From beginning to end, reliable, polite people took all the work (and all the stress) out of this task. The expense is high, but not at all out of line with similar personal services. They know their customers are all up tight about the passports so they keep you constantly informed. Over-all a top 1% in service.

I was skeptical and a bit nervous to use an online company however I was pleasantly surprised. Customer service was extremely helpful. I appreciated the weekend and extended hours. As long as you do your part by filling out all information accurately and completely with appropriate photo, the company will do their part and get it processed and rushed back to you. Mine came faster than expected. For me, the expense was worth the peace of mind of having my passport renewed in time for my trip.
Great people, instructions and follow through. Received our passports as promised and within the estimated time frame. The only thing I could suggest is that if you send two passport requests in the same envelope, there should be better communication on the return status. I was told both were in the same shipment and only received one. The other followed up the next day but there was just a little stress not knowing where my wife's passport was.

I had a very good experience. Antonio St. Hilaire wad very helpful in making sure I had all the documents in order. He kept me appraised of what was going on throughout the entire process by email. And I received my passport very quickly. Thank you so much to everyone.

Every time I called to confirm whether I had followed the steps correctly, it was never too much trouble for whomever I spoke with to guide me all the way.
