I paid for the service, waited and kept looking for updates, when I finally got through to some they had done absolutely nothing. Terrible customer service and a complete waste of time.

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE it is a scam! I mailed them my passport and documents on 12/28 for their five week service for over $250. My documents were not received by the government until today 1/14 over TWO WEEKS LATER. I would've been better off just mailing them myself. When I contacted customer service they were extremely rude told me it must have been "weather delays" (there has been no inclement weather in the past two weeks, I live in the north) and there was nothing they could do. I am out all this money and now will likely have to cancel my trip. Absolute scammers I truly don't know how they get away with this. I'm so sad.
Don't use this company! I paid almost $300 for Rush My Passport to expedite my passport in Sept for a trip to Mexico in Oct. They held my application for approximately 4 days before submitting it to the government, and I missed the trip. The government shows the application to have been submitted for routine processing - not expedited. It has now been over 6 weeks since I submitted by application, and I still don't have a passport. Their customer service is terrible, too. I had to wait 15+ minutes to talk to an agent.
Furthermore, their reply to my written complaint wasn't accurate. I have an email from them stating when they received it and sent it to the governmental offices for processing.

There is no traditional expediting, so that is why it is considered routine. There is no other verbiage that they use. We hopefully have delivered on your passport.
I placed my order and sent my documents on June 20,2021 and had set my travel date for July 17, which I've already had to change because my passport wont be here on time even though the website said I'd probably have it by July 16. I can't manage to speak to anyone on the phone of this company and the website has no information or updates since the last update on July 1st that the package arrived at the government facility for processing. Karina - Based on the service agreement, the timeframe is 4-6 weeks of processing at the agency. Based on this, your passport will be released between August 1st and August 15th. I am sorry if you had hoped for it to be released faster than the service you purchased. The current processing times are falling well within the 5-6 week mark at this time in the Summer. I am so sorry and hope that you can have flexibility in your travels.
I paid $227 to FedEx for expedited passport service. I ended up not using FedEx to renew my passport. Now, it has been an unbelievable hassle to get a credit back to my card for what has been revealed is an exhorbitant charg. FedEx just passes the buck. At this point I will switch my overnight business to UPS. Do not use FedEx passport service!
I was completely unable to use this service. They didn't give me anything useful to use at all in anyway. I was unable to reach anyone ever… again, at NO POINT was I able to reach anyone for help. They stole my money and I feel this to be a complete scam.
Unfortunately I made the mistake yesterday of ordering your expedited passport. I did not want to purchase it nor did I ever have the desire for an expedited passport. I am asking for a refund as soon as possible. It was made clear to me by FedEx workers that I could forego the postal office by using your services when that couldn't be further from the truth. 109$ was taken from my bank account and I am simply asking for a refund for a product I am not even able to utilize. I never proceeded forward as to complete the application and I have been in contact with you guys way before the 24 hour period making my situation very clear. So in no way should I be liable for the 109$ charge because I have already reached out to you guys via phone and via email.

So I just finished my appt with the passport office and learned that I just threw money away. $160 too! Dont use them. My local gov passport office was super helpful and they said I shouldnt have used them as they also provide everything you need to get your passport. Hoping to get my money back.
