IF YOU GET DOWN TO $0 BALANCE AND TRY TO CLOSE YOUR ACCOUNT, THEY SEND YOU A "SCRIPTED MESSAGE" SAYING THAT THE ACCOUNT WILL CLOSE EVENTUALLY AND OF COURSE THEY HAVE "INACTIVITY" FEES SO WHILE YOU'RE WAITING FOR THEIR SYSTEM TO CLOSE YOUR ACCOUNT, YOU'RE HIT WITH AN INACTIVITY FEE! THESE PEOPLE BELONG IN JAIL! I HAVE CONTACTED CFPB AND TEXAS ATTORNEY GENERAL AND LODGED A FORMAL COMPLAINT AGAINST THEM! MY NEXT ACTION WILL BE MY ATTORNEY!

These people are the worse service to ever trust with your money. If you have an account with them, do NOT have your tax refund sent to them. These people rejected our refund because it was "too" much. Netspend has a higher limit and that is the account I should have used in the first place. We provided Rushcard with all the documents they requested and they said it just took too long. It took us two days because their representatives couldn't figure out exactly what they needed from us. One person even said 1080 instead of 1040. Because of all of this, the IRS said it will take them 5-10 more weeks to resend it and they will not be able to send it back to the account but in the form of a check. The IRS representative said Rushcard should not have done that because they delayed our already delayed tax return. They did this in the middle of a freaking pandemic when people are trying to just make it. My husband has been an account holder for over 7 years. After today, he will not be. I can promise that.

I've used this card for years for my direct deposit..so one day I get off from work and stop by the grocery store to buy a few things and my card says declined ..i look at the cashier like no ma'am please swipe it again..so she swipes it again it declines again..i remind you I've never had issues with my Rushcard before nor have i ever had to call anf confirm a deposit status..usually my payroll is deposited 3days early..I immediately go outside to my car call customer care wondering why my ddp hasn't loaded into my account...customer services tells me sorry ma'am your deposit was returned to the sender then they proceeds to give me another call..needless to say long story short it took me 7 days to get to the bottom of the situation..they closed my account due to fraudulent activity which never happend ...a few days later they contacted me with a letter by mail asking me to contact them...i contacted them they apologized and offered to open me a new account up over the phone with a 1$ credit ...yipeee 1$ what will i buy..i declined the offer ..why would i put myself thru that again and risk my bills being late..
I have been with Rushcard since 2010. Ive never had an issue with them until recently! I have two cards which I use for both my boys SSI benefits. Last month (Sept 27th) I received an deposit for the Oct payment. When I checked my account through the app only one childs payment posted but not the other, mind you its not supposed to come until the 1st so i waited. I reached out to Rushcard after it didnt post the next day. I was told wait 1 to 2 business days. I waited... I end up reaching out to SSA and they told me on their end its clear. So I called Rush again. They told me it was recieved but for some reason did not post. They told me they would escalate this to cooperate and to wait 1 to 2 days. Reached back out again and this time they told me it was never a deposit for that amount. You can only imagine my fustration! They again told me to wait 1 to 2 days so they could fix it. Long story short I still havent recieved the deposit for SEPT and and its now going into NOV. Rush claims they have no idea what happened. I called SSA to change my bank acct. They confirmed with me that it was switched. Fast forward to Oct 26th apparently SSA lied to me because it went to the same acct. Yesterday I was supposed to had received Nov payment again one child posted the other did not. Reached out to rushcard and they told me the same thing that it was recieved but not posted and they would escalate it. Now I am missing two deposits and no one will help me! Please Share this I NEED HELP! I have proof of everything I said and more!
I went to an ATM to withdraw $220 and the money did not dispense it's been over a week now and they still haven't gave my money back
My account got hacked on July 27th from online order that I did not authorize I call RushCard to tell them about the transaction error and that I didn't authorize transaction they told me that I would have to do is this Feud and they put the old card on hold they said they will be issuing me a new card that was 7 to 10 days ago another 7 to 10 days ago and now they tell me today and still has not been sent out it's another seven to ten days they're about to pick up my car my rent late never been late because of their era now they should have told me that they were not sending me my card while the dispute was going on that was never relate to me now they're trying to charge me $5 for replacement card that I never received in the first place because they were supposed to issue me another car once I get my money out of this mess I am closing my account I have been a customer for over 20 years and they don't give a doggone about what my situation is for I didn't have nothing to do with so RushCard stinks their websites terrible their customer service reps hang up on you and they act like they don't care 20 year customer really don't do it don't do business with them you're going to be in a world of trouble and don't have any transaction on your account that you don't know anything about because you'll be going now been over a month the hell with RushCard
