Could not ask for better service

Could not ask for better service. From start to middle to finish you guys were by my side. Love the updated status calls and emails. Every time I called each customer service rep was so willing to help. Five Stars!

I needed my passport within two weeks and was very skeptic to rely on any company. My option was to drive 300 miles and wait in line for many hours in hopes of walking out with my passport. I researched the internet choosing RushMyPassport based upon other reviews. I could not have asked for a better or more professional experience. Amy Figueroa was immediately assigned as my travel specialist and sent a status text and phone message almost every day. You can also watch the website for a status bar which shows each time your status changes. My passport arrived right on schedule. I was notified it was on its way and when to expect it. The expedited fee was well worth what I received in return. If you are unsure of who to trust with such a critical task, this is the company for you.

I first thought the price was high, but if you consider how much work goes into getting a passport, then the cost is not that high. Especially when it has to be done from start to finish in less than week. I would highly recommend using this service if normal channels cannot be used.

Four days before our family was to leave for Aruba, I realized my passport was missing. I was in a near panic. My husband and 6 children all had theirs and mine was nowhere to be found. I quickly researched options to have a passport expedited. I chose rushmypassport.com. I cannot say enough good things about all of them. I think I called customer service at least eight times with questions and they were very helpful each time and talked me thru each step to make sure I had everything I needed. Knowing Fed Ex is closed on New Years Day, I had to receive my passport in two days. Yes, it came today and I am thrilled! I highly recommend them. Their customer service was unbelievable. Thank you so much! I am Aruba bound!

Could not have been easier
November 6, 2014

Could not have been easier. Received both passport booklet & card on a Thursday after sending out my documents on Monday, this was a full week before the guaranteed delivery date. I travel internationally at least once a month and cannot afford to be without a passport. 100% satisfaction.

The front line phone support associates were always most cordial, courteous and professional. We had a few glitches, but they worked to satisfy them in a most expedient manner. Manny thanks to Customer Resolution Supervisor, Mr. Teddy Etienne, for his personal involvement, professionalism and ability to simply "get the job done"!. Since I am not real handy with using e-mail for business, I had some beginner problems with the individuals answering my concerns. (Must qualify this though, I had a friend who helping and who became quite frustrated.) When Antonio took over and I fired my friend, we got along fine. I did certainly appreciated Antonio's patience. This is to explain why there is only three stars at customer service. It seemed that others felt like they must give a canned response instead of truly listening to what was being said to them. Antonio was great. Thanks for the help and passport.
