My overall experience was really good. I got my passport in a timely manner. They sent me email updates every time something was done and kept me in the loop of what was happening. I really did appreciate that especially with important documents. I would refer this company to anyone.
I've had to renew my passport several times and it always feels like a lengthy, cumbersome, and somewhat stressful process with zero control or communication once you hand over your old passport. The regular emails, updating me as to where my old passport was at and what stage the renewal process was in, provided me a window which eased the anxiousness I normally feel. Not only that, there was an actual person I could talk to if I had any concerns or questions. I would recommend it to anyone renewing their passport, regardless of their expedited service.
