Rwandair

My crying baby spent a gruesome 12 hours in an airport lobby, because according to the airline I was responsible for booking a 12 hour layover when a midnight flight was available, but when asked to join this flight was rudely told that the flight was full. Now when you do an online booking, there was no control over the layover. This frequent flyer will never fly Rwanda Air again and would like to tell all of you how rude my family and I was treated at Kigali airport.
