For something as stressful and nauseating as needing a passport in a hurry (in my case, a pending German visa that a border security agent wildly complicated by stamping one of my last blank pages after a Christmas holiday with my girlfriend), RushMyPassport has been wildly comforting. So long as you follow all of the (helpful and detailed) instructions, the service does exactly what it says on the tin. In my case, that means the next year or two of my life haven't suddenly been derailed on a technicality. They will even cheerfully answer your (possibly too frequent) calls about questions or concerns with forms or timings and never once did I feel like I was imposing. I can't recommend them enough.

We were going to Cancun for Spring Break- booked the trip in Dec and did not know that children under 2 needed passports as well! Needless to say 4 days before leaving we wee told and rush my passport bailed us out of not missing our trip! Thank you so much!

There was a couple issues with being told two different things by three different customer service reps when trying to take care of the paperwork, however, I received my passport exactly when they said.
This is a great service and it is as advertised! I really like the emails that keep you informed along the way. We didn't realize our daughter's PassPort expired in 5 years, they saved our Spring Break trip to Cancun!
Although this service is a little bit pricey we would have lost thousands more had it not been available. The problem was taken care of quickly and relieved a great deal of anxiety for both my wife and myself
