The service was excellent, and the staff was very repsonsive, helping me with ascertaining that I was ordering the right rug for my home. I would highly recommed this company. I love my rug.... it's beautiful and 100% wool.

I couldn't find a section on rug pads to select from, and the information on the pads I could find wasn't very informative. Otherwise the site was very good and easy to use, with a lot of great options to choose from.

Site easy to use with filters to help identify rugs in which you are interested. Provides phone number which is answered for immediate information. Prices seem competitive.

Website is a bit hard to navigate. Difficult or impossible to select multiple filters under same category ... at least I can't figure out how to do it.

Rug Source does a very good job of showing the rugs, which helps immensely when trying to decide among so many.

I have ordered 3 rugs from them, and all 3 times the orders have been handled well.

Very satisfied with experience, the one caveat is I believe selecting a rug in person would allow more confidence you are getting the colors you want.
