with it and is lying on it now. I am very happy with my purchase!

I was sent a different color of rug than the one I ordered. Though it is a nice rug, I am unsure if I will keep it because it has a brown rather than a navy background as pictured on the website and ordered by me. Either the inventory postings need to be checked more carefully, or someone pulled the wrong rug when picking it to ship.

I am expecting this to be in the very good condition you say it is which it appears to be from your photos, with no holes or moth damage. That is why I have decided to purchase it. I know you have satisfaction guaranteed for 30 days.

This rug is even prettier in person, and looks fantastic in my dining room! I've looked everywhere for a rug, and this one is perfect! The price was great, shipping was super fast, and I would do it again! Thanks for making my rug dreams come true!

Great selection for the prices, but website is slow to load. However, delivery was simple and fast. Ordered on Sunday night and received the rug by Weds afternoon! I've waited significantly longer for much smaller and less expensive items than a 50lb 7x10 area rug. Looks exactly as pictured on the site and am so surprised to have it so quickly. Would absolutely purchase from here again!

Best selection and prices. The rug is exactly as described and pictured. It's actually much nicer in person than the pictures show. I had purchased another Gabbeh rug several years ago that we get many compliments on. We needed a living room rug and wanted another Gabbeh. Rug Source has the most extensive offering and had several that we considered before making a purchase. Communication was super fast and delivery prompt. Best part - we love the rug!

This site has great selection and have great customer service. They always answer the phone when I call with questions, even on the weekends. The descriptions of product on site are very accurate. I had to return a large rug because I decided after seeing it that it wasn't right for the space, and it was no problem and easy to return, they even send FedEx to my house to pick it up.

Size filter is a little sloppy, had me going on a couple of rugs until I realized they weren't actually the size I needed. However, I was able to find the needle in the haystack and am very satisfied with it.

The most enjoyable rug buying experience yet-I haven't seen the rugs yet, but this is the way to buy in stead of spending hours flipping rugs in a showroom. The web site is a little slow - that is the only thing I would suggest.

Easy to shop because of great and complete descriptions and excellent photographs which enable you to see each and every rug from different perspectives and close up which helps in assessing quality and condition. That combined with great customer service and return policy add up to a great organization to deal with.

I wish the pictures were formatted better - I had to scroll to the bottom, click on the photo and then scroll back up to see it in the larger window. Also, another website notes the colors and any repairs, which would be nice to see on this site as well.

when I made the order it gave me two different prices so I was a little confused and hoping I get the right rug. Otherwise all good. And the cheaper price is gave me is a plus too if everything works out.

your searching feature is terrible! Even if I remember a rug well and try to find it again, I can't. For instance, I needed to search for pictorial rugs, specifically animals. I got nothing from a search!

I received a friendly call when there was a question about my address. They re-read my order and realized they had the information already.
The rug is just what I expected in terms of high qualty mayerial and colors. I see a pattern difference on a small section on one end. Maybe that accounts for the good price for a very beautiful handmade rug. I LOVE it!

I purchased a newly made rug, so condition is excellent. I have shopped and purchased used rugs before mostly satisfied, however beware some rugs rated in excellent condition are definitely overrated.
