Wonderful! Fabulous! We were in a scary pinch- not realizing our passports need to have at least 6 months until expiration. We were leaving in 11 days. Antonio was a wonderful customer service representative and walked me through each step. Although expensive I received my passport in 7 days. I especially appreciated the emails explaining where they were at in processing the paperwork. I'm so grateful I didn't miss this European vacation. Thank you.
Was a very quick and easy process. Loved the check list that kept me on track of what documents needed to be completed. Worked with Bill Hess who was extremely helpful and clear on what my next steps would be. I even received my updated passports a few days before the original delivery date!

I put myself into a bind with an international trip 2 weeks away. I didn't realize that many countries required that you have 6 months left on your passport to enter. RushMyPassport.com was outstanding. They called me to walk me thru the process, I was able to get all the paperwork in place and mail out my old passport in about an hour. One week later problem solved.
I realized three weeks before leaving on a trip that my passport expiry date would not meet the requirements for a future cruise. I needed to renew now - really as in yesterday! I went on line to the US Passport website and found your company listed as the first choice for expedited renewal. I hated to part with that Fed Ex envelope with my beloved still current passport. The agent I spoke with, Bill Hess, was always professional and clear with respect to confirming the steps I had completed and those yet to be done (excellent guidance on the photo which needed to be re-taken for lack of definition from background). Excellent communication during each step of the process with timely emails. My new passport arrived today 100% on time as promised.

Very thorough, with fool proof check lists to make sure one has everything in order to process a passport. They even tell you where the nearest UPS store is to you to drop off your documents.

My husband realized on Tuesday that he could not find his passport. We were scheduled to leave the country on Friday at 5 am. I started the paperwork with rushmypassport.com and made several phone calls to them. I was fearful I would make a mistake and the paperwork would be delayed. They walked me through every step and were so kind and professional and efficient. We received my husband's passport on Thursday and made our flight the next morning.

Excellent communication at the drop of a hat. Contacted 5-6 times during and every time the instructions were crystal clear. Not sure if this was indicated on website but they send your original birth cert back to you along with your passport. I sent my application out Wednesday from the local UPS store and it arrived at my house on Friday. Didn't need to sign for it either. Very easy but a little time consuming running around getting pic taken, to post office, UPS store but very worth it if you need a passport fast. I would recommend them.

Very easy to do and worth it. Did not have to go to an office and deal with the hassle of other people and there issues. Plus no waiting in long lines. Was assigned a personal representative that guided me and sent emails from beginning to end. I used the 6-9 delivery service because of my job. This process is worth the money, will us them again in the future.
