Order came fast and was in good shape. My overall experience was my tech person was told door panels would work from my old fridge, they didn't. Trying to order them now and your web site is not user friendly.

Horrible company offered me 67 for cosmetic look at picture do you think refrigerant will flow through thatdamaged air condition that local hvac company said cost to repair was greater than its value 750.00 without a new shroud. After giving me the run around for 3 weeks. Cannot talk to a person phone # refers you to customer service and hangs up, why have it submitted claim to cc company see what happens

Sent the wrong brand item, which clearly had factory damage, and missing parts. Looked like a second or return. Impossible to reach these people. They do not answer the phone because of "call volume", which happens when you are not delivering what people order. The "online help" does not work, the verification for an email doesn't work. Could they be on the run? Did not have a problem in the past. Maybe new owners or the kids took over. To bad, was good, now dead end.
This place stole 1,127 dollars of my money. They have delivered nothing. I have been waiting over 4 months for a dometic refrigerator. They have given excuses, but have refunded nothing. Contact London, Kentucky police department. These are professionals internet scammers with a phone number that does not answer.

We are leaving today for vacation and the roof top unit has not arrived. They did send me an email stating that it had shipped and provided a tracking # which I clicked on and it brought up an error message that the tracking # was not a good number which leaves me to believe this organization is completely incompetent as they cant even copy and paste a number into an email correctly. And just so everybody knows I am a service manager for a large truck fleet and my customers would go somewhere else If I treated them like this.
I ordered a sink and sink cover for my RV got wrong size sink and cover that was in mid July, it is now mid September and still waiting for a return shipper. I have an e-mail chain that would blow your mind. Starting to think i have been screwed. No way to get anyone on the phone. That's to bad because they did great my 1st 2 orders I will never order another product from them. Anyone want to buy a sink I cannot use :((
Ordered 6/9/20 to this day 7/31/20 had not left their warehouse issued a tracking # but it States waiting for pick up by UPS. See that is all that is need to get your money per PayPal. So looks like. Been ripped off. By a drop ship company. Never get to speak to a human. All computer generated messages. BEWARE.!
The only thing good to say about these guys is the very quick shipping. But when it comes to returning an item... that's another story. I ordered a range from them and three days later it arrived with shattered glass everywhere. Almost a week later I'm still waiting to hear back from them on how to return this item!

Took them 30 days to refund my defective return and they o my refunded $24 of my $37! They kept 35% restocking fee?! Can't reach them by phone only email. This company is joke! Stay away and order your RV parts from a reputable company not this one!
This place is a scam. They took my money and never sent the product. The customer service number is a recording. The "contact customer service" form on their website gets you identical worthless canned responses every time. The email address they share here with disgruntled customers (*******@rvpartscountry.com) gets you another canned response that tells you to use the form on their website. Filing a fraud claim as I warned I would do in all my recent email requests to them... save yourself the headache.
Ordered awning APR 15 2021. Asked for status on why I had not received it on JUN 16 2021. Here it is JUL 2 2021 and no awning. No response to my status request. I will be contacting Daniel Cameron (Atty Gen KY) next. Feels like a scam. You cannot directly speak to anyone (no phone number) or even reply to the emails they send after purchase.

I would NEVER buy from this company. I purchased a Dometic AC unit that was advertised at a discount because it had "minor cosmetic damage". The unit never arrived at my house but was left at a FedEx facility for pickup due to severely damaged packaging, see attached pictures at FedEx location and my screenshots to customer service. The unit was clearly leaking fluids, had bent parts, and did not function. I contacted RVPartsCountry and sent them the pictures several times. They finally told me after ignoring my messages that this was considered cosmetic damage and would not let me return or get a refund. Shocking response and horrible customer service.

I places an order ($1450) for an awning which clearly states 2-3 week delivery (you even have to sign agreeing to it) but when the 3 weeks rolls around nothing. You contact them (by the way they don't have phones only on line chat) they blame everyone else and offer nothing in return for not living up to a written agreement. I contacted the actual product manufacture (Lippert) and they told me that they had informed RV Parts Country earlier in the season that this is their busy season and that it will take longer for shipping, yet RV Parts country still has this on their website knowing full well they can't deliver in that time frame. Totally misleading... Yet when you call them on it they will do nothing for you... Spend your money somewhere else...
Please avoid this company. They shipped my product quickly (AC unit) but it arrived damaged. I purchased package insurance. I jumped through all the hoops sending pics, requesting replacement, refund, etc. There is no working phone number except automated info instructing you to use the website. I have filed a dispute with the CC company and the "seller response" was that I received my unit. No kidding! I received it damaged. They have essentially stolen $722 and I have nothing to show for it. Hoping to make some progress since I filed a complaint with BBB.
Ordered an awning from them 2 to 3 week delivery. You can't call them only email for communication. 5 weeks and they still can't tell me where my awning is. They keep saying they are not getting a response from the manufacturer. Its funny how I can pickup the phone and call the manufacturer and they tell me there is they have no delivery issues. The normal 5 to 10 day ship.
Financed a AC unit from this company and when it was delivered the main copper line from the compressor was broken off. Contacted the company to return the unit for a replacement, they sent a return label for the unit and we shipped it back. That was 3 weeks ago! The supplier is refusing to ship a replacement unit even though we are paying for the unit!
I'm considering legal action for fraud against this company through the state prosecutors office!

I had an item that I could not use and was in perfect condition. I set up a return with RVPartsCountry by following the RMA process and sending them a tracking number. After the item had been returned, I had not yet gotten a refund. After several attempts at communicating with the group and several months, I still have to refund. They are also ignoring my requests. Shameful behavior and essentially stealing my money. They don't even have a way to contact a human via phone as it gives you a recorded message. If you purchase from them, don't bother to return the item if needed.
They shipped a $800 A/C unit which I paid the extra insurance on. They didn't have the right address on and fedex left it unsecured at an office 1/2 mile away. Where it was stolen. No signature required, no phone number for the driver to contact me. They put the insurance in their name so they have to file the claim. A week later I have had no response on the claim and the cubicle drone sent a message that they consider it delivered and they won't do anything. I'll be posting all the events on my new domain. Rvpartscountryscam.com. These people don't even have a phone number and dozens of bad reviews. I really should have done a search on them before trusting them.
Order # AB-******* written on web platform 09-09-21.2 parts, one shipped and damaged, one never shipped! No help returning damaged. No answers to second part. No phone support, no email support!

Wrong sink I place the order for a LIPPERT sink and received the wrong one. I called her number several times to only get a recording and get cut off. I filled out the email haven't heard anything back. I'm starting to think that this company is a complete scam.
The reviews have all been written. Please do yourself a favor and read the posted reviews from RV parts country and also check them out with the Better Business Bureau. I assure you you will not do business with them.
These folks wanted my 88 year old grandmother to prove her identity prior to purchase by submitting a copy of her drivers license reflecting the shipping address. She had not yet changed her address on her ID so we instead sent them Medicare documentation and a copy of her cell phone bill showing her address. They do not provide a phone number that we could call to discuss or explain. Instead we had to interact with a portal and wait 1-2 days for a response. When they would not accept the documentation we had, my Gramdmother went to DMV to update her address. We could not possibly provide them with a new and updated ID for another 2-3 weeks until her new ID was received in the mail. In the meantime her order was cancelled and we never could speak to anyone personally.
I ordered a part in June, I provided the wrong shipping address. I was informed by the shipping company that the product had been returned. The company has no customer service number to be able to speak with a actual person. I have sent around 10 emails to the customer service team requesting that they please resend the part to me. My last email was to please refund my money due to lack of response. I finally ordered from someone else. This was weeks ago, I still have not had a response. This company is by far the worst company you could possible work with. I have finally came to the conclusion I am not getting my money back! And took the loss, I understand that this started out as my fault but why in the world would you keep my money? Worst customer service I have ever not received!
Would give zero stars if I could... and wish I had read these guys' online reviews before ordering from them... I think one of five review sights sights get them up to 2.5, the others are all at 1 star. Definitely not worth saving money from RVPC if you have the chance, unless you're okay getting your stuff almost a month later and broken, only to have to deal with a completely non-functional non-caring customer service and/or return department. You will get the run-around, guaranteed. They don't allow phone calls or have an answering number, run days behind on their emails, have no remorse for that and lied saying they never got my original emails, when surely they went through. Fortunately, the company who made the product I bought stepped in and made the replacement... not without telling me my story and these complaints are common with RVPC. I wouldn't be surprised if RVPC is dropped as a vender by this company...
Horrible customer service! I ordered a NEW Dometic ac unit for my camper and received it about a week later. I installed the unit and it doesn't blow cold. Tried contacting RVpartscounty put of course you cant talk to anyone live it just says to fill out the contact form online when you call. So i Did that and was told by email deal the the Manufacturer. I'm sorry i didnt just pay a little bit more to deal with a local dealer who stands by what that sell!
