Recently had an unfortunate experience with Ruti, a company that left me feeling disappointed and frustrated. While their products may be of decent quality, their customer service and adherence to promises left much to be desired.
My initial interaction with Ruti was positive, as they had advertised a promising discount for their products. Excited about the potential savings, I proceeded with my purchase, expecting the discount to be applied during checkout. However, to my dismay, the promised discount was nowhere to be found. This left me feeling deceived and cheated, as I had made my purchasing decision based on the discounted price.
To address this issue, I contacted Ruti via their online messaging system. Expecting a prompt response and resolution to my problem, I was greeted by automated chatbot replies assuring me that a representative would get back to me. Unfortunately, despite the promises made by the chatbot, I never received a response from a human representative. This lack of communication and follow-through was deeply frustrating and left me feeling ignored as a customer.

The lack of accountability and failure to address my concerns demonstrated a lack of professionalism on Ruti's part. It is disheartening when a company fails to honor its promises and neglects to provide adequate customer support. As a consumer, I value transparency and responsiveness, both of which were sorely lacking in this interaction.

While I cannot speak to the overall quality of Ruti's products, I would caution potential customers to be wary of the company's promises and their customer service reliability. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Ruti to others who seek a company that values customer satisfaction and follows through on its commitments.

I sincerely hope that Ruti takes this feedback constructively and works towards improving their customer service processes. Clear and honest communication, as well as honoring promises, are crucial in fostering trust and loyalty among customers.
