There were many fees that were not required but charged by RVshare. Also, I paid for my reservation then received an email from RVshare that said I was required to pay a $400 insurance fee and if I didn't pay it I would lose my reservation but still have to pay the RVshare reservation fee. This is unethical. The charge should have been revealed before I paid for the reservation.

You'd be better off going to a third world country and renting there. You will not get any response. This company charges you for damages incurred on your trip. Watch out for owners that are savvy in finding problems and then charging you for damages that were lready existent prior to your rental. I found out early on before the trip the decieptful nature of the vendor, Liam, early on and was unable to even take trailer out. He increased dumping charges and charges he knew would impact me upon return of his trailer. So thankfully I didn't continue with the reservation by not taking out the trailer since he lied about its weight.

Tip for consumers:
Don't use.

The owners of the RVs should be charged for last minute cancellations just like they would have charged me if I cancelled last minute. I had reserved an RV and had bought everything necessary to road trip 8 hours and camp with my family at a campground. Unfortunately, the owner cancelled on us two days before our trip. We weren't able to find another available RV last minute and had to stay home. The campground only gave us a partial refund so we lost out on that money as well. Once my reservation was cancelled I checked the owners account again and noticed that he had cancelled on us so he can raise the price and book it to someone else. The demand was high for that weekend so the owner decided our set price was too low. Owners should held liable!

Monday booked travel trailer for following Saturday. Wednesday canceled cause Florida weather issues and they kept money I have a feeling they not doing good in business if they treating first time customers like that. Also they asking 500.00$ deposit watch out S. O. S. WE WILL NEVER DEAL WITH THEM EVER.
