I filled out the application not knowing it was thru this until after I paid and seen that I still owed everything for the passport and when I called all of there offices listed all over USA they all had same message machine and no help. What a scam
I will make it my job to write On every review site for this company. DO NOT USE. I have started this process with them in April to receive a passport for my planned trip on 6/14, and it took them ONE MONTH to send it over to the passport agency. Today is 6/7 and I have not received my passport. They are a waste of money. Go to your local post office instead of wasting your time with this scam company. Horrible and waste of time.
The paperwork and instructions were very thorough and every detail was explained in full. I had my passport in hand 4 days after the paperwork was delivered to the Department of State passport agency. It spared me from having to wait on the phone to try to get an appointment and being told none were available. I had tried the week before and I knew it was pointless. Thanks to RushMyPassport, I will make my family reunion in Barbados. I highly recommend the services of this company.

I received excellent service and help from Rush My Passport when I had made an error on the application. They do seem understaffed as far as response, but when contact is made help is instant.
The instructions are detailed, customer service is responsive and helpful, and my passport arrived six days before the expected delivery date. This is the third time I have used RushMyPassport and had a great experience each time.
It is a scam, they claim to review your documents prior to sending them off, that didn't happen. Mistakes were not caught and this caused delays. I paid for a service and didn't receive it. Their response was that nobody is perfect, it doesn't say that on their website, they refused to provide a refund for not providing the service, beware.

Got scammed by this service and the website has you pay before you find out it's a scam. I only did it because of the FedEx trusted brand-name - shame on you FedEx for partnering with them! Everything they provided I could've done on my own as I already printed out the renewal forms from the state department. They pretend to be a courier service and even have a video claiming they wait in line for you at a federal passport office. I could've gone to my local passport office here in Seattle and had the documents submitted the same day. Instead it got sent to Florida then Pennsylvania by FedEx and never was there a human courier service involved. The scam started on 621 and the passport office didn't receive my documents until 7/5. I paid $200 to get scammed and for an extra multi week delay. AVOID THIS SERVICE. Look them up on the Better Business Bureau before you go near them.

Literally the worst company I have ever dealt with. Avoid this company like the plague. Missed my flight after paying for a 1 week expedited service over 2 weeks before my flight. They did get the passport issued BUT despite them telling me the state department would mail the passport directly to me they mailed it to them and it took them 2 days to put it in the overnight FedEx (this is trackable through the state department's site and once the fedex label was created). Again, this is despite me calling them each day pleading with them to give it to FedEx. I called back just asking for my $200 back for paying for the 1 week service and they asked me to fill out a form and mail it in for their billing to consider my refund. Just an absolutely joke of a company
I submitted my docs on 6.26, with the promise of 4 to 6 weeks delivery. My travel date is 8.3, there is no information regarding the status. The company doesn't respond to emails the phone line is always busy. I had to resort to calling my local Congress, I now have to travel to an out of state agency for processing, more costs. They won't respond to a refund request. As per my local government advice, during this current passport crisis these 3rd parties have little to no capability to rush the passport. I am getting scam vibes. Best to call the local government, this company takes your 279.00 and then provides no support.
So sorry about this. The service during the summer is taking the full 6 weeks of processing, so that is why we were not able to get it to you sooner.
I sent my passport and card along with the application, photo and check. A few days later I got an email saying my picture was pixelated (I had it taken at one of their sites). Also saying the check was wrong. Even though they confirmed the number was correct. They said I didn't sign the application form. This is possible. So I went to their site to print another application. The download process started just after noon. It's now 5 hours later and the process is still incomplete. It says 'appending shipping label'. I tried to call after 3 hours of waiting. I had to leave a voice message to call me back. 2 hours later I'm still waiting. So much for customer service.
