I required urgent assistance with respect to difficulties I was having with electronic forms to be filled in order to complete my application. After two unsuccessful conversations with agents requesting help with this problem over two days, I was finally fortunate enough to be connected with Ms. Patricia Pate. This lady walked me through the web of computer obstacles in the most patient, courteous and professional manner conceivable. It is the best customer service experience I have experienced in a very long time. My only issue is withe the instructions provided. It is not clear that you need to collect all items before setting foot in a passport agency. Step one indicated going to a USPS office when it was pointless.
Support for gathering my paperwork and submitting it was excellent. My overnight Fed-Ex arrived a day late to your offices but ou still were able to deliver my passport in the original timeframe. I highly recommend your services.
